Got locked out of our house at 6pm Sat. and called a few places. This one came right away and we were back in our home by 7p. Price was half of what we were quoted by two others. Raul was professional & courteous and did no damage to our door. Bottom lock was locked, not deadbolt. I appreciate the customer service they provided.

I had a real pleasant experience with these guys I called at probably 3:00 a.m. yesterday morning had a bad accident happen at the house and no keys were left and I had nothing for him to work with the guy got there at 10:00 just like we had scheduled and he handled it with no problem he made the key programmed the fob no problems whatsoever great service super quick and a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. Thank you guys seriously thank you

Excellent service. The locksmith came quickly and was extremely friendly. The fact they are open 24hrs was a life saver because I needed assistance at 4am. I will definitely be using their services again the next time my less than sober roommate locks us both out

My services were in Hialeah, FL. The service was exceptional. The locksmith called within 5 minutes of my call and he was at my house in less than an hour. The problem was immediately fixed. Highly recommend this company.

I met the Locksmith, Juan, at the location with my family safe. I told him that he could drill if need be and destroy the lock however, 15-20secs later, he was done and did Not destroy the lock. He told me that once we find the key, we could still use the lock.

"Guy" charged me the $49.99 service charge for my not having the right "blade" for him to cut for my Hyundai Santa Fe. Mind you, it's the EXACT replica of the original but evidently the "groove" in the blade is more offset than the original. How am I supposed to know this? I'm not the Locksmith, THEY are. Other locksmiths ask you to text them a photo in advance or they tell you that they won't do use any FOBs they don't provide themselves. But this one just acted like it was fine, came out, learned they couldn't do it, and said it was my fault. Very unhappy about the waste of time and fifty bucks.

I would highly recommend Arlington MA Locksmith for any locksmith needs. Their people helped me out when I was in a pinch and were so kind and attentive. They went way above expectations with their service. Do yourself a favor and call them.

Absurd price, 500 to pick the lock of my house door which took under 5 minutes with a basic lock pick set. Complete scam and price gouging taking advantage of people in a bad situation
