Extremely friendly staff. Honest and helpful. Quick responses. They follow up and call back in a timely manner. By far the best dealership I have ever worked with or even spoke to. Will be a returning customer for sure. The whole process of purchasing my new car was easy and smooth. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely terrible customer experience. Called in to see and test drive a used Mustang gt listed on website. The salesman straight up refused to let us test drive and not even offered to show us the car for bull reasons like you don t have the interest to buy or I don t want to add mileage to the car . Guy had no idea how to do his job and no other employees in the room tried to calm down the situation. Wasted an hour drive on the road. Would not recommend anybody doing business with these guys.

Gesse and Sammy at Mirak were an absolute delight to work with! I called ahead of time to tell them about the truck I was interested in and they had it out front with my name on it when I came to look at it. Made the buying process so easy and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new vehicle to go to Mirak and ask for Gesse!

Diagnosed my wife s Tahoe oil leak - third party oil change not tighten filter. Did this basically free. Had Mirak oil and filter changed and tires rotated l. Explained what C service meant even though we declined. On pickup of Tahoe front passenger tire was flat, examined tire, sprayed water soap, dunk tanked it, 2 techs looked at - while I waited they did this immediately. Very happy on the above and beyond help. Honest dealer, went extra step. Fully informed me and very fast on what situation was, and when unexpected issue came up on tire were on it. It s not what goes right that is of critical nature , it s how handle when things go off the track that is most important. Mirak handled this with excellence!

Always amazing service, very professional and respectful staff. I feel like everyone goes out of their way to fit me in when I have an issue with my car. the car is always fininshed on time or early in my experience. They do a thorough job looking at history, checking for any warrantee info, and coming up with different options to consider before committing to anything. I feel like this is so much better than almost all the dealerships around the area that I have been too. Great job!

We recently bought a used Honda Fit at Mirak Chevrolet and had a pleasant experience. The sales representative we talked to, Gesse, knew the car, was prompt with information, and literally was on his toes for all the running around. The first day we went to see this newly listed car, it was still in their shop getting cleaned up. He drove us to the service area, showed the car, and offered a test drive the next day. He called to confirm our timing, and as we pulled in front of the dealership, he was at the door with the keys. The car was all ready for a test drive. We liked the car and bought it. The finance manager, Sam (Sanjeev) quickly finished the paperwork. Registration, number plates, inspection, and application for title was promptly handled by the dealership. Overall, it was a very positive experience for us... no pressure or scare tactics, good price, and quick service!

I recently purchased a used vehicle and I had Mirak's Service Center look it over for me. Brett and his crew went over it thoroughly and the only issue they found was a battery on its way out which has since been replaced. Thank you Brett and Mirak!

Brett is awesome and always takes care of me in a timely fashion. I needed an oil change and some service to a check engine light issue. Brett kept me notified throughout the day and my car was ready when I got out of work.

Brett was amazing , he kept me updated on my truck while it was being serviced and made me feel comfortable. The service department seemed to have improved from recent times I visited , much better now. We looked at both Chevy and Hyundai used cars at the nearly next-door Mirak dealerships. Jim Wheaton was our main contact, and was well-informed and easy to deal with. Although the Chevy Bolts they had for sale did not suit us, we expect to use them for service and accessories. The sales experience was fine, but the right car was not available.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and Ed took the time to listen to my issues I was having with my truck.He offered me an affordable solution and stayed in contact with me throughout the painless process of getting my truck back.I was provided a report of what was found and some additional work that could be done.Overall, MIRAK was outstanding! I highly recommend them.

They did a great job from start to finish. They even picked me up to get all the paperwork done. The thing is. I saw one of there cars online and loved it. The car, color, miles, and the money was just right for me. I live in Buzzards Bay near Cape Cod. The fact that they were willing to help me and come to pick me up to look at the car and do the paperwork was awesome. See they didn't know I would buy the car and was still willing to pick me up and drive me home. That meant a lot to me. So Thank You!!!!!

I sent an email on a Sunday requesting a test drive and by that Wednesday, I had my beautiful brand new Trailblazer home! Everyone was helpful, pleasant, extremely responsive, and so accommodating. I worked with Gesse and he was amazing! He provided excellent insight into which vehicle would be right for me and explained everything very clearly. I came into Mirak not knowing much about cars or the car-buying process and was nervous that I would be taken advantage of - this was NOT the case! Gesse was forthcoming and honest and made me feel comfortable. And Miko (I'm not sure I got the name right) got me a great APR! Overall, this was a painless (dare I say enjoyable!) experience. Thank you to everyone at Mirak Chevrolet! And a special note of appreciation to Gesse!

I wouldn't even take a car for free from Mirak, the sales mananger name Al is full of it, they offer in the website for them to bring u the car, Al said they would do it n not even the day l put for that l would be available but still agreed to the day they would come with Traverse to call me again the day B4 that they was not doin it unless it was a solid deal that's how he said it. MayB in the 1930s they were ok for my grandparents, cause now this days if the managers work like this 4sure my kids, my grandkids n anyone l hear mention getting a car frm Mirak will hear my experience l had recently with management... a lot of different story telling one of them went like this, we don't do that test drive at home he said after he told me my driver is somewhere else, full of it. Beware B4 u do buisness wit them! Lots of negative stars Mirak.

I just purchased a used BMW. Jim was awesome as well as the gentleman in the finance part. I never felt pressured. I felt comfortable and welcomed. They were upfront and honest. They stayed in communication with me through the entire process. Everyone in the building the three times I was there were inviting, professional and super nice. Thanks!

I walked one Saturday morning without an appointment, and Chuck came outside to greet me and walked me to his desk to learn more about what I was looking for.I had done my research and I already knew exactly what I wanted. Since the car I wanted was en route and unavailable to test drive, Chuck brought the most similar car available to get a sense and feel for the drive. He ensured me that if I wanted to go ahead and put a deposit, the car would arrive within a week or so, and that the dealership could track and know in real time where the car was. This is based on a previous bad experience I had at another dealership.Chuck was very attentive and followed up with me to provide me with updates about the status of my car. Once the car arrived, he handled all the paperwork for me.Although I am sure that all the staff at Mirak are great, I'm very grateful that Chuck was there that morning, and he took care of my needs. Kiko in the Finance office was also great, and I appreciate that he shopped around to provide me with the best possible rate.I will highly recommend Mirak to my friends and family.

Very quick to take the possibility of warranty coverage off the table for me. I feel reasonably confident the evaluation and choice to clear warning codes was appropriate however I also feel that a 17 mile road test was unnecessary and overall the $177 charge was predictably excessive. Service department seems to be competent and friendly enough but unlikely not to take full advantage of their leverage as pretty much the only option for repairs available and to overcharge.

They are a TOP NOTCH organization from beginning to end. They are helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy. I needed to buy a car quite quickly and they did everything in their power to make it happen in my timeframe and to ensure we all felt comfortable with the transaction (since it was happening in lightening speed -- honestly less than 24 hours from start to finish with a trade). I believe this is my 4th car/truck from Mirak and wouldn't go anywhere else. Truly the pleasure was all mine (and who can ever say that about buying a car?? ). THANK YOU TO AL & CHUCK FOR EVERYTHING!!

Quite possibly the best service I ve ever received. I had an emergency while out of town with my young children and Bret saved the day! He went above and beyond to care for us in a very timely manner!
