This morning my tire went flat. Dales AAA auto and towing came changed it. The man from Dales was so kind and helpful. We have a old Lexus. He was a nice man. I want to thank Dales and the tow driver who helped. If you need work done call them. I know this place and honest and get job done.....Linda ,Mike..

I was roughly 45 minutes away from home and found myself in an unfortunate situation, needing a tow and a ride. Dale s Towing was wonderful! They communicated the unforeseen delay apologetically. The driver, Kevin, was professional and kind. The truck was clean and the conversation made the ride go by so quickly. Thank you for servicing AAA and getting me, and my car, back home safe!

Dale's towing is awesome! I got my vehicle stuck in the mud backing up onto my lawn in an incredibly deep and difficult spot. I had very little faith that my vehicle would be recovered easily. I decided to call Dale's towing. Dale's sent out Kevin who was nothing short of a true professional. Not only did Kevin arrive 15 minutes after I placed the initial call, he was also able to use a wench and un-stuck my vehicle in under 10 minutes. I'd also like to note that Kevin was extrememly professional and courteous throught the whole encounter.Thanks for saving the day guys!

My truck suddenly began having serious engine difficulties and I ended up stranded in a very difficult and unsafe stretch of road. Bayron arrived almost immediately and was very kind and fast acting. He ensured a safe environment and made sure to ease any of my worries and fears. The drive was also nearly two hours to my destination. Not so good with the towing although got us out asked for payment up front and we have triple a. Then filled out the form for a reimbursement from triple a wrong had to go back still wrong and still have to get a new one!

My tow driver, Bayron, immediately turned a stressful situation around. He was meticulous with my car, 100% transparent, and compassionate. From my experience, tow rides are usually exhausting (mentally and physically), but Bayron made the long drive back felt like minutes. You guys have no idea what a gem of an employee you got. He deserves a promotion!

They are rude and over priced and liers told my mother 200 to tow to her house but cheaper to bring to there shop so I could get it then they charge her 211 for 2 miles from Walmart to just passed cumbys then wheel locked so they charged her another 100 to tow to her house so 312 to go say 4 miles tops then he acted like tough guy but threatened cops so tough ????? Anyway would call someone else

The best experience I have ever had with auto body shops not that I have had many I was very impressed on how my car came out from getting hit to looking like the car before the hit bless you dales here are before and after photos

Horrible company, bad attitude, rude to customers, add charges without telling you ahead of time. Had the gall to charge me $108 for a 1 mile drive to get 2 things out of my car without telling me there was a charge for the service and when I asked why they didn't tell me the response was "we don't work for free". Thank God I didn't get my vehicle repaired there.

My car was locked and my key wouldn't go in the keyhole all the way or turn at all. Kevin got the door open but the key also wouldn't go all the way into the ignition or turn the car on. The plan was to tow the car to my house, where I had another key, but just then a call came in and the truck Kevin was driving was needed, so he asked for a new driver to come out to tow my car. Bayron arrived a few minutes later and was able to get the key all the way into the ignition and start the car. No towing needed! He is a very pleasant and helpful young man. This driver showed care, concern and was genuinely a nice person. He was also very good at pulling my car back onto the road that was only sitting on 2 tires at the time ! I recomend Dale's .

Amazing family owned business that actually make sure their customers are satisfied. My car was t-boned and Eric made sure that my vehicle was taken care of and in tip top shape before returning it to me. He was very professional, thorough and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I will certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a pleasant experience when it comes down to their vehicle.

My pickup truck had serious rust in the bed. Dale's ordered some new parts and fixed other parts. The work they did is as good as any body work can be. The work was done in a timely fashion and was priced very fairly for what I had done, and the truck was cleaned when I picked it up. Glad I chose a local business to support. Very positive experience.

Honest folks.I found myself in quite a bind last week. My car broke down (starter went out) in Athol, MA. I called Dale s to find a towing quote back to the Springfield metropolis, which was a standard tow price. But with that much distance to cover, it was going to cost me around $250 to get it towed to a shop and then have the repairs done on top of that.I asked if they could fit my repair in to the shop that day, which they could not, but they said they could get to it within two days and they would tow the car from within Athol to the shop for free. I decided to go this route and Uber home and back instead. Best decision I could have made! The shop staff treated me very kindly and were very accommodating. I am truly thankful to have knowledgeable help and honest people help me get out of my predicament.Thanks to you all! You guys rock!Truly thankful,-Dave aka super satisfied customer!

You would never know my car was banged up, they are that good. If you are reading this and you need repairs on your car, this is the place to go. Honest and helpful. Highly recommend this business!

They rescued me, pulling my car basically out of a ravine. They showed up fast, worked efficiently, saved my car from damage, and were really nice about the whole thing! 10 out of 10!
