The manager, Rob, went way above helping me to get a water pump that i desperately needed. It had to be shipped, picked up and then reshipped asap and Rob went the extra mile and made me a priority. He also helped get me a 30% off coupon, by ordering online. I would highly recommend making this your first choice when you need auto parts. Great job Rob

This is the place to go to. Staff is super helpful, take the time to make sure your getting a part that is in working order. Had a small run of bad alternators out of the box, they took the time to test to make sure I was getting a good one. Will definitely be going back to this location

The store on route 1.The person who helped me didn't know anything. He pulled up the part he thought might work, with double the price of my research. I left for Autozone who was on point with the right price.

Wasted an hour of my time after I verbally specified what part I was looking for and was then given a part for a much newer vehicle. I could not have been more clear and specific with my request, yet correctly entering the info into a computer was apparently too difficult of a task to get right. Double check what they give you, because they won't.

Don t know his name because he didn t have a name tag. I do know he had huge holes in his ears. Unbelievably rude. Insulted his coworker and was over the top rude to me. I would rather deal with subpar service in central falls. This place won t be there long.

This place is horrible on inventory, never has anything in stock, I d recommended this be your last option, when it comes to parts or anything you need, go to o Reilly s save your self the hassel
