Love my new-to-me 2018 GSXR-600. Brice Guillaume, John Rice, Ray, and Chris in parts made this a great experience from start to finish. First time buying a bike from a dealership and they took care of me like family. Would absolutely recommend to friends & family and will definitely be doing business here in the future. Thanks guys

Greater Boston Motorsports is an exceptional motorcycle dealership that I ve trusted to service my motorcycles for the past dozen or so years and counting. The service department is top-notch, and Frank is an absolute gem to work with. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. Whether you're bringing your bike in for routine maintenance or a major repair, Frank will take the time to explain everything to you in plain English, and he'll make sure you understand exactly what's going on every step of the way.The service department is staffed by some of the most knowledgeable and experienced technicians you're likely to find and I ve never had a bad experience with any annual service or emergency repairs done at this shop. They take great pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of their service.Overall, I can't recommend Greater Boston Motorsports highly enough. If you're in the market for a motorcycle, or just need some service or accessories for your current ride, this is the place to go in the Boston area.

As a Brit abroad, staying with my brother and going on motorcycle holidays we called here to have my bike tested for this year's sticker. Th reception/customer service guys are excellent and I was impressed when they recognised us from last year and knew the Goldwing was mine......American service is alive and well at GBM that for certain. We chatted to them about bikes, obviously and then they pulled a dastardly trick telling the bike hadn't passed........ anyway after the near heart attack induced joke had subsided we were on our way. It was quick easy and efficient and I can't think of higher praise really. Thanks for going the extr mile and I will send you the cost of the defibrillator hire....

To my surprise, This was the most professional and thorough motorcycle buying experience I have had in over 10 years. The even had a product specialist go through the bike and made sure I was well educated on it's operation. Keep up the positive attitude and professionalism. I will be back for my next one for sure.Dealers in NH got nothing on these folks.

Bought my 2024 CRF250R here and the bike came with NO COOLANT. thank God I didn't fully let it warm up when I first started it. I don't even know if it has the correct amount of oil or any at all!!!

I bought my used Kawasaki W-900 cafe racer there in 2022. they found the bike for me and charged me a very fair price and made the entire transaction very easy including delivering it to me. Since then, there have been several times where I stopped by the service department with minor issues and each time, they fixed the problem for me on the spot and didn't charge me. The service in this place is outstanding. Everyone is super friendly and a special shout-out to Jim who is a gem. They've got a customer for life.

I recently bought my first bike here (a Kawasaki ninja 400) and I was incredibly satisfied. When I walked first walked in, I was kindly greeted by one of the salesmen named Brice who was very knowledgeable without being over bearing which was super nice since I usually can't stand people who are clearly trying to sell you something. Brice however just talked to you like a real person and that really sold me. Josh in the retail department was hilarious and made waiting for them to prep my bike super enjoyable. Brian in the Finance department worked super hard to make sure that everything with the money aspect went through cleanly and smoothly. All in all a super positive experience and I would highly recommend this dealership for any motorsports needs.Tldr; Bought my first bike here. Super nice staff. Smooth buying process. Would recommend. Shout out to Brice Guillaume for being the man.

I always bring my ninja 400 here for maintenance and oil changes. Prices are fair and the customer service is even better. The service manager Jimmy has always provided me with excellent customer service. I brought my bike in for tire installs, they were even able to fix my loose fairing issue and clutch. Thank you so much!

Super dishonest business.I was about to purchase a motorcycle and trade in my old one (16 year old ducati monster) when checking the web, there is none under $4k that is in working order. The trade in value is listed as $2500 to $3000. The website gave me a trade in quote of $2500 and they confirmed that . I put a deposit on the new bike then bring in the old bike for ato finish the deal. Then they offer me $1600. Nothing wrong with the bike other than it is 16 years old what is included in the blue book estimate. There fees on top are high too, what would be acceptable if they where honest about the rest. They should not take a deposit if you cannot keep your end of the barging. waisted a lot of time effort and money. They are dishonest and I am very disappointed.

My bike was only there for a carb clean, and front tire replacement they had the bike for over three weeks and never called me to come pick it up. Upon arrival I noticed that they tried to overcharge me on the bill. The worst part is they drop my bike, and didn t own up to it!

Relaxed experience, no pressure and able assistance from a very knowledgeable salesperson (Brian Kent). GBM gave me a reasonable offer on my trade, and I am very pleased with the used (but new to me!) motorcycle I traded up for. All staff were friendly, approachable and willing to assist. I would have no hesitation recommending Greater Boston Motorsports to anyone, from experienced riders to newbies. Well pleased.

I didn't personally buy anything from this place. But from what I saw took place with someone I know that did buy a used bike from them, I will never recommend or buy from this place. My friend is new to the biker world and knows very very little about bikes. He traded a bike in to them (which they gave peanuts for) toward another bike that, in my opinion, is a "project" bike and the make and model would be, by several pricing guides, worth 3000. in pristine/excellent condition. The bike that he got has been nothing but headaches right from the start. It has electrical issues causing lights to work sometimes but most time not working. The battery keeps going dead. It needs a stator, rectifier and possibly a starter...it is gonna be checked again to confirm the things it needs. There is rot on some of the components and I am surprised they didn't fall off. Many of the wiring is without the sleeves/wirecovering. It looks like a bike that sat outside for a few years evidenced by the corrosion on much of the chrome parts. It definitely will not pass a state inspection as my dad is a licensed inspector and said it will not pass with faulty lights and wiring. Stay away from these shysters!

Brice at Greater Boston Motorsports in Arlington helped me choose and purchase my first motorcycle and then helped me get it ready to ride. He did a great job and followed up to make sure I was happy with my new bike. The parts and service teams in Arlington were also helpful and welcoming to a new rider.

One thing that keeps happening at this place is that you make an appointment, and when you get there, there's no appointment .This happened on more than one occasion. We have 4 bikes, and none of them will ever be taken into this place ever again. The lack of professionalism in this place is evident. They make the error and do nothing to fix the problem. Their inability to honor the appointment that was made two to three weeks prior proves how incapable this place is to conduct business in a professional manner.Good thing they're not the only bike shop in the state. They sure do act like they're the only option.

I recently visited Greater Boston Motorsports and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help me out. Frank, in particular, provided me with excellent service - he was efficient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. He even helped me out with a few extras that I wasn't expecting!

Horrible customer service.Went into the shop to buy a new bike and put a down payment on a mt07 that they said was available and i could have it ready in less than 4 days. I left the shop thinking it would be a simple process. 2 weeks went by and I didn't hear anything, I kept calling looking for updates and kept getting the run around. After the 2+ weeks of calling looking for answers they told me they had sold the bike I put a down payment on, to another person. So I was forced to settle for another bike as the new wait time was 6 to 8 weeks. Not Apologetic in the slightest. In total it took about 1 total month to walk in and get a bike. Don't expect a call back or any updates from them. But do expect a 600 freight charge and a 300 dealership fee. Salesman didn't care. GM doesn't care. However financing department was fine as they did have it delivered to me. However the girl that helped me wasn't even from that dealership. You can get a bike anywhere but I will not recommend this shop.

This is for the Service department. I was in the area on a yearly road trip on the bikes with family and friends. I picked up a drywall screw while i was in Bedford. Jimmy (i believe) at Greater Boston was able to squeeze this traveler in for a new tube in my motorcycle tire same day. Chris the tech was awesome. And also if anyone who reads this knows Ernie, please tell him Greg made it home safe. Absolutely check these guys out for your service needs.

Took my bike in for an issue I couldn t diagnose. The staff quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a day! They also took care of a few minor issues that they totally could have charged me for but didn t.I asked about storing my bike during an upcoming deployment, and they offered to store the bike for as long as I am away for just the standard winter storage fee. These people care about you and your bikes, and I d highly recommend them to anyone looking for good mechanics and good service!

Came into the store to look for a part for a scooter. The people at the service desk were really welcoming and one person walked me around to show me where everything was and what floors they were on. It looks small on the outside, but there's much more space on the inside. It's 3 floors, with parts and gear on the 2nd floor and scooters on the 3rd. Unfortunately, parts didn't have what I needed in stock, which were valve stems, but the service counter went back into the shop to look for something that might work for me and I ended up leaving with what I came for in the end. I'll definitely be back again! Next time I'll try and remember names.

These guys are great! I worked with these guys to perform a PPI on a motorcycle I was buying and they made everything easy and painless! I highly recommend these guys for parts/service/accessories.Be warned! Parking nearby can be a bit tight!

Called about applying for financing. I was told I'd have to order the bike as they were out of stock. Not an issue for me. I know that demand has been exceeding supply lately. I was then asked how much I was willing to put down. I replied 10%, thinking that was pretty standard. Obviously he didn't like that, because immediately after, this piece of work (I believe his name was Bob O'Brien) hangs up on me. Real classy. Next time, how about you show a prospective customer some respect. If you can't help with a request, do them the courtesy of saying that, instead of just rudely ending the call. Unbelievable. I recommend those of you reading this to do yourselves a favor and get your motorcycle at a shop where the staff genuinely cares and wants to help.

Had a great experience buying my first bike from start to finish! They were extremely welcoming and answered all my questions as a new rider. I actually ended up buying a bike the same day I walked in.Sales, finance and service were all phenomenal. If you are a new rider or a veteran, this is the place you want to buy your next bike!
