My wife and I were taken advantage of at their previous location on Washington st. In my experience:1.) High prices2.) Threatened to pay in cash (prevents chargebacks with credit cards)3.) Charged for services I didn't ask for4.) Has friends/family boost reviews and a bunch of fake followersIf there's a shortcut, they will take it.

I first went to two different shops in Boston and got conflicting reports that were quoted in the thousands of dollars, then I got a recommendation from a friend to call Boston Auto Exchange (recently moved from Washington st in boston to 19 Park Ave in Arlington) so I took the drive over here and I m so grateful I did! I got an honest opinion on my car and a great price for only 1 part that truly needed to be replaced. At the other two shops before this I was almost swindled into 5+ different replacements. Then I decided to ask if they could get me a price for tires and they blew the other shops out of the water with price.On top of that, all the guys working there and hanging at the shop couldn t be friendlier. It s stressful having car trouble and not having a go-to mechanic and I m happy to know I have that now for future car maintenance.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Stopped in for air and a tank of gas. Folks are really nice there. Full service station, too. What a great place.

My pickup needed a new set of tires, Anthony gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled me for that Thursday. Painless process. I've been using Boston Auto for years and they are by far the most reasonably priced and honest group of guys I've worked with.
