Eli's is amazing! Ritchie is customer oriented, their service is efficient, professional & courteous. We are new to the area and we are so happy we found Eli's! We will be bringing all of our cars here from now on. They are honest and clear with their pricing and explain what work is needed. I can not recommend them enough!

A couple+ years ago I rode by and saw Eli's gas prices, which were noticeably lower than other gas stations in the neighborhood. I guessed it to be an advertising ploy, likely a a bait and switch technique but I guessed wrong!Eli's prices continue to be routinely lower.Almost 2 years ago I needed a new AC so I got estimates from 1/2 dozen other locations - Eli's was lower or comparable to industry standard. During this service I witnessed how their customer services shine (right along with the inside waiting area!). All staff are always pleasant, always kind and go above and beyond to be helpful. Eli's of course, is my go-to for yearly State inspection.The most important business practice to me and my family is honesty. Ritchie has always only leveled with me, he demonstrates his business acumen in ways that are clean and ethical.It's awesome doing business with Eli's!

Extremely thorough, fast service. My X5M needed some TLC so I went to Richie for an oil & filter change, spark plugs, ignition coils, wheel alignment, and installing wheel spacers/extended bolts. Richie was extremely communicative with me from when I dropped it off Wednesday morning to when I picked up the very next day - super quick for all of that work! Really happy with the service and customer service. You can absolutely trust these guys with your car to get the job done.

10/10 experience for my oil change, fluid top off, and tire rotation! I'm new to the area from out of state, and a friend recommended I get my car serviced here. He was right, the service here is incredibly kind, quick, and thorough. I wasn't aware of Eli's online coupons/specials, but they applied these deals at the time of check out - I appreciate their genuine care for their customers! I will definitely be coming back for my next service and recommending it to my friends!

Eli s is the only place I bring my cars. They take care of any car from my Subaru to my Audi. It s always top notch work and care. They explain what s going on and devise the best path for you and your car. I would recommend Eli s to anyone who wants to be treated correctly and with care.

I have been taking my car to Eli's for 4 years. It is a really awesome thing to have a car shop that you can trust to do good work and also not suggest you repair things that are not really necessary. That is this shop. I have come to really trust Richie and the team at Eli's. If someone asks where to send their car, this is where I send them.

I routinely take both my wifes and my car to Eli's Service Station for oil changes and inspection stickers. Staff there is super nice and Richie behind the desk is awesome to deal with. Quality work done in a timely manner. I will be back.

I reached out through the contact form on Eli's website, but have received no response, so I am bringing my complaint here.I had some car repairs done, which ended up being rather costly. I have no issue with the work itself. I do have an issue with how the staff treated me. When I went to pick up my car, only one staff member was there, and he acted very aggressively. He yelled at me and swore at me, claiming I was in the wrong for picking up my car at the time I arrived (even though on the phone earlier in the day I had confirmed with Eli's what time I would be arriving). When he went to get my car, he didn't ask me what my car looked like, and brought around the wrong car. When he came inside and I told him this, he became even more upset. "why would you let me waste my time bringing this car around, etc." I said, you just walked out the door without asking me which car was mine, and you didn't tell me what you were doing, so how would I know? I felt unsafe due to his behavior and nearly left, but then he gave me the key and checked me out (which took less than 1 minute, as would the rest of my visit if he hadn't yelled at me). I would not recommend going here.

After getting some very suspect work done I confirmed with locals that the people in this network of shops are known for scamming. Came for inspection and received a $1400 bill for work that I did not ask for.Asked for an inspection and exhaust install. Come to the shop for a "completed job" with a rattling exhaust and brakes that are terrifying to use (air in lines) after he replaced pads rotors and calipers.. Unable to confidently stop and genuinely dangerous to drive on the road. He fixed this for free after I mentioned that this issue did not already exist. He also destroyed my handbrake, and the cables alone are $250. He also decided to take out tints that I had recently installed. If you are looking for a place for your car to get bullied, look no further.

Great little neighborhood Service station which offers State inspection. The state inspection is always quick and I have been getting my car inspected here ever since I moved to West Medford. The gas prices are always reasonable and it's a full service too.The only complaint: Smile people. It takes a lot less muscles to smile :)

I went to Eli s for an oil change for the first time after moving to Arlington. The overall experience was good. Richie is professional and responsive. The only complaint I have is that when I opened up the hood after driving home, the cap for the window washer was not closed. I can t believe this happened.

Eli s Service Station is the only shop i take my car to for everything from changing fluids to swapping in new brakes. Richie keeps a super open line of communication with his clients to ensure that you are updated on your cars status. No job is to small or to big for Eli s

Talk about incredible service and incredible people!!! Eli s is the best around, Richie lets you know exactly what's wrong with your vehicle and give you a reasonable price for parts and labor. I will recommend it to everyone.

I cannot recommend Eli s service station enough! After an accident, I needed someone reliable to fix my car, and they exceeded all expectations. They communicated clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and delivered flawless results. The level of professionalism and care received was outstanding. Eli s has been my go to mechanic for a couple years now and they are just incredible. Richie is so good at letting you know what s going on and how much everything is going to cost. I recently brought my car in with multiple issues and they assessed it, got the parts, and fixed everything in one day. My car ran better than it has in years. Last week, we went to Eli's for inspection, but he couldn't see it on the computer. After he called us next week, he said let's do it. We called and they said if you come right away, we will do a visual inspection. I hurriedly picked up the kids from school and picked up my wife away from work. Two people without an appointment came before you when we arrived, said an bearded person. But we said we have an appointment, but he said very rudely that it would be the first inspection to come quickly. Eli's isn't quality service...

I have always had great service at Eli s. They have always been prompt and professional. They are able to explain the issue with your vehicle and give different options for repair depending on your budget. They also have great cash-only gas sales. I would recommend this shop for quick and complete turnaround.

Ask for Richie, he can tell you exactly what you need to do and how long it takes to make jobs done. I used their services a couple times now. Everything went smoothly and the cost was reasonable for parts and labor. Highly recommend!

Love Eli's! Have been bringing my car here for years. Normally work with Ritchie. Everyone here is very honest and straightforward with quoting, servicing and timelines. They have even told me I don't need repairs done that other (subpar) mechanics suggested! Brought my car here for a second opinion and super happy I did. They also understand the mental dance we all do deciding if an older car "really needs" this work done or if it's time to sell it. Careful about these guys. I had some front end noise that they quoted me $2500 worth of work on. I got a second opinion at a mechanic back in my hometown that I trust very much. Ended up being only $250 worth of work and the noise was resolved. Also asked them to get out the work Eli s quoted me on and they did not agree with a single part of Eli s quote. I m not sure if it was intentional or just lack of expertise but either way if you re gonna go with this guys I would recommend getting a second opinion before you do.

All mechanics are well experience, fast, helpful. The maintenance and parts are affordable prices. The gas price is cheaper than other around stations. The new manager (Richie) is good guy. I like this place most for gas and repairs.

This morning, my car, the tire light Indicates that the tire pressure is very weak. I have to stop by here for repairs. The man at the counter so nice and took less than 10 minutes the mechanic said found a nail in the tire and had checked all 4 tires to make sure there were no problems. which the repair cost is very low Most importantly, everyone was smiling. very impressiveService: Tires

My family and I have been going to Eli's for several years for repairs/inspections. Richie and the rest of the staff are great. Repair explanations and cost quotes have always been reasonable.

I just got my vehicle inspection done at Eli's. They are super quick, reliable and honest. They don't over charge or they dont keep you waiting.
