Mike has helped me out by fixing moth major and minor issues on my car multiple times. He and the staff have always been attentive and fair. I have never been left waiting for, or wondering where my car was. I'll keep coming back.

Do not go to this place! Rip offs I tell you . The dude overcharges everybody . He gave me a ridiculous price on work needed to be done to my car . I called a couple of other places and they all tell me he s ripping me off. I tell him the price was too high and I ll pick up my car and go somewhere else .. I go to the place and they tell me my cars not even there .. it s at a different gas station . Guy never gave me a heads up or nothing also he charged me almost $100 to just look at my car! They are robbers and I suggest nobody to take their buisness there.

Poor customer service, acted like I was bothering them for coming in for a state inspection.Told me to go in the building, as if there's someone there to help me. But he's the only person here. After 3 min of waiting and noticing no one was in the building, I went out to check again. The guy took my car keys and mumbled something.Inspection was done quick and easy, just poor service.

Smooth state inspection experience. I was second in line and it was a quick process. The gas attendants are very nice here too.

Twice in a week I've gone there to get my inspection sticker and they turned me away, during the posted hours. Been coming here for years but they have gotten too busy fixing cars to be useful for a quick inspection sticker routine. I went to the Shell on Mass Ave and was out in 15 minutes. Won't be going back here.

Had a slow leak in my passenger side tire. Called them and they said to swing by in about an hour for them to take a look (the mechanics were at lunch). When I arrived, they were able to take me right away. The mechanic found a small piece of metal wire that was the cause and was able to plug it and have me on my way in 30 minutes (including the state inspection which I hadn't noticed was due). Cost for the tire fix was $25 and there was no attempt to upsell. I'd used this station for gas and state inspections before, and they've always been very professional. This experience with a repair really reinforced that impression.

Being new to the area I got a recommendation to get my car repaired by Mike and I was not disappointed. Mike called to keep me up to date about what needed to be done and what it would cost me. There were no surprises and my car probably runs just as good if not better then when I bought it.

Always more expensive than every other gas station in this area. They also charge more per gallon if you use a credit card for getting gas which is odd for a brand name gulf gas station.Would not recommend this place.

These guys seem good mechanics, and I've used them for years. I know they are full of integrity and very helpful. I brought in my car recently for a new clutch, which went in fine. But a week later, it began stalling out intermittently. Assuming it was somehow their fault, over the next month they rescued me 3 times with a tow back to their shop, and even made a house call to finally track down the cause. The problem got resolved finally, at zero cost to me, and always with a smile. Great family business!

Mike and everyone on his team are incredibly knowledeable and SO trust-worthy. Knowing how ethical, informed, and responsive he and the team are has been such a peace of mind when it comes to maintenance of our cars.

Honest competent auto repair, at fair prices. You can probably get your car repaired cheaper elsewhere, but not better. We depend on Mike to give an honest diagnostic and repair with no "extras."

THE BEST PLACE TO GO TO GET REALLY GREAT SERVICES AND DON'T YOU FORGET IT DENNIS IS THE BEST WORKER AND THERE'S NOTHING ELSE GOING TO CHANGE THAT P E R I O D E END OF STORY DENNIS IS THE GREATEST WORKER AND DESERVES A BIG TIME RAISE WHEN HE'S THERE BY HIM SELF FOR THE WHOLE DAY SATURDAY AND THE WHOLE ENTIRE DAY SUNDAY AND NIGHT DURING THE WEEK OTHER THAN THE DAYS OFF HE'S THERE AND WORKING VERY HARD TO GET WHAT HE NEEDS TO GET DONE

A nice clean facility and always treated by a wonderful employee, you can't get that everywhere that has full service. Convenient location on rte 3 on the corner of Mystic valley Parkway on the Winchester/Arlington line. Easy in and easy out.

This station is in a convenient location. Next to Dunkin Doughnuts. Very nice people that work there. I bring my vehicles there for inspections. Friendly & prompt service.

Went in the other day for a state inspection. The whole deal took about 10 minutes. Very kind service. We also fill up there regularly and it's always fast and kind.

I always go here for an inspection sticker for my vehicle. They're quick and efficient. I'd use them if I had car problems.

They do have the least expensive gas in Arlington. Mike is a fine car mechanic with a wide range of skills

I did not realize until they had pumped my gas and have me the receipt that they charge more for using a bank card or credit card. I won't be going back.
