Highly recommend. Honest, friendly and customer service oriented.They definitely are popular and were booking appointments a couple weeks out, but after my first experience there yesterday I absolutely plan on going back and I would recommend.I needed a tire swap and they got it done within an hour or so after I had dropped it off. They also checked for any other underlying issues. I had asked them to check my brakes because my last shop told me that they needed to be replaced which seemed drastic as they are not that old and seemed to be working fine. The team at Bruce's/Summer St Auto reassured me that I have nothing to worry about and that they are perfectly fine and not to waste my money.Really appreciated the honesty and care that they provided while completing the work quickly and effectively.

Just had 4 tires replaced at Bruce s. Hands down the best experience at a mechanic shop. The customer service was excellent, Bruce was very thorough and friendly, and they had my car done in less than an hour. He gave me several recommendations for tires based on my driving type, and didn t pressure me in any way. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone looking for great customer service and an excellent overall experience.

Bruce's did a same-day, unscheduled fix for a slow-leak for me. They also noticed a burned-out headlight and replaced for a very reasonable fee (after asking me first). I recommend highly.

Bruce and his shop are extremely efficient, cost effective, friendly and honest. He was able to work with me to replace all 4 tires on my Jeep in an hour from start to finish. I unconditionally recommend Bruce s Tire shop. Save money and support local.

I had a slow leak and called the shop, Bruce and his staff got me an available slot the next day. Joe quickly identified the problem (a nail in the tire) and got the run-flat tire replaced the next day. Problem fixed within two days, at reasonable price! Highly recommended.

Needed 4 new tires for my car. Bruce took the time to go through all my options and price ranges, even asking me what type of driving I do. Also I dropped my car off the night before for the work to be done, I figured I would be without the car for the day. Got a call at 7:00 AM, my car was ready to be picked up, talk about speedy and great service. Great shop!

I've had two encounters with Bruce's Tire and both times I was treated fantastically well. I went to him because of all of his great reviews on Yelp! The first time was to replace my tires for winter ones; He got me the best deal he could and had the service done quick and efficiently. I was a walk-in as well and he went above and beyond on the quick turn around.The second time I was trying to start my car and the battery was dead after sitting in the driveway for a few months. I called because he was the only auto shop that I knew and even though it wasn't really their policy, someone came to the house to replace the battery for me. I was so touched and impressed that they would go to such lengths just to help me. I don't know where you find service like this anymore and everyone should take a leaf out of Bruce's book

A wonderful experienceI damaged all four valve stems due to foolishly putting metal caps in the summer. These caps rusted, became locked in, and broke off when I tried to take them off in the winter. I had a car with all four tires completely deflated in my driveway.Bruce was amazing at understanding my situation and told me to tow the car into his shop immediately. He then gave me a creative suggestion for the repair which costed 15% of what I would have paid at the dealer.If anyone ever asks me what excellent customer service means - I will tell them to go to Bruce's Tire and see for themselves.

We are repeat customers and will keep coming back. I am a reasonably advance mechanic and do a lot of work myself, so I know when a service shop is trying to screw me. With Bruce's, I've always agreed with their diagnosis and recommended course of action, and have found them to do good work at a fair price. (For my last set of tires, I checked online afterwards and found Bruce's was actually LESS expensive than online dealers.)

Just walked in the shop this morning (11/12/2015). Bruce and everyone in the staff was professional, pleasant and personal. They offered excellent and fast service for a reasonable price. I bought 4 tires and got a deal. I am extremely satisfied and now, this is my go to place.

These guys are awesome! They took care of me in an emergency and I was thinking that maybe I'd have to pay premium for the rush job, but I was pleasantly surprised to see they were more than reasonable with their pricing too! Actually they charged me less than the competition.No fuss, easy in and out. Pleasure to do business with them!!

Had some nails in my tire. Bruce was great. He needed to order a new tire (you can't plug it if the nail is in the sidewall). I brought my car in by 7:30. The tire showed up at 8:00. I picked up my car at 8:40. That was as painless an experience as possible.

Recently had 2 flats at night and had the tow truck drop off my car at an autoshop. Chose Bruce's Tire shop due to the high Google reviews and it's a local shop. They have a key drop off box and they left my car there overnight. Called in next morning and they were able to take it in. Talked to Bruce directly and he was honest, professional and friendly. The tires were irreparable so we discussed options and decided that to save money, I could change to my winter tires now and look for another all season set later. Thank you for the great service.

There is no better way to know if you can trust a shop like Bruce's than when there's actually nothing wrong with your tires and they tell you that, and send you off without charging anything.Definitely will be back whenI need new ones...

Went in for a flat tire and Bruce and Co were very friendly and helpful. Great explanation of issues and a quick turn around. Would go again and recommend.

Great service - they'll change your tires, get you an oil change and hold onto your off season tires all for reasonable fees.

Called at least 20 times over several days to schedule service and no one answered the phone. Very disappointing..
