I had excellent service here.My Hyundai Santa Fe had a recall for a software update, they also offered a free oil change.I scheduled via the link in the email and was taken right away (actually 10 minutes early).They said it would take about an hour, so I waited, they were right.The waiting area is clean and comfortable, free coffee and some donuts, TV and massage chairs with charging station for your devices.Very pleasant experience, the only thing that would have made it better would be a WiFi connection available.

I bought a new SUV Palisade today. I had been waiting for 6 months. I bought MSRP. stress free and good customer service. Come to see Matt Bui. He is very professional and friendly. He will do his best to make it work. I am satisfied with his service. Highly recommended!

We drove 45min one-way to see their cars posted on-line but they could not locate the keys or the actual cars, although they confirm they should be available.The manager inside was reasonably friendly and apologetic for our long-waiting, but the rest of the staff outside and inside the showroom before tye manager totally ignored us and some others for quite some time.Probably this dealership runs a lot of different trim cars but I don't think I would buy one from here from the way we were treated.

We had a great experience at the dealership. We set up delivery of the vehicle. There were a couple of hiccups with the delivery. When I called and spoke with the sales manager, she was very understanding of my concerns, very professional. She took action immediately, stayed in contact and followed up after delivery. Sometimes Miscues happen, it's how we respond that makes a great company. I am happy to recommend Mirak Auto Group!

more updates: we spoke with Steph in sales. last week we were given the option to sell our car directly to Mirak, the offer was supposed to be extended to 3/10, contingent on assurance that our insurance would cover all costs after our car was sold. We have a signed notice from our insurance that they will continue to cover costs until the car is fully fixed. Steph now says that she will not buy our car until it is fully fixed. it's now been 44 days since our car has been waiting in their collision center for parts. they had it for a month when they offered to buy it. I am now stuck with a car I can't drive and no clue when replacement parts will be delivered.original review: Mirak's a fine dealership if you're buying a car only. I leased a 2020 elantra. When I was t boned and needed two doors replaced they handled it really well. When my car was stolen (look up Kia and Hyundai class action lawsuit) ignition busted, and window bashed in (1/23), they told me repairs would take two weeks, but apparently parts won't be in until 3/15, and no clue how long electrical repairs could take (not their fault).It has been a nightmare - after weeks of phone calls, multiple visits, unclear timelines, we asked to drop our lease early so we can actually have reliable transportation, and they offered to buy the car out from us - fantastic. Except it's taken another week of calls and multiple visits with unreliable information to actually figure out what we need to do between insurance and mirak to actually get out of a lease they told us we could leave. They're not interested in customer service for customers they've already profited from.continuing this review to see if I can get a response - calling mirak is very little help. Apparently our sales rep has moved on from his position sometime in the last two weeks. we were leaving messages on an extension that no one was looking at and no one contacted us to let us know or to continue providing customer support. This is a nightmare.final edit: it took 166 days for our car to finally get fixed (7/7). No one notified us the parts had come in, we just got a call telling us to come grab our car that day. between March and July there was no communication. We filed complaints with Hyundai customer service and waited 3 weeks to hear back from them - by that point we'd already purchased a car as it'd been 2 months of unreliable transportation. Hyundai customer service apparently was willing to reimburse us for almost all of our taxis and car rentals until the Elantra was fixed, which would have been GREAT to know before figuring out our own transportation. We later learned that at least 8 other cars were broken into and waiting on the shop along with ours. After filing a consumer complaint with the state we learned that several other complaints had been filed for frankly, probably the exact same reason (of course the consumer complaint agent could not confirm).In sum: at every point Mirak and Hyundai have been clear as mud, sickening to work with, and this entire experience has taken years off of my life.

Awful Chevy service. Doesn t even answer the phone. Told me my car was ready yesterday, a ride there and the car wouldn t start ! There s an hour and a half of my life I won t get back!!

We had the pleasure of working with Alex, who made the process pretty painless and smooth. He took us on a test drive and went over some key features of the car, which we found to be helpful. He was very helpful in guiding us towards what we needed without undue pressure. After visiting plenty of other dealerships, we decided to go with Mirak Arlington because of the positive experience that we had as soon as we walked into the door. We are glad to give our business to and recommend Mirak Arlington to our friends and family!

I went in with a friend of mine who is looking for a new car. The sales people were absolutely great! Never any pressure to buy, and very friendly. They took the time to answer the several questions we had. They understood the type of vehicle my friend required and tried hard to find one that met her needs. Ken encourage us to take a test drive and a new Ionic. Ken also offered to bring the car to my friends parking garage to see if it would fit in the extremely tight space it needs to fit. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Terrible service do not do business with this dealer. I booked a test drive for a specific Hyundai model. They accepted my appointment and left me multiple messages on my phone, always just leaving a call-back number. When I called back, the sales person was not available. I asked them to let me know if there were any issues. The sales rep called one more time, again just leaving their number. The day of the test drive, we drove 45 minutes to the dealership. When we arrived, they told us they did not have the model we were interested in. The sales people in the room seemed to think it funny we drove this far. Stay away from these people as far as you can.

The worstttttttttttttt Hyundai dealership I ve ever encountered . They have a 2 month service wait time . Their customer service is horrible I was there looking to get assistance after a phone convo and everyone looked at me as if I was an alien . From my experience as a black person . Please save your time and go else where.Fair warning !!!!!!

Popped in yesterday to get help with a tailgate locking issue. Heather in the Service Department immediately helped and went above and beyond helping me understand the issue (which turned out to be fine). It was so nice to have instantaneous and effective service. Super pleased!

After I made an online appt., I was reminded daily via email. At service center was greeted b to Nick. H we wore as face mask as and took my report I was alerted but text when m you vehicle was done. Excellent VIN updates and vehicle checked. Very proficient and polite.

I traveled 40 minutes in mass pike traffic to be treated with little consideration. The boss is rude. Plain and simple. After learning that I wanted to talk numbers, my trade in value, payments, you know, the normal things the boss didn t like it. He sent Oshane to end it not ten minutes after I sat down. Impersonal and rude, couldn t be bothered to greet me walking in.Why he thinks this is ok let s me know his level of contempt for the customers. He doesn t see you as a costumer; he sees you as a quick payday.What dealer refuses to calculate numbers unless you commit to buying it prior to taking numbers? This business person does. Reality check: it s a $30,000 car loan I m agreeing to, not a snack from the vending machine. Well, the boss didn t want to talk unless I agreed to buy a car.Shout out to Oshane for being a good salesperson. Thanks for answering all my questions on the test drive. Good luck in the future.Thanks to the boss for making it very easy for me to decide.Stay away from this place.

Best car buying experience I've ever had.Responsive to my inquiries, upfront about pricing. Even though my trade in was worth less than I hoped, they managed to make the deal work at even a lower payment that I had expected based on their online calculator.

I've leased and bought a couple cars through Mirak Chevy and it's been a good experience. Steve Hopkins the finance manager is great- very honest, helpful, and makes offers on additional products but respects your decline without any pushing which is refreshing! Ask for Jim Wheaton. We've bought two cars from him and it was always low pressure and he knows the vehicles well. Friendly sales/finance staff. They corrected a minor cosmetic issue I discovered after taking delivery, could have easily blamed me but they took care of it without any questions. Great EV dealer, very knowledgeable.

Im crying real tears right now as I posted this, those people will trick you into paying double the money for a car you ll find cheap somewhere else , they will tell you this the type of car until you signed and when you get inside it s completely different, I just realized I paid over 6000 dollars for a used car , I literally feel so dumb, they prey on vulnerable and people that understand English very well. Thank you for teaching me this lesson mirak, I WILL DIE BEFORE I BUY SOMETHING ELSE FROM YOU GUYS. I can t believe I let yall trick me. I HATEDDD MY EXPERIENCE HATEDD

Came here for the first service appointment on my '18 Hyundai Elantra and the process was completely painless. In and out before I even realized I'd been there a while. Staff were also super friendly and professional. Will definitely go again for service.

Nice salesmen, no high pressure sales, easy in and out.EV Drivers/Shoppers: They had Kona Electric Vehicles. I called and confirmed, showed up and they let me test drive. No hassles, no high pressure to buy this second. Knowledgeable salesman who told me about the features of the car. No brochures, they said everything was on the website.

I have bought two Hyndai Accent cars from Mirak and so far I am happy. John Waters was very helpful in identifying our requirements and helping in choosing what we want without any intrusion. Mirak service is also good as the staff are professional and giving suggestions to keep the car in better shape.

I went to Arlington at 9:15 as instructed via phone. I was told when I arrived the service had already been completed. It was a recall. Why was i asked to go there when I had called and service man made appt. for me so early by telling me the service had to be done and would last the whole day??????

Stay away! Made a service appointment after giving a detailed description of the issue. Arrived on time, waited half hour while no one looked at the car. Then told it would be 2 hours before they would get to it. Dont take appointments if you cant honor them. Simple!
