My car was scheduled for Concierge pick up service today at 9AM.At 10:15 I called and spoke to John.He connected me to Candy who said my name and could not hear me, hung up.Called back and John straightened out.Candy seems to have dropped the appt.ball.Car was picked up around 11AM.Dropped a loaner.Call from John at 2:45 ,car was in concierge mode.They needed it off for reprogramming,which I shut off.Car was returned around 4PM.This was a routine 8000 mile service.Seemed like a lot of work on my end and theirs as well.Candy appears to be a bottleneck.John picked up the ball and ran with it.All good.I hope they address the Candy issue and resolve it.Cannot wait till my next service in fall.Maybe smoother sailing.Very stressful.This was done on March 4th,2024.I also deal with Mirak for my company trucks.Have had similar people issues with them.It only takes one person to ruin what should have been a pleasant experience.Oh well, Thanks John for resolving.

Came in to test drive a GV70, was met with a horrible salesperson. Swearing while telling us about the trim levels of the GV70. Walked away from us since we didn t want to reveal what monthly payments we want to make in our next vehicle. We just had to walk out and went to another dealership. Ended up buying an Audi Q5 the same day. Lost a customer due to horrible salespeople at this dealership.

Pay Genesis prices, get Hyundai level service. Called to schedule an appointment to address a safety recall issue, told that the next available appointment isn't until March 2024 at the earliest. Mind you, this is for a safety recall that reads, "failure could result in sudden reduction or loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash" which the dealership could not care less about prioritizing. This is not the first time I've had issues scheduling any type or service or maintenance, and from reading other reviews, seems like others have the same issues. Dealership should consider closing up shop and focusing solely on selling Hyundais as they are clearly not equipped to sell and service more premium brands. If I could go back in time and stop myself from purchasing the vehicle from here, I would.So please, if you are reading this, do not make the same mistake I did and purchase a Genesis vehicle from this dealership. While the sales team is kind and knowledgeable, things very quickly go down hill the second you purchase the vehicle and have to deal with management and the servicing department.

I recently purchased a new vehicle at Genesis of Arlington. Everything about the experience was top notch, easy to schedule a test drive and professional sales staff. They don't use the hard sales approach and were very friendly and helpful all along the process. I can't review service dept yet, but hope to have a continuing positive experience in the future.

I am the fourth generation Genesis owner. I was debating should I go for Palisade Calligraphy or G80 prestige. At some point, I gave up on G80. However, Jose and Kenny made it happen.I cannot speak enough about the professionalism, responsiveness, and can-do attitude that Jose and Kenny exhibited. Dealing with two of them was easy, straightforward, with no hassle. Not to mention that Mirak does not do market adjustments above MSRP, which most dealers do.I would highly recommend Mirak Hyundai/ Genesis if you are looking for a simple, honest, and no-hassle process of buying/ leasing a vehicle.Best,Srdjan

I had a great experience with Genesis of Arlington. From the beginning Jimmy was great! .He was professional patient and polite. I was waiting for a GV 80 to come in for me. He would reach out via email with any updates. Then I worked with Andy who was great also. Friendly, professional, respectful! And he knew his product! And he handled the delivery VERY WELL! Thanks Andy! The manager, I believe his name is Kevin, very nice, and Steve the finance guy was professional and nice too! Probably the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! Thanks to all at Genesis of Arlington! You were all a pleasure to buy my GV 80 from!

What a terrible dealership. The sales manager was incredibly rude, didn t care that I made an appointment to test drive a car. The salesman was also quite useless as he hardly returned my calls, and I had to call a manager to make an appointment in the first place. As I told the sales manager I am happily taking my business to another Genesis dealer, and I am making Hyundai USA and Genesis USA aware of your sales managers conduct, as well as the owner of the mirak automotive group. Being short staffed is no reason to be rude.

The sale person that I worked with Garry was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. The one thing that I really liked about this dealership was that you didn't feel like you were getting pressured into buying something. They took time the time to answer any questions and go through everything you wanted on how the vehicle worked.

I have a 2017 Genesis G80 which I purchased from Mirak a few years ago. I have bought many cars over the years and this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. From start to finish it was simple and stress free. They gave me a very fair price for my trade and the vehicle I was purchasing. They were very transparent about everything and I never felt pressured into buying anything that I didn't need or want.The service department is also top notch which, at the end of the day, can make or break a dealership.Highly recommend this dealership and the Genesis vehicles in general.

Overall a good buying experience. I love my new 2023 GV80. Room for negotiation, felt like I got a fair deal which in a market like this is hard. They stick to their word they do not sell their cars over MSRP which is highly respectable after reaching out to other dealers that were marking up 4-5k. They were able to complete all paperwork and inspection the same day and was able to drive the car off the lot! Thanks guys!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.We purchased the gv80 from them last year and that process was fine so we decided to use them for annual maintenance and three additional issues the car had - HUGE mistake!After four different people attempted to schedule an appointment (and us having to be on phone with them literally repeating the same info each time - FAIL ONE), they finally had one on the books - or so we thought. Apparently they told us the wrong date (FAIL TWO) so they came on a different date. Even though we told them all the things that needed to be looked at (multiple times) car came back with just annual maintenance performed - FAIL THREE. At this point I wanted to talk to Genesis service manager John Aldinger. He made another appointment for all the other items but of the three items they completed exactly zero - one could not be replicated, one they claim they cannot do and one they said was an update I had to perform at home because they're too lazy to do it in the shop (FAIL FOUR). I guess all this incompetence makes more sense when you interact with John, who treats customers as a nuisance - an odd approach for a service manager. After keeping my car an extra day without asking me first - FAIL FIVE - it comes back today smelling like cigarettes - FAIL SIX!As much as I like the car itself, I cannot recommend Genesis due to the worst customer service imaginable. This level of incompetence and contempt for the customer is unacceptable for a mass market brand, never mind a luxury brand. Genesis USA really needs to step in and get this dealership under control.

I worked with Tom to buy my new car, and he was great. He wasn't pushy and he listened to what I had to say, and in the end got me a great deal, much better than I was getting at other dealerships for the same car. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car to me, and sat with me to go over everything I wanted. Even though it was his day off he wasn't hurried and was willing to stay as long as I needed. Overall a great experience!

1st time using this Dealership Switching from another Genesis Dealership! Which were Extremely Unsatisfactory with Service and Knowledge about Genesis Brand.....But I Checked out this Dealership first and Spoke to Service Manager John, Who seemed to be Very Friendly and Knowledgeable about the Genesis Brand.And they are In the Process of trying to Fix a Extreme Chronic Problem with Remote Start that the other Dealership had No Clue about!But they did my first Oil Change and Valet Pickup.Which was Totally different than the other Place. They Showed up on time. And got my Vehicle back to me a timely Manner!!Not like the other Genesis Dealership, Had me Waiting way into the Evening..............Service Manager John and his Staff @ Mirak Genesis are a Diamond in the Rough....And to tell the Truth they were the first Dealership I looked @ when I Purchased my first Genesis Sedan, Back in 2011.But If I Choose to Stay with Genesis, Mirak will be My first choice to Service My Vehicle.Because to me My Vehicle Means the World to me and Service done on it as well.Extremely Satisfied Customer!!!!!!!!!!!!

Months for an oil change. Call to schedule service in June and next appointment is in September? Contacting Genesis corporate about this. It's my closest dealer yet they can't service my car like any other manufacturer would. There's obviously a problem at Mirak.

Update: I understand the lack of stock. Because there is a shortage in the market right now. My question is service and communication. Why reps still ask customers to visit dealerships when they know they're out of stock and drive tests aren't available. Do they ever think about what happened next? Customers drive for an hour or more and are told upon arrival there is nothing to do but leave? Sales reps and managers don't check their commitments when they communicate with customers about their appointments? How does Genesis of Arlington and Mirak expect customers to react to this? The biggest problem with Genesis of Arlington and Mirak in this case is the complete lack of consideration for the well-being of their clients. Maybe I'm a little high on Genesis' service philosophy, but I think as a luxury car seller, it's hard to trust that it's a match or superior service to its competitors with a service that's worse than a third-tier used car dealer-not even comparable with economy car dealer.For price: Yes, it's cheaper than other luxury cars. But it's a bit high compared to the poor service that customers get. Price can really be a selling point. But for luxury car brands, the resulting drop in service is a blow to the reputation. In fact, it doesn't matter how high the price is, as long as it matches the service and quality. Otherwise, like other comments, "it's just that Hyundai sold a more expensive car".Former: It took me an hour to drive here and had to leave after less than 5 minutes. Although I made an appointment in advance, my rep was unavailable when I arrived. Another rep told me they had nothing, whether it was the car I had reserved or any other model. So, the driving test is not available. I was told I had better leave. Genesis of Arlington and Mirak have refreshed my knowledge, even though I've encountered some tough dealers. I had confidence in Genesis at first, but the reality was like the comments I saw "Genesis is just Hyundai raising prices, don't expect Honda service, don't even say Mercedes and BMW".Also, there is no need to leave a contact information. For 3 weeks I contacted Nicole Brown, Doug Leman, manager Ken and had no feedback on my bad experience. Silence, everyone is silent. So, I don't think the fourth contact will change the status quo

Seek out Andy Espinosa as your sales person. They have knowledgeable staff and a low pressure sales process. They where able to provide me my desired high demand SUV in less than a week. Tutorial by the sales person to the numerous technology features was helpful.Genesis of Arlington is not charging in excess of sticker prices where other Genesis dealers are. Very responsive to post acquisition questions.Genesis has impressive warranty and prepaid service plan. Their Corporate office customer service is easy to get a hold of when needed.

My experience at Mirak Genesis was outstanding. Garry was patient with my queries about various cars, and honest when describing their attributes. The entire purchasing process was low pressure, and the staff worked hard to find the right car for my needs. I am very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this dealership.

I had an exceptional experience at Genesis of Arlington. I was easily able to make an appointment at a convenient time. I showed up early and my salesman, Michael Howard, was ready for me. He was very personable, easy to deal with, very knowledgeable about the Genesis line, and most importantly was open, honest, and presented me with an extremely fair deal right from the outset....no playing games! I am thrilled with my new G70 and highly recommend Genesis of Arlington.

I had a great experience at Mirak Genesis of Arlington. I worked with Michael Howard on the lease for my new Genesis G70. There was no pressure, he answered all of my questions and was accommodating with my requests to test drive multiple models. Given the current situation with the coronvirus pandemic, I was required to make appointments for test drives and paperwork. There was plenty of availability for appointments that fit into my schedule. I would recommend this dealership to potential buyers.

We recently purchased the Genesis GV80. The service at Mirak is impeccable! Andy sold us our car and he went above and beyond to complete our purchase quickly. We came from a distance on a very busy day and he made it happen! We are beyond happy with the service we received from our first phone call, to speaking with the manager, to working with Andy and dealing with the business office. Everyone was kind, helpful and it was so smooth! We highly recommend purchasing a car through Mirak Hyundai!

I had never driven a Genesis and was hooked on the G70 as soon as I drove out of the dealership for a test drive! I was trading in my 2011 Audi A5 convertible and was hesitant to purchase another high cost vehicle. The experience with Mike Howard and Ken Wright was as smooth and accommodating as the test drive! It was refreshing to work with a dealership that couldn t do enough to accommodate a customer!If you are in the market for a luxurious sports car, test drive a Genesis G70 - you won t be disappointed - you ll be quite impressed! For a more reasonable cost, the car easily competes or surpasses the typical high end makes!
