Excellent service and pricing. My Pilot 19 was hit by another car and had lifted my car on impact. The external damage was luckily not too bad, but with all the technology inside the vehicle the owner (Arkadi) made sure to go over all the possible issues inside as well. Insurance of the other party agreed completely with his quote and the process was smooth. Pleasant and frequent communication helped with the overall experience. Repair done in a timely manner and I m back driving my Pilot who looks like brand new.

Great experience at Alpha Collision. Arkadi gave me a fair price for the work to be done and he and his team delivered! We had scraped up doors from hitting a light pole base in a parking lot.They repaired the gouge, blended and painted the side of the car. I arrived and it looked like nothing had happened. Great work by the team there. No hesitation to recommend.

Extremely happy with Alpha Collision Center. I took my Ranger Rover Evoque to fix rust in door panel and remove deep scratches in bumper. Arkady and his team attention to detail is unmatched. They did an impressive job rebuilding a section of the door panel and equally impressive paint job on door and bumper. Car looked like new- I can t recommend Alpha Collision Center enough.

This is the second time I've gone with Alpha Collision for body work. The owner is very friendly, fair, and takes pride in his work. Alpha Collision did an excellent job both times and is always willing to negotiate to a fair price. I recently fixed numerous dents on my car and side panel damage. Not only did they do great work, but they also detailed the car, cleaned, waxed, and buffed it. Look no further if you want an honest business that puts their customers first and takes pride in what they do.

I had a collision accident and chose this repair shop because it has the best reviews. This shop is worth to get the best reviews. It s a great shop. The owner is a nice and kind man and I really like his work on my c300. I strongly recommend you to choose this shop if you are looking for a repair shop.

I have nothing but great things to say about Arkady and Alpha Collison Center. My 2023 SUV was hit by another driver, damaging the passenger rear door and surrounding areas. Arkady was able to get my car in within 2 days. He reassured me and answered all my questions. He worked with my insurance company to get additional coverage beyond the initial estimate (all seamlessly and behind the scenes). He replaced the door and trim with original manufacturer's parts and painted them so it all matched flawlessly.He was easy to get a hold off and was very responsive. Had recently work done on 2023 Hyundai Palisade which was damaged on a parking lot. Alpha Collision did a fantastic job with repairs - the vehicle is just like new, and the job was done with high quality and fairly quickly. Very happy with the outcome, and would like to highly recommend this shop.

I had an amazing experience at Alpha Collision Center. They flawlessly repaired my Mustang and the results are outstanding. The owner Arkadi whose commitment to perfection was commendable. Looks like a brand new again. He was friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service with explanation of minute details. They handled all the insurance paperwork and rental as well. They were able to match the red paint so perfectly. I highly recommend Alpha Collision Center for top-quality auto repairs.

Not a good experience with my Audi for a rear dent after someone backed into me. Told work would take 3 weeks took 6. Some over spray, rough paint, was a little sloppy in places. When I finally got the car back blind spot monitoring was broken during the repair and the rear window was installed incorrectly leading to defroster and AM radio not working. Nothing good to say about this shop. Trying to get the car fixed on my own can t deal with Alpha again.

Very happy with the repair of the real bad dents to the rear side of our van. The cost was very reasonable and the repaint was like new. The shop owner is friendly and professional.

The owner and staff are courteous, professional, meticulous, caring, and very honest. I m so grateful for their excellent, prompt service. They didn t need the estimated time for the repair. Fortunately, I also highly recommended them to my neighbor, who had received a much higher estimate elsewhere and was also very pleased with Alpha s excellent service. I was very happy because I paid for her repair and the price was excellent. Our friend recommended Alpha. We re so glad we know about this excellent auto body shop and highly endorse their work. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. We won t go anywhere else if our cars need body work.

This place was phenomenal. It was my first time having to use an auto body shop after getting rear ended by another driver. They made it easy- helping me with a rental car, keeping me updated, dealing with my insurance company and gave me rides to my rental car.

Arcady is very friendly and takes Time to address concerns and answer questions. My Acura MDX only needed a bumper repair and he used OEM parts even though insurance was paying for aftermarket. He had quick turnaround and gave me a fair price. No shyster extra forms to sign with no after the fact add ons you find elsewhere. Fast turnaround. Another place had me out 2 weeks for same job.

I can t say enough about how happy I am with everything at this business. So polite so professional from the day I called until I had my car back. He made everything easy and stress free. The work on my car ?? Wow it looked brand new when I picked it up. There was even some blemishes and and other minor damage that was existing not from this accident that he fixed too. I had a great experience with Alpha. I appreciated their investment in pleasing the customer by doing the best job possible.Someone had sprayed a corrosive liquid on my car.They offered to remove dents from a hail storm on hood roof and trunk and fix numerous small paint chips at no extra charge.They were proud of their work and deservedly so. This auto body shop was wonderful from start to finish. The owner was very responsive, communicative, and timely with the entire process. After a tree limb fell on my car, they repaired all the damage and had my car looking better than before the damage occurred. By far the best experience that I ever had at an auto shop.The owner is an honest guy and won t try to sell you on unnecessary work. He will recommend potential options and explain his reasoning behind each one, but will allow you to make the final decision without pressuring you one way or the other.I received a detailed up-front quote, a full explanation of all of the work to be completed on my car, and updates as the work itself was being completed. The final price that I paid was very reasonable.I highly recommend Alpha Collision Center!

Fantastic work and customer service! This shop is very close to where I live, but I had used them in the past and wasn t thrilled with the results. Well, under the new ownership I discovered that things have improved significantly. The owner, Arkadi gave me a very reasonable estimate, and the final bill was exactly as estimated even though he could have increased it due to having underestimated the number of paint layers required. The final result was gorgeous, my car looks almost like new! Thanks also to the painter, Tony. The work was also done a day earlier than estimated, which was also very much appreciated. I highly recommend this shop!

Alpha Collision did a fantastic repair of the rear quarter panel on my 2021 Kia K5 that was damaged by a low speed collision. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and the car looks like new. Arkady really takes pride in his work and customer service, from working with my insurance company to scheduling the rental car, he made the experience easy. I went to Alpha with damage along the side of my car and a missing side view mirror. The owner spent the time to talk me through what the fix would look like, the estimated cost, as well as what other costs could come up once he was working. He also was able to include fixing some prior damage to the other door (separate from what insurance was covering), and worked directly with my insurance company when the cost went over what the insurance appraiser originally quoted.The job ended up being delayed beyond the timing originally discussed due to supply chain issues, but the owner made it right and offered a free-of-charge rental as I didn't have rental coverage through my insurance. The car looks great and was worth the wait.Overall, it was a great experience. I appreciated the transparency and commitment to doing quality work. I'd bring my car back again (although I hope to not have to anytime soon!)

The owner communicated really well. He explained different options and different price ranges and respected my decision. When the job was delayed due to a COVID-related situation, he kindly offered free rental car for me. The car was fixed beautifully. Overall, it was a great experience. My Volvo was scraped and dented along all one side by Valet parking. Alpha replaced two doors and one fender painted them perfectly. they also fixed a few minor scrapes and dents elsewhere, for free.Superb job. I could not be happier, and, at good price.Hope nothing ever happens again, but, if it does I will go there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Arkady and his team at Alpha Collision did a superb job on my car. I was involved in a moderate speed head on collision. I called a few body shops but noone had an opening. Arkady made time in his calendar for me, took my car in and did a very professional job on the car. It looks and drives just like before the accident.But, that is not why I'm writing this review. I'm writing this because Arkady is a person who values customer satisfaction above all else. The first time he returned the car it turned out there was something that was missed. He took the car back, took it to a mechanic and when that person couldn't diagnose the issue, he personally made an appointment with the Subaru dealer, drove the car there himself (taking an Uber back on his own dime) and followed up with the dealer everyday till they had found and fixed the problem. He then drove me there to pick up the car when it was ready, first taking a drive with me in my car to make sure the issue had been addressed. Not only that, he also called the rental company from whom I was renting a car for the month, and made sure that I got the discounted insurance rate.He went above and beyond, and I am very appreciative of his service and his time.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Alpha collision did an excellent job with my 2021 BMW X5 that needed some body work from an accident. They were honest about everything upfront, set expectations clearly and stuck to them, worked well directly with my insurance and did a very detail-oriented job. They even took care of a few things that were not covered because they wanted it to look right and save me money. After a collision with a deer, the front right corner of my car was completely destroyed. Alpha Collision Center did a terrific job fixing it. They were quick and on budget. Exceptional service! I brought my Jeep Compass in to the service after a hit and run. The bumper, quarter-panel, tailgate and taillight all needed work done. The staff was very accommodating around my busy schedule and even finished a day earlier than promised. Wow.. absolutely beautiful work. We had a complete paintjob on a car that was 35 years old and it looks better than new. They removed all small imperfections, scratches and the painting was flawless!
