I have some trim pieces on my Ford that I would like to replace. While waiting for service I visited the parts department to find a courteous representative who found my needed parts online and gladly gave me prices and part numbers. Enabling me to order conveniently as I prioritize my needs. Now, I think they deserve my business.

I called ahead to schedule service for a safety recall. I verified with them over the phone that the parts would be available and also the duration of the repair. When I got there, I waited 1.5 hours to find out they didn't have the parts.Not to mention the service person must not have had their coffee, what a stick in the mud.Now I have to figure out another day to take time off of work to go back when they (hopefully) really have the parts.

The most efficient service department ever.. Parts dept is phenomenal as well.. It's nice to have great service after the sale.
