Ever heard of a stealership? Well look no further. I was mislead not only by there online posting, but lied to straight to my face. The dealer misrepresented mileage on their online posting. Advertised at 11 miles, the vehicle actually has over 13,500. The truck had recently came in from a trade and I was told the truck had a small scratch in the bumper, this is why no photos were posted online and the truck wasnt easily seen on their main lot. Turns out the truck was at their body shop across the street. They located it and offered for me to take a look, however no test drive due to a flat tire it had as well.. well if you havent ready, look at the photos i post with this review. Yeh just a scratch and flat tire. Turns out the vehicle has over 23K worth of damage. I wonder what the AG would have to say about their fraudulent misrepresentation of the vehicle. Theres lots of trustworthy dealers, this however is not one of them.

my salesman Dan Krupa was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to get me in a new F150 sooner than I expected. Both Jeff, Sarat and Dan worked very hard to help me get out of my prior lease and get me into a new lease. I wouldn t go anywhere else. The dealership in Western mass.

If you want to choose from a HUGE selection of trucks, both stock and custom, then you need to check out Sarat Ford. I was going to custom order a truck from another dealer until I went to Sarat and found a vehicle on the lot that was nearly identical to what I would have ordered. I was able to negotiate a great price without any hassle and got to drive away in an amazing new truck in a couple of days instead of a couple months.

It was a pleasure working with everyone at Sarat Ford/ Lincoln.They gave me a fair price for my trade-in, and several discounts off the total price for my new Lincoln. John Day was very knowledgeable about my new vehicle, and thorough in explaining the many features to me. I had the best experience I ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership!

I purchased a 2024 F350 DRW at this dealership as others had almost no inventory. About 90 minutes from my home. I had an issue with the steering wheel and it was replaced. No drama with sales or service. But my truck had a faulty 7th gear pack from the factory and it s getting a new transmission but at my local dealer. As far as this one the selection they have was impressive and they have commercial trucks and set ups as well. Overall very happy I found them.

This was the best vehicle buying experience of my life. Unlike the dealer closest to us, Sarat did not add a "market adjustment" to our Maverick. Sarat's doc fee was the lowest in the area. Our sales consultant Chuck Mickey was very knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator. He listened to what we wanted and assisted us in building the vehicle we wanted. On delivery day, he spent over an hour demonstrating all the features and setting up the FordPass for us. Chuck contacted us a couple days after we took delivery to see if we had any questions or concerns. The finance manager David Jackson was exceptional. He gave us a complete breakdown of the price. There were no hidden fees. He presented the financing options, warranty extension options, maintenance plans, and various other optional services with absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. The service department did a fantastic job making sure the vehicle was immaculate when we picked it up. Sarat Ford is a little out of the way but the experience is worth the extra drive.

Brought our truck in last Thursday midday after issues with the brakes, engine coolant, and acceleration. Was told they likely wouldn t get to it that day or the next (understandable) fast forward a whole week and still hasn t been looked at, and the service advisor has not returned 4 phone calls. Extremely disappointed in this situation, and we re picking the truck up to go elsewhere.

If you are buying a Black Label Lincoln from Sarat and expect a delightful experience think twice. I m on my third Black Label car and have yet to experience any Black Label treatment from this dealer. They are a very good Ford dealer but not very good at the luxury side of things. The only reason I still go here is convenience of the location. On the service side I am never offered a loaner as a Black Label owner, I always have to ask. Even when I ask for a loaner, I am always given an excuse why they cannot provide one. And don t even bother asking them to do the pick-up/ delivery service! The new car delivery experience is sadly better at one of the local Honda dealers, heck I even got better delivery on a used Mercedes. The staff is cordial and helpful, they are just lacking in executing in delivering a seamless car delivery and Black Label experience as stated on the Lincoln website.Jeff Sarat if you re looking STEP IT UP!!!

Absolutely horrible service experience. Called multiple times to try to set up an appointment for service. Each time I could not speak to a service advisor to ask if certain things were covered under my extended warranty. I left multiple messages with a voicemail and with secretaries. I finally made an appointment and still could not speak to a service advisor. I tried contacting them a few more times before my appointment. I dropped my truck off the day before my appointment and did not hear from a service advisor for 5 days after. Not a single call saying they needed to hold on to my truck. At that point I even called and left a voicemail for one of the owners trying to figure out what was going on with my truck. Still no callback. They finally called me on the 5th day to tell me what was going on with my truck. They charged me an obscene amount of money to finally explain to me that the parts I already know were worn out were not covered under warranty. Something a simple conversation with a service advisor would have handled. I can't believe they get away with charging that amount of money to tell someone that a part is not covered under warranty when I told them that the part is worn out and I just wanted to know if it was covered under warranty. That doesn't even address that some of the warranty work might not have fixed one of the problems I'm having. Sounds like my transmission is still not shifting correctly after they worked on it. What also amazed me is that the technician had a problem reading a voltage gauge that I had mounted on the dashboard right in front of him. BEWARE of the service department.Now to top it off the first drive to took it out on the transmission is leaking fluid all over the place after they replaced the valve body in it. Tried to call to get it back in and no one will help me out when the service department is open. They told me to wait until next week.

From initial contact with John Cassidy, our salesman, to completion of all documentation, this process was simple and very stress free. We are very pleased with the experience at Sarat Ford. Took us about 3.5 hours drive to get there from NY Adirondack region and were professionally greeted with respect. We felt comfortable from the onset. We purchased a newer to us vehicle (22 F-350) and traded ours (2019 F250) in. We did do a little financing. For these horrible Bidenomic times, we received a decent APR and were satisfied. Our Bank and CU were competitive, but Dave a was able to beat it ....barely...but hey every dollar counts right. Bottom line - enjoyable purchase, very satisfied and will do business with again. Delivery was a little kerfuffle. Sarat Ford is located in MA who does not provide in transit vehicle plates. This required the vehicle to be delivered to us here in NY. This took a few days allowing one; a repair to fix the back-up camera, and two; to arrange a driver to bring the vehicle to us and take ours back with him. When the driver showed up - no title and no registration check to DMV. Argh. Was worked out - docs were sent overnight at dealer expense. Vehicle got registered. All good. Lessons learned for all parties.

Where to start; insane wait times, employee fist fights in the dealership showroom, etc etc etc. The dealership registered the vehicle I had purchased and after several months I realized the bank wasn t charging me for the vehicle. Come to find out, the dealership lost the contract and never submit the sale info to the bank thus never got paid. I brought it to their attention and they appeared grateful for my honesty. How does someone not notice $50k missing from the books over two quarters?! They hit our credit twice and in writing agreed to honor my interest rate. We finally received a statement from the bank and learned that they lied and stuck us with an 8.5% rate. They ve promised a call to rectify the issue but to date have gotten nowhere. Avoid.

Jeff Duffey was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the options available even after I told him that I was just starting my research and wasn't going to be buying for a few weeks. Because of all his time and knowledge I got to know about the Escape plug in Hybrid and that it was the right vicial for me.

First, we are very happy with the service at Sarat Ford.Second, we are very happy with our Flex and would tell Ford headquarters that they missed the boat on this model!It should have promoted with the same level of commitment as they do other Ford cars and trucks. Called Sarat Ford of Agawam for an oil change. They gave me the option of coming in for the oil change or having a tech come to my residence or work and do the oil change there. I opted for the tech coming to my residence. Tech texted me on his way, and did the oil change & tire rotation at my residence. Tech was very polite, curtious and professional. Thumbs up for Ford Very Convenient option. I do have one small suggestion for Ford-you know the year and make of my vehicle when I booked this appointment, so maybe the tech could bring wipers and air filters that fit my vehicle-i'd happily pay the extra for the convenience..

Overall, Sarat has been my go to for purchasing and service. I cannot recall a bad experience. However, my most recent visit was for and oil change and a couple of small sensor diagnostic issues. Long story short, my truck was there for three days for just an oil change. I was told there were no technicians available over this three day period to take a look at the sensor issue. Also, I was very detailed when I made the appointment about the felt skid pan being torn and needing to be replaced, and after three days and no phone calls about it, when I picked the truck up I was told they could order a skid pan and replace it at another appointment. Not sure why they didn t call on day one or two or even the morning of day three to explain this. Also not sure why they didn t just do it, when I told them this was an issue I wanted repaired. I will continue to use and recommend Sarat Ford, I m just disappointed with this most recent visit.

Scammer and Thieves. NEVER go here to RENT or BUY a vehicle, you will get stolen from or taken advantage of by the contract disgusting customer service and communication skills. Would give then a zeri star if possible.. they put the MASS in MASSHOLES. Congratulations FORD have turned another American Citizen into a foreign car driver.

Not a good experience at all. Went in for routine service. The car ended up being there for 9 days. Got several different stories, this was a huge inconvience and I have been a loyal customer for over 13 years buying 3 cars and completing all service there. After this experience I think it is time to give Marcotte a try, it could not possibly be any worse

Went there looking for a car the salesperson that tried to help us as soon as you walk in the door to the left told him what we were looking for did not seem to want to get up out of his chair was looking for a used bronco told us he had one after waiting 10 minutes for him to look for it came back said he could not find it took our number said would call us on Monday that was two months ago ended up buying a new Chevy down the road

Sarat Ford is the place to go to buy a vehicle and to have it serviced. I bought my F150 from Aaaron Coon, Sales Manager at Sarat Ford. A fantastic truck and the price was right. On my last visit for an oil change, John Gentile, Service Advisor made sure that I was completely satisfied with the service. Many thanks Sarat Ford for having such a caring and client centered staff.

***Updated: SERVICE post-purchase IS AWFUL! Sales department was great, but the truck I got (BRAND-NEW F150 Lariat) broke down twice in the first 12 months and it took a long time to get into the service department IF they answer the phone. NOW in month 13 my truck is vibrating hard (different problem) and DESPITE PAYING FOR THE ADDED SERVICE WARRANTY, they can't get me in for 2 weeks and DON'T HAVE A RENTAL FOR ME. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!Original Post:::Pretty sure I won t go anywhere else for a truck- not your typical experience at a dealership. Brian, Dan and Dave were all awesome to work with. There was no hassle or sales pitch; just helped me find what I was looking for. And I got exactly what I wanted right away!
