Eg did a great job, on repairing the door handle on my 2017 Tesla model S, on time and at the quoted price. I had started the repair myself, but dared not finish the job, because it would have involved removing the glass window. They are my go to Tesla service place.

They are wizards when it comes to Teslas. They swapped out my Model 3 Long Range rear drive unit for a Performance drive unit, which went all the way down to re-wiring cable harnesses. Since then, they have fixed and refreshed my Model 3 several times at prices cheaper than Tesla. They have 100% of my loyalty until further notice. I will only be going to Tesla Service for in-warranty repairs.

Electrified Garage is really great. I found the owner via YouTube videos. They tend to cost a lot less than Tesla repair centers. They re very knowledgeable and can explain things easily, especially if you re anxious and stressed out. 5/5 would recommend.

Had some aftermarket parts installed to handle the rear camber issue in my 2018 Model X. It took a number of hours but they let me stay in the waiting room which had a tv and a work area to use my laptop. The mechanic came out to explain the work that was done... even the owner came through the waiting room and said "hello". Would definitely recommend them. I'll be going back in 5 or 6 months to evaluate the install and maybe tweak a bit. I also left some personal belongings and they responded that they would keep them safe until I come back to the area. I live 1.5 hours away.

The skill level and attention to detail that the folks at the Electrified garage have is second to none. They will absolutely take you by the hand and walk you through. Whatever it is you need to know with regard to what your car needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Consistently excellent service; I ve used Electrified Garage for both Tesla s for the past 5 years; they ve always been very knowledgeable, practical and straight shooters, very patient, very consultative approach. For our M3, replaced front rocker arms due to wear; snow tires are on, car ready for the winter If you own a Tesla, you need to know about them

Great service. Took them up on their offer of a discounted brake caliper lubrication and tire rotation. I have a Tesla Model S and it needs brake caliper lubrication annually to forestall a situation where the brake calipers seize up. Apparently, as Johnny Vieira explained, electric cars with regen go lightly on the brakes compared to an ICE car. As a result the maintenance interval for ICE brakes is much shorter than for EV brakes. As a result ICE calipers get more regular maintenance. So with EV calipers you need to lubricate the calipers even though the brake pads don't need replacing. They also spotted the worn out front sway bar links and offered to replace them. I agreed and am very happy with the way the car handles now that the rattle from the front end is gone. I didn't realize how much of a difference new sway bar links improved the driving experience over worn out ones!

Really nice to have an EV-dedicated garage in the area. I wouldn t feel confident driving an older Tesla without these guys around. If you re somewhere else in the country and at the mercy of a Tesla Service Center I m not sure how you survive.

I ve been taking my car to EG for quite awhile now, pretty much since they ve been in business actually. Always been treated very well, with honest, competent and professional care. Highly recommend these folks.

I had a flat tire on my Y. Stopped by and they were able to patch it so I didn t have to buy a new tire. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Great service.

After arriving quite a bit early for our appointment, they fit us in quickly and diagnosed and repaired the problem within an hour and a half. battery fuse replaced in less than two hours. My trunk wasn't latching and Peabody Tesla shop had "fixed" it twice, but still not working. The cables to the latch were reversed. Took this shop two minutes to recognize the problem.

Electrified Garage fit me in quickly for something that was time-sensitive, even though I was a first-time customer. CJ worked on my car, communicating with me often to let me know what he was seeing and asking me what recommendations I wanted to move forward with and the approximate cost. He showed me the parts of the car and how he could tell if something wasn t working correctly. Some of the work was done in a bay that I could watch from the waiting room! This is exactly the transparency and human connection that Tesla service lacks. Electrified Garage is a godsend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

My driver side door handle had problems and my headlights would randomly turn off. Both problems started happening about the same time on my 2014 Model S with 120K miles. I sent an email late one night and early the next morning Chris responded. We exchanged a few emails discussing options and I decided to schedule an appointment. BTW the appoint was in less than a week! Upon arriving I was greeted by Chris and Chad. Both were professional and explained the work they plan to do to resolve the problems. Chad was kind enough to go into some geeky details about the replacement parts which made be feel confident not only with this knowledge of Tesla but also the replacement parts that would last longer than the originals. I decided to have both front door handles repaired and front headlights. The work was completed within the scheduled time. A great experience overall from start to finish! Thank you Electrified Garage!

The guys at the Electrified Garage did a fantastic tic job replacing my suspension and fixing one of the door handles on my 2012 Tesla Model S P85! After 167,000 miles my suspension was worn out, but now thanks to the Electrified Garage, my car drives and handles better than it did when I bought it new in 2012!! I had winter tires shipped to a local tire place. They took a month to arrive and I was told they could put tires on a Tesla. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment they said nope can't work on a Tesla. I called up Electrified Garage, no appointment even, and they said come in right now we'll get the winter tires on. They were awesome and they now have a new customer! They are the best!!

The Electrified Garage installed a power lift gate (auto open and close) in my Tesla Model 3. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Chris responded promptly, had great info from many previous installs, worked with me on scheduling, and did the install while I waited. After a month of use, I ve had zero issues. The power lift gate install was very clean (factory wire routing), and has worked flawlessly, whether from my phone, the buttons on the trunk, or inside the car. Awesome!

They are a very competent, efficient, and knowledgeable team. My family own's a model 3 that has a quirk in its front end, (a very intermittent thump once in a while in the steering column when taking a turn). Tesla service couldn't find anything wrong, so I drove the vehicle to these guys, and they went through and checked everything... Its like going to a good doctor for a second opinion.. but its for my car! I highly recommend these guys, and I'm from Connecticut!

Recommended changing all 4 tires when two of the tires were 3-weeks old. Wouldn t provide an estimate on costs.

Very helpful and honest. Had some issues getting parts in but that was not electrified garages fault, they made sure to get the part in asap. Definitely going to go back here. Way better than dealing with Tesla service centers.

There is a reason for all the five star reviews--they were earned. Last week we scheduled the two year comprehensive service along with new tires and an alignment. WELL worth the three hour drive each way (another customer waiting with us was from New York) plus the wait while the work was completed. They not only answered all of my questions, they provided advice on issues to look for before the car is out of warranty. They also explained that that none of the maintenance they performed on my car will void my Tesla warranty. Sure, unless you live in Southern New Hampshire or Northern Massachusetts (or Ocala Florida!) the drive is an inconvenience, but it is well worth the effort.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Really good experience in fixing some rattles and creaking in some trim pieces in my 3. Also had a console wrap applied. After having some discouraging visits to Tesla service, this is a welcome addition and option for any Tesla owner in the Northeast. Highly recommend.
