I have been going here, but this is the first time I had a horrible experience with them. I went to the oil change and service. They doubled the price for oil change but didn't even do the job properly. I had repeatedly asked Heather to make sure they added the reminder in the car when the next service was due, but that wasn't done. When I got home, I found a sticker instead saying my service was due in 3 months or at around 21K miles, which was completely wrong because the car stood at 24K miles already. When I called to ask why I had to visit for service again in 3 months, they just said, "Oh sorry, that must have been an error". That's it! Also, the mechanic returned the car with my "auto lights" in off position and I wasn't told about it. I almost survived an accident because of that since it was dark and my head lights were not on. Ridiculous!! If you are doubling the charges and people are paying that amount, at least be a little generous with the kind of service at your end. Make them feel you care for their car.

Horribly inadequate customer service. Nobody answers or returns phonecalls.Example, I called service to schedule a tire replacement on Saturday. Was told to hang up and call parts. Okay. Done.Except Parts either couldn't or wouldn't send me back to service to schedule (which has to be done separately)I had left 2 messages and tried calling countless times. No .Ended up calling Arco Tire in Somerville for a competent and drama-free experience.Honestly, I don't know how these people stay in business.Management would be well advised to upgrade communications technology and ensure all are trained.Maybe hire a business Mgr who has a clue about the customer experience.

This is review forCollision & Damage department - MirakExperienced an unfortunate incident where someone attempted to steal my car, resulting in a broken door handle and a slight scratch. Lucas from Mirak assisted in the claim process, assuring me of an email by day's end. However, despite continuous efforts over four days, I couldn't reach Lucas. A week later, I haven t received any email neither anyone from Mirak collision and damage department reached out to me despite of me calling them several times. Terrific service indeed.

I must unfortunately confirm the pattern that the Mirak Hyundai Service Center has problems dealing professionally with women. My wife was treated rudely by several men on the staff, who behaved dismissively toward her and talked down to her throughout the interaction. This is not acceptable.My own previous experiences with the service center are no better. The service desk is disorganized, impatient, and prone to giving "the run around." Their policies are defensive, more concerned with protecting themselves and "passing the buck" to other departments than providing coherence or convenience for the customer.I hope this feedback provides an opportunity for reflection at Mirak Hyundai, and a chance for other families to be treated better than mine was.In the meantime, I would only inteact with this dealership as a last resort, and recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Do not expect any communication or positive customer service from the Mirak Hyundai Service Center. I was an existing client and had a vehicle safety issue. I couldn't schedule an appointment or get a call back despite leaving multiple voicemails. I will gladly take my business elsewhere in the future and suggest that you do the same if you want a safe vehicle and smooth experience.

Bob and his collision center team delivered beyond expectations after our unfortunate series of car accidents.Whether it was for our Palissade or our VW, the professionalism, diligence, and customer care we experienced with Bob, Lucas and team are commendable.When someone crashed into our VW and it needed to be towed, the local body repair shop assigned by the insurance didn t want to look at it before the new year! Bob, who already had his team working on the Palissade, offered to take care of it. Organized to get the VW towed and managed to order the OEM parts needed for this discontinued car model.Both cars look and feel flamboyantly new. From the mechanical repair to the detailing, it is definitely a 5 star service.I wish all unfortunate car accident victims to be handled by this team of professionals.Note: Because their are super busy, you might need to call a few times before the phone picks-up, but I guarantee it s worth the perseverance.

It's impossible to get an appointment.And when you do get one it's 2 months away and you have to plan your whole life around it because rescheduling means you're back in the queue again and it's going to take another 2 months.No comments about the service itself, seems fine / about what you get at other dealerships.

It s standard to see an upcharge for things like cabin and engine air filter. But these guys are crooks, 80$ for an engine air filter and 60$ for a cabin, I said no, but that price is nuts. Those are 10-15$ each changing either of these takes minutes so don t tell me it s the cost of labor. This was the finally complimentary oil change thank god, and we will never revisit this place.

don t go here. they will likely do what you need, but the second your car is in for service they ghost. not even a call or text to tell you it s done after tons leading up to the appointment. I went cause I got my car at mirak and it was easier to set up an appointment here than find a mechanic but it is worth the effort to find somewhere else. this business is a tragedy and not worth your time.

Bought a genesis 1 1/2 years ago. Loved the car. Trying to schedule a routine service was impossible. Car computer system produced a alert gave me the option of dealership to contact me for routine maintenance scheduling, to which I said yes. 2-3 months went by never heard from the dealership. Had to have my assistant reach out to the dealership. Very disappointingThis past week tried to get the car looked at for a slow leak from the tire. My assistant could not get the appointment scheduled. Finally just had to take it my local mechanic .The service department has deteriorated over the years. Used to be good. I have left messages and never gotten a response back. Bought my first Eqqus there. Love the car and the brand. Would even consider changing dealership with the next purchase if service department service delivery doesn t improve I generally don t write reviews because, by their nature, they are biased however, in this particular situation, I m feeling very frustrated. Even try to get a hold of the sales person who sold me the car or manager was not possible having left many messages.Service: Auto maintenance

My interactions with the service advisor signaled a lack of integrity and internal communication.I brought my car in for a service campaign. When I asked him for details on what the service is actually doing, he couldn't give me a clear explanation.When I came to pick up the car, the printout noted that the "OBD2 Port had been tampered with." I wanted to know what this means. Will it require replacement? Is this a problem with the physical connection, or something else? He has no idea. Clearly, there's some lack of communication between the people at the front and the people actually doing the work. He then proceeds to tell me that I need a full synthetic oil change every 3000 miles, contrary to what the manufacturer's service recommendations are. A typical money grab.I'm glad I didn't spend any money there today, since it was for the service campaign, but I wouldn't trust them with anything else.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Took a month to get a reservation they called the day before and said it should be about 1.5 worth of labor for diagnostic. When I got there, staff was unresponsive and stated it would be double the amount (>$500) without doing any work to fix the car. Poor value and service, don't waste your time. The only good thing is that I was able to walk away without spending any money, just wasted a month of my time when I could have gotten it done somewhere else.

Incredibly slow. What should've taken "a day or two" as they said, took over a week. I had to call for updates. They never called me to tell me it would take longer then the time they had estimated. No communication about your car at all. Trying to get in contact with them is another hassle. I was hesitant to go back after my first experience with their service center. Trying to get a second appointment was impossible. I called three different times and left a message. I never got a call back. I ended up going to Dube for service. Much better experience.

Been going here for years since I purchased my car from Mirak.Biggest problem is you have to schedule appointments way in advance and their prices are on the high side (and of course they always try to upsell you).On the other hand the service has been good and the people are usually friendly.Nicholas in particular is great.

One of the worst dealerships and service centres. They charged me for wiper blades without me asking for it and the new wiper blades don t even wipe well. They didn t even reset the odometer after service. I paid $700 for such poor service. Customer service is as trashy as it can be. No one knows answers for anything. They keep transferring the calls between departments which goes on voicemail. I regret buying with them

The person who checked me in for my recall service was snippy and irritated. Like - you could at least be nice when I have to bring my car in for service because Hyundai made a faulty product. Also, the service center has been extremely difficult to get ahold of. I called twice to ask a question and was dumped into 2 different voicemail boxes. I sent text messages that got slow or no responses and the chat feature on the website was generic and not helpful. I used to really like these guys but that was years ago. The customer service just isn't as good these days.

Herbert is a HORRIBLE "manager". horrible service. tried to charge me double and insists that I'm always in the wrong. I would not trust this place in the slightest. they have blocked my number over trying to get my car serviced. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Very bad customer service. Not friendly or even professional. They re looking to charge you for the smallest thing and not there to help you. The only person in the front end that I have good experience dealing with is Nick.Also, it takes one month to book an appointment! Then, they text you saying can we push it further back. Very poor scheduling and handling customers needs.

Appointment made by Mirak was an error on their part. I got up early arrived at designated time and was told an error had been made. Frustrating.
