I brought my truck for an inspection here last week and it passed no issues. At 7 o'clock my truck my Stablitrak and Engine light are on and now my car is messed up. How does that happen if it was just inspected kinda weird huh?

Came here to get some help with a tire losing air and wasn't asking for free service I try to ask the man in the repair shop not 2 words in he was yelling telling to to get out I wasn't in the shop i was standing outside but I was close rude all mighty then he said I can't hear me so I left what a trashy customer service

Awesome place to get quick car work done! The staff is a pleasure to work with, they are honest and sell you only what you need repaired. The work was done right, I haven't had any issues since. Also the store and gas is at a good price and in a great location. 10/10 highly recommend and will use again. Thank you!!

I used these guys March of last year (2018) for my inspection and they found a few issues with my car but then worked with me to find the most economic solutions to remedy my car problems without draining my bank account. In my past experience at other garages I have found that they just tried to get as much money from the customers as they possibly can. But the staff at the Shell station in Arlington does not do that at all. I am glad that I found them and I just made an appointment to bring my car in again for inspection 2019 and an oil change next week. The staff members also have very nice demeanors and do not make it a stressful situation at all for their customers.

This place is great-the service is wonderful. When we were looking to buy a car, George inspected multiple cars for me thoroughly; these guys are honest, hard working, and won't fix things that don't need to be fixed! We are loyal customers!

I have been going to this place for over 20 years. Never had a complaint. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. George is a very honest person and always give good advice. The repair cost is very reasonable, if I take my car to the dealer for the same service the cost for the repair would double or tripple.I am very happy with them, the price of gas is just a a few cents more. But they have better service.Thanks George for checking my car recently free of charge!

Had a nail in my tire. Drove around Arlington looking for a shop on Saturday to fix. Was turned down multiple times. These guys were knowledgeable, and straightforward. They stopped what they were working on to fix it in less than 15 minutes. Excellent job. This is the second time they were the ones in town to step up and make an emergency tire fix for me. I ll always go here first!

I mostly go here for oil changes and inspections. Have always been happy with the level of service, main mechanic (owner?) is friendly and helpful.They were once one of the cheaper stations for gas in Arlington, but unfortunately raised their prices after installing new tanks last year. Now the price is about the same as other gas stations in Arlington.

Gas prices here wont do your wallet any favors but it is full service which l like. However, the main reason this place is worth going is the service when your car needs attention. George and Jack are both very friendly and honest as l have been taking my cars here for years. They always tell you exactly what you need to know to fix your car on a budget whenever it makes sense to do so without feeling like you are being overcharged. They also do not hesitate to let you know when you should see the mechanics at the dealership if it comes down to that.Otherwise, they are more than able to repair or replace most fluids/brakes/wheels/tires, belts, a.c. units and recharges as well as many other car ailments that do not require a dealership visit. Very bad services. I asked them to change oil and air filter to my honda civic 2015 plus checking the tires as i know i have problem in the tires.After 4 hours they called me to pick my carbecause supposedly it was ready, i went there, i found i still have the tire problem as the car system says. I asked them previously and again when i arrived to check the rear left , the guy checked it very fast and he said its fine i insisted so he checked it again and he found a nail in the specific tire i asked them to check. Then the sign of tire pressure was still there i asked them to check them again but the guy there keep arguing and saying the sign will go when u drive give t few miles blah blah.. same exact thing he said then he found the nail... there is no honesty in this gas station they do not do what they are asked to and keep arguing without listening to the client. I would never go back for car services, maybe gas but not car services.Very bad

Mike is fantastic. He couldve charged me much more for what he did. He couldve charged me for a new tire instead of fixing the old one and even helped me work out some body damage free of charge. Never would have guessed my local shell is where id find an honest mechanic

This is the second time I've been there for gas prior to closing and was refused service because " they were closed". Then as I passed the station on my way home from another station, the attendant was pumping gas for other cars. Clearly they only provide service when they feel like it or to who they feel like it.

Very efficient at doing Mass annual vehicle inspections. For shorter wait times, go mid month.

This Shell station is clean and the staff are quick and helpful. I will stop here (rather than other stations) when I need a "fill-up"in a hurry.
