Always fixes it right the first time! The personal service of the owner knowing your name always gives the personal touch of local commerce that worth while feeling!!Love the greeter Maggie as well! She brings a great atmosphere of tail wagging and hugs as soon as you enter the property!

We have never had good service here. Last time we brought our snow blower in for service, they didn't put the fuel tube back properly so it leaked, and they left a loose screw that fell out. The gentleman in Middleton does a much more thorough job.

I thought this place was more of a used place with deals but its the same prices as the big franchise like home depot. The guy was very friendly and he did have a lot of outdoor tools with engines.

I went to use my dad's snow blower today to help him out. When I started it, I heard an awful noise and asked my dad if it sounded right. It never started, and it was only the third time it was used since it was serviced this summer. We tried to call them, but the "number was not available." My dad is fed up with them because he never felt like he was treated well anyway. He will no longer be a customer there, and I support that decision.

I had great experiences with the shop. Sometimes you just need to realize that during certain seasons they get busier as people bring out new machines for the year.Personally my experience has been fantastic. When dealing with mechanical items there can be certain issues but they have always gone above and beyond.

I gave them my 20 yr old ride mower that wouldn't start...next thing I know I have a $500 bill for a new starter with no notice. Clearly I wouldn't have spent that much on a mower that was so old. They should have asked me what I wanted to do before making the repair. I feel I was taken advantage of during this transaction. I'll never do business with them again.

Was sold the wrong chain for my Husqvarna chainsaw (by accident). Stopped in to swap it out and they could not have been more helpful. He blew out the housing and popped the new chain on for me. Super helpful and great staff. Awesome products in their shop.

Pleasant and professional Honda snowblower sale and service experience. The manager was very helpful when I had a question about broken auger shear pin / cotter pin replacement. The Honda has been so reliable I have not needed to bring it in for service, I do my own oil changes etc. But a friend has also had good experience with service on his Honda snowblower at Andover Small Engine. They know their stuff and are glad to offer advice.

Avoid this place the act like they are super busy but when you go there it is not the case. I was a first time customer since I just moved into the city there are across the street and it took them a week and a half to pick up the machine due to the entire shop going on vacation. they kept it for over 4 weeks and never called me I had to call them 4 times to inquire about the machine and all calls were answered rudly and the place is so unprofessional. I was recommended by a long time friend who said they were great a few years ago I gues they cant handle growth. they charged me to keep the machine which I guess will be forsale soon in front of store. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came there to repair my mower. It took them 2,5 months and $75 to fix it. My mower worked less than 10 minutes. It doesn't worse it.Also the staff was rude and unpleasant

Owner was honest about the cost of repairing an old chain saw and price of new saw was cheaper then anywhere I could find.
