I always feel so comfortable coming to get my car serviced here especially as a woman. It s always a good experience when I pop in to get something done. There is no one as honest as Fred. Plus, I can use apply pay which is a plus. It is something they just added so it has been an adjustment, but it is nice to have that. They always complete the work I needed efficiently and concisely especially because I have kids that I need to pick up and drop off at school/activities plus work, but it is never an issue with timing with these guys. They truly do their best work!

The guys here are so nice and talented! I had a pretty big issue with my SUV and they were able to help me without any hesitations! I would VERY highly recommend this place for any service you may need!! So, go and see Fred!

Not too happy with this gas station. The older guy that is there very early morning around 6am is very nice but the one that is there around 930 the older heavy set man is rude only like cash transactions. This is not convenient for everyone

Never coming back, the guy who does the fuel pumping that is working there has a massive attitude, I was getting my car inspected from my out of state one. He was rude saying I had plenty of room to pull up closer to the car ahead of me in queue and was a d bag about it. I show him I don t have a spot for my front plate and was once again raising his voice being a jerk and then when two woman go to get inspected for their cars one also didn t have a front plate and was nice to them. Honestly never coming back, felt uncomfortable let alone I have autism too. That guy must ve been a loser all his life to treat everyone badly. If you want professionalism and respect don t come here because that guy will come at you with his attitude to try and feel tough. Just don t come here, absolutely disgusting.3/30/24 Reply: If the guy can offer to zip tie one on to the front of a woman s car who he found attractive because he wants to flirt then I ask to have my front plate zip tied on too and he gives me an attitude and said no to mine but offered to do it for her, he s a pig/simp and it doesn t excuse how he talks to people. If you re sorry about my experience do something about the guy and educate him on better customer service and how to talk to people. What an absolute joke. If that were me that owned this business, I would terminate him or reprimand him because it s unprofessional no matter what. Customer is always right and you shouldn t be sticking up for someone that wants to act like a jerk. I m sure the state would love his actions and thank you for the discrimination. every customer that walks through your door, you should treat them with respect, not discriminate over gender. if the front plate is the law, then you should enforce it on everybody no matter who it is.

I recently had a disheartening experience at 123 Service, primarily due to issues surrounding payment and customer service. Despite theBusiness s advertised acceptance of digital payment methods, including Apple Pay, one of their staff members outright refused to process my payment using Apple Pay. The individual in question dismissed Apple Pay as fake money, which was not only inaccurate but also reflected a surprising disregard for customer preference and convenience.Furthermore, the same staff member exhibited a level of aggression and rudeness that went beyond simple misunderstanding or preference for traditional payment methods. His attitude towards customers choosing Apple Pay was dismissive, often intentionally prioritizing them last, creating an unwelcoming and discriminatory atmosphere.Disappointingly, after raising these concerns with management, my return visit was met with continued aggression from the same individual, suggesting a serious ongoing issue with staff behavior not being addressed. This lack of action from 123 Service s management not only undermines the seriousness of customer complaints but also emboldens disrespectful treatment towards customers.This encounter was doubly disappointing, especially in a time when contactless payments have become a norm for reasons of safety and convenience. I hope they address these serious issues of staff behavior and payment flexibility, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and that their advertised services are honored.

BEWARE!! I had an inspection sticker done and noticed my mirror was damaged after I got my vehicle back on the same side as the inspection sticker! I spoke to the owner, I asked him what happened to my mirror because it was damaged, this is a brand new vehicle, he denied everything and was extremely belligerent and unprofessional!! I never expected this out of an inspection stick!! I'd never go there again!!! Now I'm out of pocket to fix what he damaged!!I wouldn't want to see someone else go through what I did!!!

Fred worked countless hours on an issue with my car. He drove it kept it and worked though the issue. I'm convinced nobody would have found it. All this after a misdiagnosis at another shop which would have cost thousands. I highly recommend this shop. Fred if you see this THANK YOU. I appreciate your time and professionalism. Rick

I have been ripped off in this gas station.I came for NTC inspection (special inspection for uber drivers cost $15) for the first time. the cashier charged me $35 and when I asked him how much does it cost he said $35! I checked the copy of my inspection the total was $15! I came back asking why you overcharged me, he nervously answered ,it was for LABOR!!!so why he lied to me in the first place when I asked how much does this inspection cost ?! after he knew he will get in troubles he refunded me my money! it s shame to treat loyal customers like that!

Brought my car for inspection sticker.they do an inspection on my way out I noticed my windshield is cracked were the sticker is. I bring it back an he says it was already there ? But I didn't notice it before, he says it happened before. Not going to argue with him but why didn't you tell me when you inspected it . Well if they didn't do it an it was there before why the cracked spread across my windshield? I believe they dropped something on it. Dishonesty doesn't mix with owning a business. Please if you go here check your car out before an after they service it

Fred is always honest and will only tell you if something needs to be fixed if it actually needs to be fixed, unlike most other dirty mechanics that try to rob you by "fixing" everything else. Always very fair prices and has a great staff.. have been going here for 7 years and won't go anywhere else.

Very terrible service. DO NOT COME HERE.I have been a client here for a long time and have come here to get many things done to my car and I have always left happy and satisfied. UNTIL the beginning of this year I went to get a regular oil change (as I have done in the past) I experienced the worst treatment humanly possible.When I went to pick my car from the oil change I was shocked when I heard how much it was going to be, because I was used to the same price as the past. When I asked the employer the difference in price (in a very nice tone and respectful) he said I had to talk to the employer (the man who did my oil change.) When I approached the employer he said he used synthetic oil for my car, and I was shocked by this because it was never explained to me that 1. they were going to use that oil 2. never gave me a price estimate. I had no idea about this until I picked up my car.So the employer told me if I had an issue to speak to the owner. So I approached the owner to simply just talk things out and talk about the price difference, I just wanted to know why, I had questions, especially since I have been here before many times.As soon as I asked the owner why there was a price difference he was VERY defensive. I wasn't prepared to pay the $55 because I only had $35 for a regular oil change, and I was very apologetic to the owner that I couldn't pay that because I simply didn't know it was going to be that much. He then started yelling at me and it made me feel very uncomfortable. It bought me to tears. He explained that in the beginning of the year the oil went up $2, which fine. I get that. But no one in this facility explained that to me. Which I tried to tell him that, but he just kept getting louder and barbarous and kept yelling. After all the yelling of course I'm going to pay. After I make my payment THE OWNER HAD THE AUDACITY TO THROW MY DEBIT CARD TO MY FACE. And he said "GO AND DON'T COME BACK!" He was being so mean and so disrespectful.I felt so ashamed and so hurt. I have NEVER in my life been so humiliated and disrespected by a MAN. I do not recommend coming here ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, because you will be disrespected. They are vulgar, uncivilized, and offensive.

Always reliable and great service. Surprisingly they are typically best price in area and full serve to boot! Next best is Cumberland Farms further down on County Street, but self serve as well.

This was a mobile franchise station but changed a couple years ago and they pump the gas for you it is good and the lines aren't long.
