Great experience buying a 2021 Kicks for my daughter. Kevin Morales was very helpful as we chose the car and the negotiation was easy and stress-free. Kevin went above and beyond to deliver the new vehicle and pick up the trade when he learned I was working from home on the day we signed the deal. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from Courtesy and specifically from Kevin.

I love Courtesy. This was my 2nd new outlander that I have bought from them. Kyle is one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Courtesy works with you. The service dept is great. I highly recommend Mitsubishi and Courtesy.

Kyle was great and financial officer. Got a car asap same day. My 21yr old trailblazer seen its best days. My payments set up thou my bank and you guys. Thanks for my car as im saving alot of money on gas now

Man i was struggling for two months without a car and as far as trying to move too i walked past the dealership called them they told me to come in and see what we can do to help took about a week for the process because of my work schedule and all the paperwork very long process but in the end i was able to get a car to take to work so im no longer struggling anymore Shout out to Jeff for making sure im good through the whole process if you guys need a guy GO TO JEFF and tell him that Mike sent you I guarantee you that you will walk off with a car

Service appt for routine 75k mi service. Dodge Grand caravan 2019. Work done per plan. Reduced work scope based on work already done last month here. Waited for car about an hour as planned. Running better with new engine air filter. Cabin air fltr changed to. Gave me heads up, next 90k mi maint includes for spark plugs etc, additional work scope, for my budget planning. Well done. Ps. Bought car used here about 75k mi. Planning to continue maint work here so they maintain maintenance history file for at least 2 years. So far good work, well done. Steved.

This place has it together. You must experience it. Service is fast and informative. But a car here! When you need regular maintenance, the team keeps you in the loop. Very honest.

By far the best car service shop around. You can always count on Dan and Peter to give you honest advice. Steve is a top notch mechanic with extensive knowledge. Tech did not road test vehicle after service but lied to service advisor saying he did. The mileage in and out was exactly the same and I watched the tech back it out of bay. Car is making a horrible noise they did not diagnose because they didn t drive it!

I'm giving a 4 star because I had to wait a week and a half for my appointment to change a blown out tire. Had to ride on the donut tire which I did not to feel safe because of low tire pressure.Service was good.

Billy Brown and Paul make a great team. My car is always done when promised. I have been doing business with Bill for over 20 years.. I follow him wherever he goes. As always, this service center is staffed with the best people. Paul is extremely customer service oriented. Speaks to each person coming in to the center as of they were a friend he hasn't seen for a while. He is as knowledgeable about the service needed for each vehicle as he is about the proper way to deal with each customer coming into have their car worked on.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I brought my car in a couple of times for the radio, not connection to Bluetooth or with a cord for andriod auto. I'm not very happy the my not even 3 year old car needs to have it's, car radio replaced for $2700. The guys were great and tried everything could to repair it, but I have to replace the radio. Paul and Dan are excellent front-end customer service technician who strive and give the customer the best experience when conducting business with Courtesy. They live up to the name of the company. You should be lucky to have these employees leading and who also have a friendship with the mechanics who are ace. Bill, their leader, takes on all the roles from front desk, to mechanic assignments these shared duties are never beneath him. Team player Service: Vehicle safety inspection

This is probably the best Mitsubishi I ve ever been to. The name Curtesy is genuine, from when you interact with the gregarious service writer, to when you speak to the actual master technicians, as well as the techs that are new or in training. They are very upfront about what your car needs, and how long you can go before something else is going to need a service. The 200,000 mile, 20 year warranty is worth it! Having a sibling that works in the mechanic industry, I know that these amazing people will continue to car for my car as if it was their own. Thank you all so much!Service: Tires

I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima. After driving for a little over a month I noticed a rattling sound on acceleration. I contacted the dealership and spoke with management. They immediately contacted the service manager and had him call me to set up a time for me to drop off the vehicle. When I dropped off the vehicle the service manager welcomed me in and assured me that they would take care of the situation. The car ended up needing to have Extensive service including welding of the exhaust system and replacement of one of the mufflers. I dropped off the car and picked it up the very next day and I am completely satisfied. I will definitely go back when I am in the market for another car because of the way everyone in the dealership treated me with respect and courtesy.
