These guys are great! Eric is the owner and always greets me with a smile. The waiting area is very comfortable with oodles of snacks and coffee, tv and comfy couches. Let me not forget Angel, who always makes time to answer my car issues. Most mechanics don t take that much time on the phone to explain things to you. He is knowledgeable and a good guy. Thanks guys. Hopefully I don t have to visit you often but if need be the drive is worth it! Wish you all the best!

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the accountability of my recent experience. I had my oil changed and the next day my heat shield fell down & was dragging while on the highway. I contacted Framingham Tire in which I was told it 'might not be our fault - we need to look at the vehicle to assess' which I don't agree with, but can understand. I am on the road 5 days a week, so it needed to be looked at ASAP such that I don't lose more time away from work. I explained this, but I was told to bring it in 2 days. Unacceptable! It was clearly due to the oil change in which I was told for my vehicle, it is uncommon to have to remove the heat shield. It absolutely needs to be moved to get to the filter.I bring all 4 of my vehicles here (12 oil changes/year), but never again! This could have been rectified if customer service accepted responsibility and suggested I come in immediately!

Great immediate honest service for an emergency situation. Two garages said it was safe to drive - when I knew it was not. They got me in immediately and diagnosed the problem correctlyQuick one day service.

Don t go there .was recommended by a friend my to drop my sprinter van to Framingham auto shop (Ashland)the DEF light was on and they said to fix was 3.600 I said yes ,after on week they called me and said the van was ready,I went there pick the van soon I get there I saw everything was the same ,than I spoke with Eric he said they forget to reset the computer.After 10 minutes he said I was all set ,I drove for 30 minutes the light pops up again, drove back and left the van there ,he charged me 200 dollars to reset the computer I paid and he said I had to drive the van for 100 miles to clear the code ,I fallow buy nothing changes than he ask me to drop the van again I did ,I was called him every week to ask update and always he use the same words (waiting for the guys come in to re gene the system)but I was waiting 4 months and nothing changes.So after all I took the van out there and dropped to a dealership (Mercedes)looks like all get resolve after they charge me another 6.500.00So that was my experience with them .Terrible,disappointing and disaster.

I brought my car here for oil change and tire rotation. They did an excellent job! They are also very polite and kind! I won t go anywhere else!

This place is great! I brought my Crosstrek with eyesight to here. I knew that my car needs new tires and brakes. They did it in the same day. These guys are the best! I will come back to here. Reasonable price, too!

Gave this place a few tries Dissatisfied and disappointed 5 of the 6 times I have been there. Inspection sticker visit went well and that s about it. Wish it was better as it s convenient and local to me, but not happy with customer service or the service work so I do not recommend. Trying someone new moving forward. Take care god bless.

Great experience! Got a Groupon from them for my old change but knew based on other comments I was going to ask them to do my brakes. Love there was no upselling, and that they cleared a check engine light for me! Definitely recommend 100%

Amazing! So peaceful in there. Big spacious place and friendly customer service. I got an amazing deal on Groupon for an oil change and a tire rotation. I simply made an appointment online at their website, wrote in the description about groupon and got an appointment. They have a very nice and comfortable waiting room with complimentary wifi, nice friendly dog, magazines. The bathroom was super clean and instead of a traditional hand soap had a hand scrub! Also the lady at the friend desk was super nice as well! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an auto repair service! They had a cool V8 engine piece at the shelf.

Awesome mechanic shop!! The entire staff is fantastic to work with, and the owner Eric is top notch!! I have literally called them last minute when my back was against the wall needing truck or bike maintenance or repairs done, and they have always dropped everything to help me!! I highly recommend them to all!!!

Very professional, kind, and caring staff. The waiting area is impeccable and as comfortable a living room with free snacks and drinks too! Fast service, and feels like a safe place for females to bring their vehicles to.

Difficult to find using Google maps. It's tucked away behind a dealership. Nice folks and great service. I highly recommend this auto repair shop. Eric is a genius!

Used Groupon for an oil change & they found I needed my brakes done. Car runs great & thank you for keeping me safe on the road. Comfortable lounge w/ coffee & snacks. The most friendly dog & very nice, knowledgeable staff! Totally recommend!

What a shock it was to find a high-quality professional facility with great people who all care and then also find that they find ways to do common sense/effort type extras and all the little things.This isn t just some shop - they care like you are family.100% strong recommendation.

I was able to get a same day appointment, and was in and out of the shop within about an hour for an AC issue that other shops quoted double the price and wait time. I would have stayed there forever though simply to get more time with the dog that was hanging around the waiting area! Really friendly and helpful employees. Will absolutely bring my car back for any future issues that arise

Eric Dobay and his crew always take good care of our car. They are trustworthy and offer great value. We live an hour away and refuse to look for another auto repair shop. Even if they were three hours away we would still make the drive, they are the BEST!!

Went for an oil change. It was the best experience I ve ever had in an auto shop. I usually hate going. I put it off for as long as I can. This time I was out in 30 minutes and enjoyed my wait there and was very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!

Would never use them. They don t repair what you request and my car parts were not put on right so part flew off pulling out of their shop. They didn t replace it. Car was also damaged while in their possession and they agreed to fix it then said not their problem.

As expected, Eric and his team performed flawlessly. I had a recurring battery issue where I could jump the car, drive the car, and even start it again (the same day) but it would not hold a charge. Eric diagnosed the problem and thankfully all it needed was a new battery. All Good!!!

New to the area and scheduled an appointment to have my winter tires swapped onto my WRX. Arrived bright and early in the morning and they were there and ready to start working. Although it did take a bit of time as the mechanic working on my car was dealing with another customer, the work done was excellent. The shop has a very nice customer lounge area. Service was excellent, as well as the pricing. Will be coming back for other services in the future.
