They confidently assured me they would handle "everything," and they delivered on that promise, from managing insurance and rental car logistics to addressing unforeseen damages.Mike's attention to detail and focus on minor aspects showcased their commitment to quality work. The efficiency of the process was evident when, after our meeting, my rental car was ready, sparing me the hassle of dealing with insurance and rental companies. Hands down, the best body shop in MA. Correction: The best body shop in the country. Mike s Collision offers top notch work, to every single one of their clients. PLEASE TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!I ve gone to plenty of other body shops, but I will never go anywhere else after my experiences at Mike s Collision. I ve been going to Mike s Collision for years, and I recommend them to absolutely anyone and everyone.Mike and his team are the most professional and personable people I have ever met.There aren t many places you can go where the owner takes such pride in every single job he does. Mike greets all of his clients with respect, and will refuse to tell you the job is done unless he believes it is the absolute best work him and his team can do. They truly care about you as a client and will treat your vehicle with the utmost respect.Having to organize taking your vehicle somewhere after an unfortunate accident is never fun. This review is long over due, but better late than never!The company I work for Installations Plus Inc. has been going to Mike's for YEARS, we have about 10 cars in our fleet and he services all of them. That being said for my personal car he is the only Shop I will go to! I've brought my girlfriends car there as well, and I have recommended him to friends and family.When you go to see Mike you aren't just meeting a mechanic, it's like you're meeting an old friend. From Mike all the way down to his secretary's ( Jen and Angie ) they do a terrific job in making you feel comfortable and taken care of. Him and his team care about your car as if it was theirs. I have been to him a handful of times now ( I was in 2 accidents and I needed breaks ) I've always been more than pleased. I even thought I had a tie rod broken and he checked it out and was honest about saying my car was fine, when a lot of shops would have taken advantage over that. I can't say it enough. If you have car problems or have been in an accident CONTACT MIKE!It's refreshing to know I finally have an auto shop I can TRUST and rely on.THANK YOU MIKES COLLISON :D

I had a great experience with Mike and team getting fender and trim repairs done quickly, affordably and to my satisfaction - without making an insurance claim. Mike is a highly skilled professional and great communicator who takes pride in his work and making his customers happy. Office staff is also very helpful and friendly. Great people - I will never go anywhere else for auto body repairs.Update 11/2023 - I used Mike's again for a repair involving an insurance claim after my car was rear ended. The entire process was seamless from drop off to pick up, including obtaining a suitable rental car replacement and dealing with a rental car company staff that was not always on top of things, a thorough inspection of vehicle that discovered additional safety and cosmetic repairs missed by insurance appraiser, managing insurance claim process, extensive repairs done perfectly with the car returned when promised, detailed and spotlessly clean. Mike and his entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with once again and exceedingly helpful, courteous and conscientious.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was so disappointed when my brand new Ford lightning was damaged. Bringing it to Mikes Collision was the best thing that I did. Not only was everyone, professional, and helpful they walked me through the process and made it effortless. When I picked up my vehicle today, I was greeted by the owner Mike who took the time to walk me around the truck and make sure I was satisfied they did it an amazing job!!! The whole crew at Mike's Collision is amazing! Mike is such a great guy! The customer service was incredible and went way above what you would expect from a car repair shop. I have an Audi Q5 that needed an outside mirror replaced and Mike explained all my options, replacing just half of the mirror vs replacing the entire mirror. He was able to do the job just replacing the top half of the mirror which saved me a lot of money. He was so thorough in explaining the difficulties of all the outside cameras on the mirror that had to be reconnected and recalibrated and even offered to take my car to an Audi dealership after the repair was completed to ensure that the cameras worked as expected. And Angie, Mike's office manager, was the point person in keeping us informed and up to date on the timing of the parts being received and quickly got us in to have the repair completed. Angie was so friendly and helpful and is a huge asset to Mike's business. When I picked up the car, they actually reduced the estimated cost because the labor took less time than was estimated! When was the last time your bill was LOWER than expected? And the icing on the cake was they actually took the time to send me a HANDWRITTEN NOTE, thanking me for coming to their shop and doing business with them! Wow! I was blown away! Who sends handwritten notes anymore?! Just amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike's Collision to anyone that needs a car repaired and wants to experience above and beyond customer service AND the best workmanship!

Mike's Collission did great work! Honest and dependable. My 2016 Cadillac was in need of a new suspension, now she drives like brand new! They took care and paid attention to details. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. If they can't fix it, they give you an honest referral; backing it with their name. Thanks Mike, Angie, Jen and The Team! You're my new go to!

This is the prelim review: 03Aug2023: pending service results. So far, I'm impressed. Extremely easy to communicate with/work with. The owner personally introduced himself. They surveyed the damage, prices were reasonable, and gave me a detailed and thorough understanding of what needs to be done and how long it will take. It is not a perfect science, but I don't anticipate hiccups. ... stay tuned for a post work/payment update and photos.Update: 8Aug2023. I must've called 10 body shops or more willing to take out of pocket (surprisingly some don't?). Did googling and found Mike's. I had 3 quotes... all pretty steep for the work I needed done. Rock decided to skid across the hood and into my windshield. Now the windshield was elsewhere as I went to a specialist, but the painting and bodywork... the photos should speak for themselves. Looks factory new. I'm impressed. What drew me here is the service and craftsmanship. I was a customer and a person, not a number (seriously felt that way from competitors), but Mike introduced himself personally. He guaranteed his work. And the price was VERY competitive to the competition. The catch? There was none. Service, quality, customer service were amazing. Better than the service I get at my dealer (it's a lease) and they're very good to me for the businessI rate on a number of factors, but above all was I treated well? Yes. Was the work quality? Definitely yes. Would I come back here for service (although I hope I don't have to)... absolutely yes.I will also say this review is not solicited nor do I get any compensation for posting this. Mike s Collision is a body shop that our neighbor recommended to us. We had a 2011 Mazda that was going to be passed around our extended family. The car had some exterior work that needed to be done and possibly other work as well. We spoke with Mike and decided to definitely have him do the body work and also check the car out as to any other issues.Mike was very good about describing his work process and what materials he would try to use in terms of availability and cost. His quote was detailed and offered an expected price range, given parts availability. There was a slightly higher cost than the initial quote but within the estimated range he initially quoted.We were very pleased with the result and would definitely use Mike s Collision again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in a car accident and took my car to Mike s to take a look at it. It turns out the car was totaled, but Mike and his staff (Angie and Jenn) handled everything for me from beginning to end. They explained everything step by step, always giving me the option to handle it myself or let them take care of it. They were informative, professional, friendly, and patient. I would absolutely recommend Mike s Collision.

Mike handled an insurance claim for us. At first it took a little longer than expected, but Mike and his team turned it around for us as soon as they could. They had great communication and customer service and even gave us a complimentary buff job when I took the truck off-roading. Sorry Mike :). Highly recommend them. Just want to give a shout out to Mike and Angie and the entire team at Mike's Collision. My wife was in an accident at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and by 4 pm the same day Mike was looking at her car and Angie was assisting with the police report and securing us a rental. They handled all the communication with the police, the insurance companies, and the rental company. And they walked us through all our options every step of the way. They kept in constant contact with us throughout the next month and, amazingly, turned what should have been a very stressful and inconvenient process into an almost pleasant one. Can't recommend them enough. Simply the best customer service we've ever had.

I went to Mike s collision after googling body shops to fix my 2021 Honda Civic. They were extremely friendly and they worked with my budget. They told me exactly what they were doing step-by-step. I am very satisfied with excellent work and customer services of repairing almost-totaled car from bad accident. Mike and his mechanical team kept me informed via email for work that had been done and needed to be done. I ve been here a few times and the service is excellent. Every time I ve gotten my car back they have done a very good job on the repair and it looks good as new. I've never had better costumer service! If you are anywhere near Ashland, MA and need body work Mike's Collison is 100% where to go. Mike works hard to provide to the customer what he promised, and even more. Everyone at Mikes Collision proves they care about the customer first.� There were constant updates on where my car was in the process. They went above and beyond to get my car back to me. When I received my car back, it looked amazing! They did a great job with the paint match and everything. I would 100% return if I need more work done again. I have used Mike's Collision a couple of times. The first time was a few years ago when my Honda Pilot had a little fender bender. Mike and his team did impeccable work at a reasonable price. Recently, my car (different car) got rear-ended and I had it towed to his lot as it was undriveable. Mike and his team worked directly with the insurance company to evaluate options for the vehicle. In the end it was totaled by the insurance company, but I'm grateful for Mike's honest, expert opinion and all of the work he and his team put in to make sure everything went as smooth as possible and that I was taken care of. I've trusted my daughter's car to Mikes Collision. Really should not have to say more. We've used Mike's for many years and have known him as he apprenticed at his Dad's shop (his dad is pretty darn good auto repair as well; can't go astray with either choice). Mikes has done a number of auto-body repairs over the years and done about as painlessly as can be done when you've had a boo-boo. Additionally he has done custom work including frame extension to accommodate a plow with a heavy-duty aftermarket bumper. WIth covid and other factors causing short-staff, custom work might be a bit trickier now. However in every instance the job has been done well and I recommend this business without reservation.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Mikes Collision is in a category all of its own. If you want top notch, look no further. This crew is very talented and first class. I hope I do not have to return (again), but if the need arises, I absolutely wouldn t hesitate!! I took my car to Mikes collision for repair when I met with accident( hit a tree head on while trying to avoid collision with stopped in the middle of the road during snow day in Jan 2020). Only reason I went there is proximity of the shop and few online reviews.Met with Melanie and Mike and trusted them and signed the documents with out second thoughts. They explained me the options and the process. Even though the option I chose (due to my own personal reasons) is not in the best one, they proceeded with it, with out forcing me to other options.They took care of everything with insurance and repair of the car. When I got back my car I was surprised the work done. It s perfect.Thanks to Mike and Melanie. I trust them I recommend them.( I m writing this after 4 months.. my car is still good :)

This has been by far the best experience I have ever encountered with a Collision Repair facility. Melanie went to bat for me against the insurance companies which tried to lowball me with cheap aftermarket parts for my Mercedes. Melanie got them to not only accept OEM parts from Germany but also got them to waive my deductible. Mike and his team then followed through with care and precision. Car looks just like the day I got her off the showroom floor. The repair took longer than anticipated due to additional findings. Rental ran out but Mike and his team were still able to take care of me and my family. They managed to find another rental for me at no cost. Truly grateful for their care and the quality of their workmanship. Thank you all at Mike's Collision. You're the best.

Mike and Angie are the absolute best. If your car is in an accident call them before calling anyone and they will lead you through the whole thing with the insurance, police reports, rentals etc. and fight for you like a free lawyer. They re not looking to make an extra buck at your expense like some body shops. And they make sure they use the best parts and do the best work on top of it all.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I ve known Mike for a long time, being in the auto industry myself but never had a opportunity to use his services until I got into a accident. The car was drivable so I dropped it off and the staff did their job perfectly coordinating with the insurance company.I picked up my car yesterday and I was truly amazed as how great a job they did. Mike and Melanie were very helpful when I had an unfortunate situation with a new-to-me car. I found Mike honest about what the work might entail, and appreciated how he helped me weigh the options. He spoke knowledgeably and realistically about the car and the problem that had occurred, which I appreciated greatly in going forward with a decision to repair or not. His utmost concern with my safety, due to the instability of the vehicle, made me appreciate him even more. I will be sure to use Mike's Collision again, should I need any body work in the future.
