I rarely ever leave reviews (I believe this is my first Google review) but Electrified Garage deserves a 5 star review.Background: I have a 2021 Model Y with 64k miles. Unfortunately, the car informed me the air and heat were not working. I scheduled an appointment with my local Tesla service shop and 24 hours later they informed me I needed $4,600 of work done to repair the problem. With that type of price tag, I wanted a second opinion. After researching several options, I reached out to the Electrified Garage and spoke to John (he s in the FL location). I explained what Tesla was telling me: replace entire air and heating system. He walked me through several ways they may be able to test different parts and avoid replacing everything. Unfortunately, I live 3.5 hours away. John said he couldn t promise anything but agreed a second opinion would be warranted based on what I was telling him.Sure enough, Electrified Garage tested the air and heating and found the compressor was fine, they just needed the replace several parts attached to the compressor.Final bill was $958.32, saving me almost $3,700!!!!I want to sincerely thank the Electrified Garage for their communication and quality service.Service: Engine repair

I am from Pennsylvania and I'm working on rebuilding a Model 3. After struggling to make progress with my local Tesla service center over which generation of electrical harnesses I needed, I reached out over the phone and Electrified Garage helped me out. 100% recommend!

I was thrilled to learn about the Electrified Garage! I had been a Honda CRV owner for over 25 years previously, and there was an excellent local Honda mechanic whom I could trust to take good care of my cars. I'm so happy to be able to look forward to a similar experience with the Electrified Garage. They are very helpful and patient with all my EV questions, and the customer service is excellent. Got my suspension upgraded and custom dashboard display with forward camera installed. My driving experience has been much better since then. The only best custom Tesla shop in Boston/NH area!

Love the ability that they will work with you if you bring in used or new parts. Doesn t matter what state you bring your car in, they will work with it. Brought the Tesla Model S with the trim partially disassembled and they will do their best to work with it. Pretty cool!Had multiple work done on the car here in the past as well. The Electrified Garage is 10/10. They swapped a M3P rear motor into the back of my M3LR+ with the Ingenext Ghost module, along with full 2 year service, AC cleaning, and metal underbody plating installation, all for < 1% above the initial quote. The full job took more than the expected full day due to issues outside their control, so Lynne kindly offered to drive me to and from a hotel in her beautiful new wrapped Model Y. They also went above and beyond by checking my brake pads, notifying me they were starting to crack, and sending me recommendations for upgraded brakes as I race my car regularly. 2 stars for having the decency to have a conversation with me and minus 3 for not directly resolving an issue. The Florida location is really professional.This location on the other hand apparently blacklisted me because of a "previous experience" in which I can only recall that they found a GPS tracker attached to my battery terminal. I didn't know I had this from the dealership I purchased the car from. We spent few minutes theorizing where it came from and laughing as they took a photo and entered this information into their system. This is enough to get you blacklisted.Additionally, question these guys about your charges. Another experience I had with them was they diagnosed a leak in my roof incorrectly and when I brought it to their attention they just charged whatever time they spent on diagnosing it a second time. First diagnosis was that I had a wire pinching the door seal (Which after a few rainstorms it wasn't this and I went back) and the second diagnosis was that a piece of tubing that was leaking onto my passenger side floor. (Which was the initial problem) My suggestion and point is please do not let them overcharge or double charge you for something they were suppose to do in the first place. Don't pay them to learn what they are already supposed to be well versed and specialize in.

Lynne was extremely helpful with guiding me to a 980 inverter swap. Which is essentially installing performance guts into your non performance model tesla!If you are heading to this facility, you will be in great hands!

Wonderful, thoroughly knowledgeable people. It's 1 1/2 hours from our house, but well worth the extra drive. My wife's 2012 Tesla S is long since out of warranty and, to cite just a couple of reasons to go, they rebuilt the notoriously over-complicated door latch mechanism using a stainless steel gear (rather than the pot-metal OE-this is what fails when the handle doesn't present) and new micro-switches rather than completely replacing the unit. The cost with labor is about 1/2 of what Tesla gets for the mechanism alone. Reason 2--the trim piece under the rear bumper, called a diffuser, didn't do a great job diffusing the curb I ran over. The local Tesla center won't do even minor body work. This didn't involve anything more than disassembly and reassembly, yet Tesla wouldn't do it; these folks put the new one in in short order. This place worked for installing my HUD. Unfortunately, I had to tear up my center console and fix cables which prevented my console sliding door from opening fully. Ripping up the console was the one thing I wanted to avoid, but being already 2hrs away, and since they are not open on the weekend I felt like I had no choice. In the install video for the HUD it mentions routing the wires down to prevent that, I guess they just missed it. Since I had to tear up the center console, and saw a clip missing I had to dock a star. Especially since I paid a premium for the work.
