My experience with Bryce was unfortunately very disappointing. At first he was very responsive and willing to work with my very busy schedule and squeezed me into his appointments very quickly, the price was a very good price for tinting my 2016 ford mustang gt as well so I decided to give him a shot since he is just starting up his business, despite others telling me warning not to do business with him. That s where everything went downhill. I initially left my car at his residence due to his shop floors being done that day so I trusted him with my keys and left the car to be picked up the next day early afternoon. I never got a response from him up until 5pm where he had told me that he crashed my car while backing out of his driveway. As soon as I arrive to his house to see my car, I was in awe as I am a mechanic and to see my car that I ve put blood sweat and tears into got into an accident which could potentially be totaled. At quick glance the car had deployed all curtain airbags as well as drivers seat airbags, my custom rim was destroyed and my rear fender was bent in. So I got my car towed to my job as it is my daily driver and as soon as I put it up in the air I knew something was up. He had told me he hit his mailbox but the car crash said a COMPLETELY different story but I did not have proof that he did not hit it. After deep inspection of the damages, my exhaust was broken in half at the flex joint below the car from a very hard impact, my rear subframe was bent inwards slightly on the bottom where it threw off my camber and both my rear tires were showing chords as they weren t before I dropped off the car. I told him that the story he told me didn t add up and I asked him if he drove my car which he denied he did until the very end where I managed to find VIDEOS of him doing donuts, burnouts and other things, I gave him multiple chances to come clean and he denied it until I sent him the videos in which there is a CLEAR picture of his face while driving my car and he decided to take his friend along with him for a joyride, all of this happening at 1am where I dropped the car off at 8pm. After the crash he decided to add gas to leave it exactly where I left it so I wouldn t notice he drove my car but forgot to clean the gas stains on my rear bumper (which stained my paint). Now for the insurance, he said he would get his insurance involved which after 2 and a half weeks no one came to even check the car out which is when I got my insurance involved and got it evaluated within 2 days. Damages were almost totaling $10,000 which I have to pay a premium on now because since the car is mine but he was driving it I am still at fault. Through this whole process I asked him to get myself a loaner car but he would say his insurance didn t cover one to later come find out that I WAS entitled to one but unfortunately he never asked the actual insurance agency. After the insurance gave the green light to fix the car, Bryce agreed to pay for one of the rear tires and my custom rim, he tried to work with me but everytime I would send a message it would take a few days for a response back which made the whole ordeal even worse. After my car was finally finished, he told me prior that he would help me buy aftermarket parts for my car which he never did and promised to do my tint which I ve sent him multiple messages and reminders but rarely responds for the past 2 weeks where as when I first met him he scheduled me in 2 days after. Overall one of the WORST experiences of my life and for a business owner to do something like that to a customer car is absurd. I would never recommend him to anyone I know and I hope that he learns from this as well. Thank you for your time.

Auto addict car care always works on our cars. He recently did our M240 in slate grey. Couldn t have been any happier with it, came out super clean and turn around time was 10/10. I have also brought other cars there to get window tint and never disappoints! Top quality and top customer service.

Great Service!I had to remove tint from my side and rear windows to pass state inspection regulations. I called them and they told me it can be done in under 2 hours the next day.The communication and pricing were clear and got the job done in the mentioned time.No fuss service, would recommend.

I brought my car to Auto Addict and I was very impressed with Bryce s enthusiasm and knowledge about window tints and treatments. He was able to get me in and coordinate around my busy schedule. He took off the old crummy peel and stick tint and recommended a high quality ceramic tint. I am so happy with the results! Now, when I drive down the road at night, I barely notice the headlights in my rear window. It is wonderful! Bryce did a great job for a great price! Thank you!

Bryce at Auto Addict did an amazing job on my new to me Dodge Ram 1500! Quality work and was less expensive then a few years ago elsewhere when I got my Chevy tinted! Best pricing for upstanding, quality work! Had many cars done by Bryce and he is always on time, cares about what he does, and isn't in it for the money as he always goes above and beyond doing way more than what he charges for. This guy is completely irresponsible and doesn t care about other people s vehicles. Cause almost $10,000 in damage to my buddy s car and denied that he was taking the vehicle out and doing donuts and sliding corners in it. Will never recommend and will never bring any of my vehicle to him.
