I'd been thinking about a new car for quite a while. I dropped in to Mirak Hyundai to check out the Kona EV, close to closing one day.They could not have been nicer, even when I said I'm not ready to buy anything soon.Mikael Reyes took me out for a test drive. A couple of weeks later I had decided I wanted the next year's model. So I discussed it with Mikael who did NOT PRESSURE me in any way, which I greatly appreciated, and put down a deposit, knowing that it would be 2 or 3 months minimum until the model was available.Anyway long story made slightly shorter Mikael was a pleasure to deal with and made sure that I was getting exactly the car I wanted, even though that meant waiting months more (7 total) for Mirak to get it on the lot.

Oscar the salesman and Stephen the finance manager were both fantastic. They made our vehicle purchase very easy. I would recommend the Mirak dealership as your first stop on your car buying journey. It was a busy Saturday and we were seen promptly, provided all the information we asked for and were not pressured into buying things we did not want to. It was a 10/10 experience and will be back to Mirak when we are ready to purchase a second new car. Thank you again to Oscar and Stephen and the whole staff at Mirak for making the experience as stress free as it can be!

Finance department will not tell you that if you finance through Hyundai that any extra money you pay monthly will not even give you an option to put it towards principal. You have to make a payment online then you have to call Hyundai Motor Finance after 24 hours to have someone (took me 10 minutes to speak with a human) manually ensure that the extra money you pay will go to principal. Calling any Hyundai department that could tell you about this is like pulling teeth. I was also told that Mirak would be able to get Veteran License Plates when I bought the car. Only to pick it up with regular license plates and for them to tell me that I have to do it on my own. I wish I never shopped here and I would advise anyone to stay away from this dealership. I imagine most Mirak dealerships are the same. Completely disappointed and embarrassed that I bought a car here.

Had a great experience. We had looked at multiple (larger brand) dealerships and this by far was the best. Small family owned was the way to go! Very transparent and got exactly what we asked for and what they told us we could get. Oscar was great to work with and had lots of patience with us as we were not familiar with Hyundai. Thank you for a positive experience.

I bought here a Sonata SEL with convenience package 2 weeks ago. Oscar, he was very kind, nice dealer, he was an honest and never said no. He tried to find the way to reach good price for both sides. If you want to buy, you should meet him.

Called to ask about a very common repair for a vehicle under warranty and was told it would be at least 3 weeks before vehicle could be brought in and vehicle would take even longer to service. Service representative seemed to have no time to care about customer and frequently interrupted me during call. When I expressed that 3 weeks was unusually long for a vehicle I have had to get serviced twice in one year of ownership the representative cut me off because they didn t do the first service, not really sure how that s related.When I tried to continue the conversation the representative cut me off and hung up.

The sales service is abysmal. My sales team kept changing and getting clear answers has been difficult. Even though the car was on the lot the day I placed my deposit, it's been over two weeks and my car isn't ready for delivery. They have consistently over promised and under delivered. Honestly, car shopping tends to be generally frustrating for me but this has been beyond my worst expectations.UPDATE the review still stands. They drafted more than I approved for a down payment (and rather just just refund it electronically they claim they need to mail me a check), they changed the terms of my interest rate and the duration of my financing at the last minute and gave no explanation for the changes and made no attempts to honor their offer, they started Bluelink and SiriusXM before I received the car so the trials are expiring, and they lie. With each screw up they would move me up the chain of command so I kept thinking: this time I'm working with someone with integrity. I was wrong.The MANAGERS promised to deliver my car to my driveway by Friday. I received emails, texts, and phone calls promising this would be the case. On Friday they received my plates and they simply decided not to follow through on their promises. They did not deliver my car. On Saturday a manager told me that if she needed to get in the car and drive it down to my house that morning she would. And then she didn't follow through.It's as if lying is integral to the culture of this dealership on EVERY level. It is astonishing that dealers like this still exist. They clearly haven't gotten the memo that most dealerships are working extremely hard to shed the "shady car salesman" baggage.Because I'd like to believe that I just fell in to some crazy vortex where EVERYTHING went wrong, but that this was not usual...yes, aid like to be that. So they still have one opportunity left to fix this before it goes to court and the BBB.

I just got a car from Mirak in Arlington and was served by AJ. The whole experience was seamless and smooth. We had some challenges as I am new to car buying in the US. AJ supported and helped me through the process. He was proactive and empathetic through the process. I would go back to Mirak any day and will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Had a wonderful experience buying Camaro here. AJ was a pleasure to work with. Explained every step very well to me, and great professionalism (this was my first time buying a car). Not only that, but wonderful humor to maintain excitement. He also worked quickly and was able to get everything finished in a timely matter. I will forever appreciate him. Just purchased a new Hyundai Pallisade from Mirak and the experience was very positive and my salesman Brad went above and beyond to take care of registration issues that were my fault. As well, Brad kept me updated regarding the entire process and also delivered the vehicle to my residence vs me having to take time off from work.

I ve had a positive experience with Mirak Hyundai in Arlington from the initial test drive, lease, and my most recent first maintenance. They are leaps and bounds friendlier and not pushy compared to other dealerships I ve visited around the state. Kudos to this crew!

Bought a used 2022 Sonata from the Mirak team here. AJ, Stephen, and Judy were all wonderful people to work with and were very upfront and honest with me during the entirety of my purchasing process. Would definitely recommend, AJ in particular was always helpful & patient - given that this is the first car I've bought in the US.

I am happy that I chose MIRAK as my dealer to buy my new car. They have a large inventory that allows you to choose between colors and exterior and interior design.Also, the staff is incredible! Needed a car on very short notice to replace a 10 year old vehicle that suddenly required repair. Took the opportunity to shop for an EV and was very fortunate to have a first class dealer right in my home town. They had plenty of Ioniq 5's in stock and did not try to upsell me. (The car sells itself--went for the Limited Edition.)We configured the deal as a lease to take full advantage of the federal credit. The plan is to buy out the lease at the end of the 2-year term. Total cost will be less that a straight out purchase. They handled all the paperwork and registration. All I had to do was call my insurance company to put the car on the policy. Easy-Peasy! The whole process took 30 hours from test drive to drive away!

The most disrespectful dealership I've ever seen. I have been dealing with them to get my vehicle repaired for almost 2 months. Every week they make up a different excuse and waste more of my time. What the employees say does not agree with each other, which is proof of how unaware of each other they are as a dealership. About 1.5 weeks ago, one of the employees said that the shop appraiser talked to the insurance company and they accepted the necessary loss, while today another employee named Nick shouted at me and said that they were still waiting. I have literally SMS message on my phone from Mirak Hyundai that says "Our shop appraiser spoke to Mapfre a bit ago and they accepted the scratch as part of the loss." I called the insurance company myself and they told me that additional supplements are already approved on 26th December. The insurance company already have accepted all the liabilities long long time ago.I have received repeated messages that the repair will be completed and you will receive your vehicle this Friday, like several times but the job never gets done. They didn't even properly checked my car to see what parts they need to repair my car because they are ordering a new part every week. Just imagine they found a broken wire after 1 month and it's an enough excuse to postpone my repairs. If you are doing something wrong, you accept your mistake and try to compensate for it, you do not try to solve it by talking mean or shouting at your customer. It's totally disrespectful and unacceptable! Stay away and thank me later!

My husband and I recently had an outstanding experience working with AJ at Mirak Hyundai. From the beginning of the process to the end, AJ helped make the process of getting a new car easy through his approachable personality, clear communication skills, excellent fund of knowledge, and significant experience. We particularly appreciated his clear communication throughout the process, especially during the final stages when he helped make sure everything was ready for picking up the car in a very timely manner. He also spent time going over the various features of the car with us and made sure we were comfortable using it. AJ truly went above and beyond the usual standards in car sales, and it was a pleasure to work with him. We would highly recommend working with him on your next car purchase or lease. Reposting for visibility on the main page: I must unfortunately confirm the pattern that the Mirak Hyundai Service Center has problems dealing professionally with women. My wife was treated rudely by several men on the staff, who behaved dismissively toward her and talked down to her throughout the interaction. This is not acceptable.My own previous experiences with the service center are no better. The service desk is disorganized, impatient, and prone to giving "the run around." Their policies are defensive, more concerned with protecting themselves and "passing the buck" to other departments than providing coherence or convenience for the customer.I hope this feedback provides an opportunity for reflection at Mirak Hyundai, and a chance for other families to be treated better than mine was. In the meantime, I would only inteact with this dealership as a last resort, and recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I was shopping around hyundai dealership for a 2024 kona and had come to Mirak first for just a test drive with Oscar Zavala. They unfortunately did not have the color that I was interested in, but I was still able to test drive the right trim. I told him I only wanted to test drive and that was it. He understood and didn't pressure me into staying longer and only gave me all the info about the car that I needed. He was very informative and knew the car inside out.I ended up going to McGovern Hyundai in Wilmington to conduct my business as they were more competitive with their OTD price. They said they were able to locate the color I want if I put a deposit but said I had to buy their $500 weather mats and they wouldn't budge at all... even let us walk out the door for it too. The car sales guy was incompetent and it took him 2+ weeks to say that they found the car for me, but then next day tell me that it never got off the freight truck. I was done waiting and twisting his arm for useless updates.I called Oscar and he said Mirak had the exact trim and color I want right on their lot and I asked if they can at least match what McGovern is offering and he said yes. Next day, I went to Mirak. I test drove, did my business, Oscar did the paperwork and worked with my insurance. BOOM. In 4hrs, I was driving home with my brand new 2024 kona. Oscar was quick, efficient, trustworthy and very helpful. He made the process fast and easy.

I would not recommend buying a car here. I set up an appointment to test drive a 2024 Tucson with a convenience package and AWD only to spend 2 hours being pushed around by a sales person. The experience was overall uncomfortable and argumentative which I did not expect when walking in to buy a vehicle. During the test drive she did not know anything about the car which I stated was fine since she offered for another employee to walk over them with us. But when I asked a question about a feature, disclaiming I thought she wouldn t know the response she responded to us in a very condescending manner. Kathleen brought me the incorrect pricing twice both for the incorrect car which I was luckily the one who caught the error. At one point she stated LOL at me verbally. Kathleen attempted to sell me a FWD when I request a AWD probably assuming I didn t know the difference.The kicker on top is they keep contacting me asking when I would like to come back in when it was very clear my appointment ended poorly.Granite Hyundai in Somersworth, NH is worth the drive and a much easier experience.

Not happy. I had my car repaired after hail damage. I left the car for 3 weeks while on vacation, it's nice that they allowed me to do that.They used third party company for hail damage repairs, and aesthetically they fixed all the dents on the roof and hood.However, when removing parts of the car for this repair, they weren't careful at all. Many plastic parts have been damaged during the process - very unprofessional job! Surprised by professionals not having a right tools and not caring at all.So I left the dealer without noticed this at first. I then contacted them back some time ago, and manager from collision department (Jared) promised to take care of it. I brought the car for service and also had it looked for this issue, Jared again said that he will contact me to address this issue, however he never did. The issue isn't that big, since it's some plastic things inside you can't notice immediately, but leaves bad taste due to poor customer service, especially that car had less than 10k miles during service and was practically new.I decided not to bother with following up on that, as have more important thing in life, but I also never went back to this dealership for anything (service, car purchase) and not planning to for foreseeable future for any needs.

A follow up email from sales manager ended up being what was needed for us to get the exact car , options and colors we had been searching for all done over the phone and drove it home 3 days later. Jessica made the process very easy after we had dealt with a few other dealers getting the run around. Jose handled it from there and was super easy to work with and very informative. Sales person Jose A. Is a great low pressure low key yet vey knowledgeable sales person and made this process enjoyable. Thank You Jessica & Jose. We love our GV70.

Very disappointed in the misleading information and blatant lies. Got the car but the finer details of the deal(which are on a signed contract) we're not fulfilled. Cannot get a brand new, under warranty vehicle fixed or even make an appropriately timed service appointment. Very sad and disgusting that this business still operates in this manner. Gross display of humanity. 2 stars only because I actually did get the vehicle. Should be 0 stars though for a lame and weak attempt at professionalism.

Tried to schedule an appointment for a safety recall. After multiple phone calls because their system was "offline", I was finally able to schedule an appointment with a very patronizing and rude man. However, I was told that the service would require me to drop off the car for the day, which I cannot do because I dont have another form of transportation and live 45 minutes away from their center. When I told them that I would need to wait there, they told me that it would take 4 hours to complete the service with no wiggle room. I have previously had car service with new brakes, tires, and electrical work completed in 2 hours. And the appointment could only be scheduled 2 months from now. This begs the question of the quality of their service center and overall customer service. Women beware of the misogynistic men that you might find yourself on the phone with at this place!

Dave at Mirak made buying our new Hyundai Tucson PHEV a real pleasure. The price was the sticker price (fair price) and they were very generous with our trade-in. Dave was able to answer all our questions clearly and honestly. Their inventory was excellent and we took delivery the next day.

Called them on 9/7 to purchase an SUV, found the car I wanted, cash purchase, very simple deal. Salesmen had to speak with his sales manager about this. After waiting for several hours, I called back, told I'm assigned to another salesmen but he's busy, again no one called me. Called today, spoke to Al the Sales Manager, told him I have a fleet of over 500 vehicles across USA, this is an easy deal for us. Here I am several hours later still waiting for someone to call me. I just don't get how you operate like this. Terrible customer service.*You've responded to this Google review asking I call you, purchased from another dealer that is in business to sell cars, nothing else to discuss

BEWARE of shady cars sales people! But everyone kind of knows that already.I bought a car through here and throughout the sales process, obviously they were very responsive. I purchased the protection plan (which I was told can be cancelled anytime) but I tried to cancel it about 30 minutes after purchase. They told me they couldn't do that immediately because it was already a submitted sale which is reasonable. The sales rep promised me a full refund would be coming and they'd work on it via phone.Ever since the purchase, the two sales people have been very shady and nonresponsive. I have asked several times for them to get a status of my cancellation at least 5 times through email and phone for two weeks after the purchase. They said they had processed it, I should recieve a check in the mail, and they promised that I'd get a full refund.The last correspondence I had with them was basically "what's the status of my refund? Can you ask the other salesperson to get me an update?" The response would be "Okay I will". It has been over a week of no follow up since.Also, the person who sold me the protection plan (and promised me that I'd get the refund), stopped responding after I asked about the status 5 days after, and then I asked him again 3 days later.A few weeks after purchase, I ended up calling the protection plan company and there was no request for cancellation from the dealership. The protection plan company told me the dealership is responsible to do so, but I ended up asking for a specific form so I could do it on my own. I also found out you only have 30 days after purchase to get a full refund, so glad the issue was pressed since it's nearing the end of those 30 days.Advice to sales team is to practice better transparency and follow through with your promises. Admit that you're not going to do anything because its extra work on your end instead of lying to me that you are going to get it done. OR tell me how I can do it myself instead of me finding out that I can do it on my own but maybe this drops your profit margins if you cancel it yourself. This experience with the sales reps at this dealership has felt very deceitful.

I recently bought a 2023 Hyundai Tuscan here and my sales rep, Jimmy made the process so simple! I am super happy with the service that they have provided me with at this location and thankful for Jimmy for making the process so simple for me as a first time car buyer! I would definitely recommend this dealership!
