I had just relocated to Massachusetts and needed two different vehicles inspected. They got me in right away and explained the process to me. Very friendly, knowledgeable and got great service.

The only complaint is there is a two week wait for an appointment. The quality, honesty and prices are great. I would strongly recommend this garage.

I have always had positive experiences at Rick's in Ashburnham, whether stopping in or calling ahead. If you call ahead you can set up an appointment. He and his staff have handled small issues and larger issues with my vehicles over the years always with great professionalism. His prices are fair and competitive , the service is excellent. He handles inspection stickers as well, look no further for great service and a positive experience.

Used to have all my friends and family in town and visiting go to this shop to support a local place but after their unwillingness to help a neighbor in need they ve lost 6 customers and the rude way I was treated and then hung up on makes me to now want to lead others away from their service. Lived in town my whole life and if this is how you treat your neighbors then I don t want any of my friends or family to patronize your establishment. They say you take care of the community the community takes care of you.Service: Engine repair

We have depended on Rick's service for several years now. He has always provided high end service for great prices. I have never recommended a mechanic before. I wouldn't take my car to anyone else.

Ricks Auto....always a great experience here. Been bringing cars to Rick since he started with his dad and then opened his shop. Great to have such a fine local institution. Thank you Rick and crew!

Great local restaurant and pub. Food is good, with reasonable prices. They put local pro sports games on the TV's over the bar, which you can see from all tables. Staff is friendly.

We've known the Boutwell family for over 50 years. When Rick Boutwell opened his South Ashburnham repair shop we thought, "Goodie!". He's nearby, an extremely nice guy and great at what he does. We've found him to be very concerned about doing things right both from automotive and ethical standpoints. His facility is clean and well-maintained both indoors and out.Highly recommended!

I've been going to Rick for auto work since my very first car back in 2000, and even now that I live out of the area I will still go to him for any major repair. His prices are fair and the work is top notch.
