Jim got me in next day for service on our Lexus GX, much less expensive than the dealership and was able to get brake rotors, pads and a new belt installed same day and out the door by 4:30 PM. Highly recommend, great customer service!

I went to get my car inspected and unfortunately needed new tires. They gave me a great price for 4 new tires and alignment. It was better than anything else I found in the area! They also did the work the next day which was amazing!

OUTSTANDING! I have been taking my cars to Jim and his crew for 10 years now and I won't go anywhere else. I'm always provided excellent customer service, honesty, and fair prices.Incredible communication on everything and offer me a loaner car if needed.One year, on Christmas Eve, my car completely died in a store parking lot. Jim pushed it into his place and it didn't take him long to discover that a family of mice were squatting under the hood of my car and nibbling on the wires. These guys were awesome. They got me in right away, gave me an itemized report of what they'd be doing and the cost of it before working on my car, and were pretty courteous about the time sensitivity of my repair. $95/hr for labor which is better than what I've found elsewhere

Jim is the Best Mechanic Ever, Him and his Boys really know their stuff.Jim is very caring for his customers! He even gave me a loaner car while he worked on mine!

They did a great job fixing our car after it broke down in the middle of winter but that s not my point of this review. The owner himself was really what made the whole experience. He was truly empathetic to us and our situation. He knew we had small kids and even offered to give us a ride if we needed it. It s rare to find people these days who truly care and willing to go above and beyond to help people. If you are looking for a trustworthy genuine place I couldn t recommend this shop enough.

Had them do my front breaks. The guys were great. Fast, attentive work and reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning for any future services. I'd definitely reccommend them.

I couldn t be more grateful for the extraordinary kindness and service provided by Jim and his team. Despite being late on a Friday, they helped me with an oil emergency after the technician had left. I highly recommend Brothers Auto!

I went down a few months back to get my Firebird worked on, asked them to get me some lower end tires on it and an oil change. Preferably all weather (we are in New England after all, never know). It took them days, and then the oil pan screw was loose, and they ordered top of the line sport racing tires. I told them I was trying to keep it under $1000 and I came back days later to an over $1200 bill. The guys were also kind of rude when I went there the first day. There was a bigger guy in the garage who was nice, but when I was trying to take my stuff out of my car to leave it, one of the employees scolded me for being in the lot too long (literally have never had this happen at any other mechanic).

On a Saturday afternoon, our check engine light began flashing while traveling through Mass. Frank (owner) took our call, guided us in from 495 and did an amazing job analyzing and repairing our vehicle. He even offered us his car so that we could get something to eat. ZERO STARS. These guys have been typically good for us however that changed today. Brought in my BMW for tire change and they broke one of the Tire Pressure gauges, installed one that didn't work and charged us $150 to do so. Ended up bringing to BMW who took out aftermarket sensor that was not even compatible. WIll return and see if they make good. Will update then.UPDATE: Hope you read this one too...Returned today and showed Frank they installed wrong part, although a BMW not aftermarket, still wrong part that didn't work.Showed him cost and notes from BMW and what they charged for a wrong part Brothers installed, he did not care. This was an opportunity for him to make it right and he unfortunately did not feel the obligation. Bottom line, they Damaged our car, tried to fix it, failed and we were left with the additional cost. Although they did refund the $150 for replacing the wrong part, they did not correct damages caused which was $289. We paid $270, $120 for tire change $150 for wrong part and mistruths. He refunded $150 and Tires got changed for $120, so we are in the hole $289.The right thing to do would have been to work it until it was fixed right instead of giving us the car back broken, having us pay for them braking it, giving us a bunch of lies, and then we had to deal with all of this. Would have kept a good customer and would have illustrated integrity.If your Garage damages a vehicle, you should fix it. If your Garage doesn't have the skillset to work on a specific type of car, don't. Unfortunately, responsibility, integrity and accountability all took a back seat with these guys in this particular situation.Service: Tires

The owner/operator Frank is the real deal. He's extremely knowledgeable, fast, and most importantly, fair. I had him replace my brakes among other things and he went above and beyond to explain everything clearly and get to know me on a personal level. Highly recommended!

All ways nice people and polite when I have used them, but this was my 1st time using them on a big repair, so I was a little upset that I was charged $598.44 just for a Timing belt kit w/ water pump for my 2013 honda pilot. This was a Gates brand that sells for 174.00 on Amazon. A cheap water pump, so I hope i get 100,000 miles on it. $20.00 Serpentine belt that I was charged $74.74. I understand a market up but "COME ON"...A total of $868.66 in parts. I would have not complained if he used Honda parts, but I guess I should have went t o a dealer knowing that I was going to get charged that much for parts.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Frank and his team did an incredible job replacing my thermostat and sensor. I dropped it off and they had it turned around in less than 2 hours at an extremely affordable price. I would highly recommend.

I ve gone to this shop for numerous years and have never had a problem until now. There is a new guy who has absolutely no respect for anyone. I do not recommend bringing any cars here and would not use his service unless you wanted to be treated and belittled like a 5 year old.

I was only in for an inspection sticker but they were friendly and professional. Hearing them talk to clients on the phone and in the waiting space was also very professional and you can tell they have the customers best interest in mind.

I spoke with 5 shops. Brothers auto not only was fair and upfront about the pricing, but I was done with my entire brake job in about 3 hours! Owner even gave me a lift to and from the shop cuz I live down the road. My car sounded horrible and now it drives like a dream!Service: BrakesService: Brakes
