I came here several times and for a while I thought they were fine until I went to the Valvoline in Nashua, NH and realized how far behind the service is here. They try to upswell you on cabin filters, the tire pressure is always pumped way too high, and they never have the equipment available for tire rotation.After the second time going here, I realized there was a pattern that my tire pressure light would go on by the next time I drove the car (I only lived a few minutes down the road so the light wouldn t go on until the next time I drove it for a longer distance). After the second time this happened, I bought a tire pressure gauge and noticed they pumped my Toyota Corolla tires up to 38/40 psi which is honestly crazy to me they thought that would be a good tire pressure. I deflated them of course back down to 32.After the third time going here, it happened again, 38/40 psi. Some of the people working here are clearly incompetent.I also remember a time where a guy (I forget his name, but he seemed to be a manager) was berating his team members calling them stupid. Then one guy came up to him and asked to go on break and he aggressively said he could as if he was annoyed by this man simply asking to take a lunch break. I get some days can be tough at work but this was just simply unacceptable behavior and if I was treated that way by my manager I would be leaving that job very quickly.I would not recommend coming here unless you are in a pinch and need a quick oil change before a long drive and you have a tire pressure gauge that can deflate your tires.I will say there were other workers here that were very nice and were genuinely trying to do a good job. There was just a select few that should not be working here. Valvoline in general is a good company although a bit overpriced in my opinion.Services: Tires, Oil change

Thank you Tyrell & John for being quick friendly and professional! Valvoline is extremely overpriced as always, but it's so nice to just be in & out very quickly. I got my tires rotated, oil change, and John also checked on my battery for me. Thanks guys!

I came in today to get my oil changed and had the pleasure and actually good fortune to be helped by Randel! He was super nice and helped me understand everything that was due to be done for my car. He showed confidence and compassion for his role. I was worried about the price but after it was all done, he gave me a discount to top it off!!! Great service and team work here. He was just absolutely great. I recommend this shop to everyone, and make sure you ask for Randel!! He's the man to get the job done!

I have used this shop for years. It is very conveniently located near my home and almost always delivers impeccable service. The one time I ever had a drip after an oil change they took care of it properly and were sincerely apologetic. Almost had my engine damaged after an oil change there where they did not install the oil filter properly. Oil leaked for several month until fixed. Service may be cheap but it's not worth the hassle.Changing from 1 to 3 stars since the Valvokine service reached out almost instantly and after confirming my visit issued a free oil change voucher without further ado.

Went for an oil change since it had been many months since my last one. After confirming my mileage, they told me I didn't actually need one yet. They checked my oil quality, tire pressure, and topped off all my fluids and sent me on my way free of charge! Couldn't have asked for a nicer and more professional group. I appreciated their honesty and will definitely be back!Service: Oil change

Here at 7:30 am (store opens at 7 am) and no staff came to work. Called the Valvoline number and waited on hold for 15 minutes. Representative finally answered and said let me call the manager there. Can I put you on hold? She put me on hold for 10 more minutes and returned, immediately hanging up on me/losing connection. Nobody called back. Waited 15 more minutes and by now it s near an hour and a half after opening. Left without service. Pretty poor look for your overpriced oil changes, Valvoline.

I recently visited this location and was incredibly happy with the level of service I received. KC and Kyle were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured to do anything that I didn't go in there to do. They walked me though my options for other maintenance and honestly got me excited about taking good care of my vehicle.Great service, thanks so much guys, see you in 3,000 miles!

My fuse box lid was stolen during a visit for an oil change. I've been being jerked around by this location for months while trying to get it back with no resolution in sight. On 3-30-20 Went in for a oil change everything was fine then 3 weeks later my car was leaking oil! Left work early to get the issue fixed. I ve been in this situation before at other places and wasn t very pleasant, got the run around and bs story. Coming back to Valvoline i honestly though I was gonna have to deal with those issue again however my experience was much different and the complete opposite. Drove into the bay explained the issue the technician was apologetic for the issue and went to check on the problem. He did indicate that it was leaking and was going to fix the problem, a plug was replaced and showed me the existing one in its condition. he was very professional and didn t give me the run around and or make excuses. His name is Arron And he has exceptional customer service skills even though it wasn t his fault he went above and beyond to make this experience better than I could of imagined. For that I really do appreciate the amazing customer service and will continue to come back !!! A+++++++

Great experience overall here. I had my oil changed on Monday and broke down on the highway on Thursday. My first reaction was to call them and see if it could have been something they did during my visit. They took the time to come out and check on my car, turns out I needed a new thermostat, which had nothing to do with getting my oil changed. Very grateful they saved my butt, though! My only complaint is the assistant manager, who was immediately defensive and condescending when I raised the possibility of the issue being caused by Valvoline's technicians. He would probably be better off in a less stressful position somewhere else. Other than that, very happy with their service!

I didn't catch the guys name but he did a great job. I went in for an oil change and he made me aware of other required maintenance on the vehicle and gave me a discount for doing everything in one shot.This was at around 3:00 on a Thursday but I didn't need to make an appointment or anything. Just rolled in, 15 minutes they were done.The Valvoline rep even helped me with a windshield spray motor, checked my A/C unit, and gave some great suggestions on other issues to fix my vehicle. I took his advice and was able to fix a problem that I have been having for almost a year now.One of the rare times that I have felt like I got my money's worth and then some. Thanks guys keep up the great work!

I moved away five years ago, I come back and they still have records of service. Oil last changed (with them) 5 years and 50,000 miles ago! Still staffed by mostly young guys demonstrating various levels of "enthusiasm." I'm tempted to complain about "Millennial's attitudes", but, after all, it's not retail or a restaurant with tips expected- I just want my auto serviced well and in a timely manner, and that happened.

I have done a handful of oil changes here and they are always fast and the service is really impressive. They do tend to push additional services but it isn't high pressure sales so I don't mind it. There is almost always a Groupon available so check for discounts before you go.

They guys are pretty cool. I take my work car here because it has a Enterprise Fleet Card. They are quick and efficient and do not mess around. They do not try to sell you crap you don't need but are good about giving you a heads up when things need to be done. Two thumbs up!

Definitely won't be coming here anymore. Always had good experiences here, but the new faces don't seem to have a clue what they're doing. Car started making noises immediately after having an oil and air filter change done on 5/31/19. The woman who changed my air filter in particular had no idea what she was doing; struggled to get the old filter out and put the new filter in. Another tech had to show her what to do. Reading these other reviews, I'm wondering what else they did to my car. Now need to schedule a visit to my mechanic?? Should've just brought it to the mechanic for the oil change or done it myself to begin with. Thanks a million, Valvoline.

Don t ever go to this place. I should have known from the start I was in trouble - after my tech said... Mercedes will tell you you need this super oil type but it doesn t matter what kind ofOil you put in your car. I went through with the oil change anyway and immediately after turning out after getting the oil change my check engine light came on. Took it right back to them and of course they said it wasn t their fault and they did nothing wrongTook my car to the closest Mercedes dealership the next morning and come to find out...Valvoline put the complete wrong oil type in my car and didn t install the oil filter correctly. Mercedes changed the oil to the correct type and the check engine light shuts right off.Come to find out - the oil they put in was so wrong that if I drove 50-100 miles my engine likely would have seized.Called this Valvoline store and of course they take no accountability. However, Valvoline corporate was very nice and helpful and they will be refunding me and providing additional compensation for my troubles. Corporate said this store has been having many many problems lately.I will never take my care to a Valvoline ever again and recommend that no one else takes their car here.

Wish I could give a zero. Do not go here. They broke my skid plate, and claimed the bolts must ve been broken before they tried to take it off, they said they could tell just by looking at the broken bolts. The mechanics at the dealership said that s hogwash and there is no way they could tell, and if they saw they were broken before hand, they shouldn t have continued with the service. They re refusing to pay in full to fix the problem. He got two bolts off and then the drill kept going and going trying to get the broken bolts off, (maybe don t try to force them if they re stuck and you won t break them. The guy working the bay next to us even looked at me like what is this guy doing. I ve been going here for years (second time they ve majorly messed something up), thanks for the customer service and loyalty, ridiculous!

Their staff is inexperienced and cant handle a simple groupon. I went to get my oil changed after purchasing a groupon, instead they entered a code for a "discount" on the price of $70 for a blend, then proceeded to tell me I owe the difference. After I tried to explain that I already purchased the groupon, they had no idea what I was talking about and said I owed $36, after already paying $35 for the change through groupon. So I paid full price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid and left because I wasnt about to argue with 2 men who wouldnt listen. Ive been to other valvolines that are great, this one is terrible. Do not go here. Drive the extra 10-15 minutes to go to another.Also, the didnt do any of the checks the other places do. DIdnt check my lights, wipers, literally did NOTHING but charge me for something I already paid for.

Took my Toyota Highlander here twice and shortly the oil changes my check engine light went on. After taking it to the dealer the dealer identified that during the oil change they disconnected the ccv hose to check the air filter. The two dealer service visits cost me $250. Now in total a VERY expensive couple of oil changes. I told the manager, Nick, and he didn't seem concerned- just said "thanks for the heads up". Certainly won't be returning here for service with ANY of my cars.

Quick, efficient, and pretty good value. The team hustles when you pull in, you stay in your car, they run through your options (including choosing your oil type), explain, show you costs up front, and get it done. OF COURSE, they will try and up-sell you on things you may potentially need (new wipers, air filter, etc..) but you can always say no. I Picked up a $7 off coupon for full synthetic. Acura MDX, had to pay for "extra oil" which the car uses (MDX requires more oil, it just does), full synthetic, had them rotate my tires and agreed to have them replace my air filter (it needed it, charge was $24, even on amazon it was $19, so not a huge mark up), said no to everything else. Wiper fluid filled, all other fluids checked, , total for everything was $154. Not cheap, but good value, way cheaper than dealer. Since I like to do a lot of things myself (including changing over to my snow tires on my other car) I also like to see what it would have cost if I did it myself: air filter; $19, 6 quarts Valvoline full synthetic oil; $38, tire rotation: about 1 1/2 hours of my life. Overall, would I pay $90 (the net difference in costs) to save myself the time and hassle of what they did for me? ABSOLUTELY. And they did it in 12 mins with a smile and enthusiasm.

Saturday night we stopped in because the wipers on car were totally blown. The car was used by someone who did not take care of it and we were nervous because it was beginning to rain.Kevin was beyond amazing. He stopped what he was working on, found the wipers to be replaced, fixed and was kind, friendly and never said the shop was closing!A very true professional.

This one star is not for the guys who work here but for Valvoline in general. Don't get fooled with cheaper prices and groupon deals. They choose the cheapest and lowest quality oil for your car.BE CAREFUL. I have a car that requires full synthetic oil. They did use this type but from the low end. As a result, my car that never had problem before, started burning oil, making noises and polluting the air! I was lucky I cut it too early otherwise, I had to replace my engine! I tried to save with a groupon deal but I ended spending 700$ to fix the issue caused by them. Up to you if you want to take the risk and save 20-30$! you be your own judge...

Did the oil change as expected, but when I asked them to fill up my spare tire in addition to the four regular tires they declined because they were busy. Understandable, but it would have taken 2 extra minutes to do.
