Can t speak highly enough of John at Minucci. He s so friendly, helpful, honest and really cares about his customers. He did a great job fixing my Jeep after an accident and kept me updated about any changes along the way. I wouldn t go anywhere else for car repair!

Yesterday I picked up my Prius after it sustained being broad sided by a deer. The repair and paint job makes my car look better than ever. I couldn't be more pleased with the sevice and work John provided.

I had a fantastic experience working with John at Minucci to repair damage on my 2022 Jeep Wrangler. I chose this body shop because they work directly with Progressive and for their great reviews. Everything went great from start to finish and the car looks brand new again.

We used Minucci Auto Body to fix the rear end damage to our MDX. The work was perfect and working with John was great.The vehicle was detailed when we picked it up and cleaner than it had been when we were driving it off the dealership lot.

I would definitely recommend Minucci's for your auto repairs. John and his team did an excellent job on my car. They are very detail oriented, calm, collective, and receptive to any queries that you may have. I have used Minucci Auto Body Inc., twice. John and his team is very detailed, professional and has always provided great service. I appreciate their willingness to take the time to clearly explain what needs to be done. It's great to have an auto shop where you can trust them to always be honest and up-front about everything and to do an excellent job on the repairs. I can't rave about this family run business enough. The kindest, hardest working, and honest shop in the business. John and his staff are knowledgeable, honest, and empathetic (being without your car and juggling work and family is tough). You will get your car back in better condition than you left it. I used Minucci Auto Body for a rear end collision to my Honda CRV. They are professional and explained the whole process along the way. Car was complete on time. Would use them again, should the situation present itself.

Best auto body shop in this area.The tailgate of my SUV was not aligning correctly. It needed to be adjusted before I took the car to the dealership and have them re-calibrate the cameras. John did an exquisite job. I got my car the very next day. He also did not charge me. He asked me to pay him only if the dealer was able to re-calibrate the cameras successfully. When I went back to pay him, he charged by $10 less than the original quotation.They are simply the best in this area. Their work is great, on-time and best of all they don't overcharge.

I fixed my car at Minucci recently, a couple of weeks ago.They did superb job. Car looks like new. They fixed it in very short time.John organized rental car for me from Enterprise and did all negotiation with insurance company. He called me a few days before car was ready to schedule pick up. Everything was ready by that time . Not only excellent job was done to my car, but also they are very nice, honest, responsible and exact people.I can recommend Minucci Auto Body shop to everyone.Thanks a lot for doing wonderful job

After someone side-swiped my car and left a big scratches on the side of my car, I did not know the best place to have it fixed. After looking at some of the reviews here, I thought of giving them a try. This is by far the best customer service I have seen by any business. John was very courteous when I showed me the car. While I was walking out another person walking in told me that I was in good hands here. That gave me some confidence. Within a week my car was as good as new. It was not only fixed but also skip and span. He worked out everything with the insurance adjuster and did not overcharge. I agree with all the other reviews out here. They are truly the BEST.

It's rare to find honesty, professional work, and direct communication in the car repair world. Without a doubt Mincucci's embodies all of these traits. This is my second time using the shop, and the entire process from dropping the car off, understanding what needed to be fixed, and finally picking up was absolutely smooth. I can't say recommend this place enough, John is a breath of fresh air in this muddled world of car repair places.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

I recently had my jeep repaired by these wonderful people. John promised my car would be ready by Friday as I was going on vacation. True to his word my car was ready. He worked with the adjuster to get the estimate changed and I have never been more pleased . This is the third time that I have used their services and I will never use anyone else. They are caring and extremely professional. Not to mention that my vehicle was detailed and cleaned to perfection. THEY ARE THE BEST IN all of METROWEST for sure.

I had a great experience working with John Minucci on my auto repairs. I had been in an accident and Minucci s gave me good explanations of the damage and repairs needed and worked efficiently with my insurance company to get things done. The work was completed in the time they estimated and the car came out looking great. I highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend Minucci Auto Body. They provide exceptional service and high quality work. The repairs to my vehicle required service from Minucci and a local dealer. There were challneges in repairing the sensors at the dealership which took longer to fix than expected. John kept me in the loop, made sure I wasnt without transportation and held the dealer accountable to getting my vehicle fixed properly. It's been a long time since I've experienced such great service and it is greatly appreciated. This is how loyalty is built! Thank you John!

We are so thankful to Minucci Auto Body for taking time, on an extremely busy day for them, to give us an estimate for some body work for a car we had just purchased. We were under a time constraint in order to file some paperwork to return the vehicle to its previous owner. Minucci provided us with a fair written estimate in a timely manner, even though it most certainly threw a curve ball into their day. Great customer service!

I just did two bumper replacement with them. John is very professional and pleasant to work with. Not only they put in new bumper and a headlight, they cleaned the car inside out. They provide detailed and accurate item by item quote for you.They surprised me by delivering beyond and above my expectation with my second car bumper replacement job. There is a dent in the front fender that is not part of the repair quote. "When we put in the new bumper, the car does not look right with the dent. So we took car of it, free of charge." Wow!

Really helpful people. After reading all the good reviews about them here I went to them for a very minute dent which I got when someone hit my parked car. The guy there cleaned the dented part and showed that it was not something that needed repair. Didn't charge. Fairly and correctly diagnosed the thing. If my car has any issue in future, these are the people I will be going back to. They have won a customer for life just with their politeness, helpfulness and sincerity.

They do an amazing job. They're pleasant and professional. The service and communication is excellent +++++. My car looks great and they even cleaned the inside! They are wonderful to deal with. You cannot find a better place to have your auto body repairs done.

A second generation family run business - you will never find better customer service. I have been affiliated with this family for over 40 years, working there thru high school and college. Now this business is providing a lifetime of service to 3 generations of my family. I once sent my boss -a director at a company I worked at - here for service on her car. The team was so helpful, as she was a little intimidated being at a body shop, that when she was done negotiating her repair - the owner gave her a ride home so she would not have to burden friends and family with the task ( a 10 mile one way drive). Not that is customer service!Send your friends and family for any auto body needs. Please be patient with the occasional delays to get 'in line' for service. In order to maintain the high level of service, and service many of their lifetime customers, there may be a slight delay in getting your car in for service.As a reminder (and a little industry insider secret), if you have your car towed directly to the shop after an accident, your insurance company will assist you in getting into the queue for service. (They are a recommended shop with most (if not all) larger auto insurance providers in Massachusetts).RAV
