I was diagnosing a drivability issue and all signs pointed to the injectors. I brought them in to be checked and serviced, and after a few weeks wait they were returned to me with a clean bill of health.Reinstalling them, the issue remained, so I spent hours of diag time and replaced a few other possible parts to no avail. I finally looped back to the conclusion that, despite being checked, the injectors HAD to be the issue.I called Metro, spoke with them about the previous service and my continuing problems and brought them back. They took another couple weeks to get back to me with "there's something wrong, they flow the right amount, but the pattern is bad. We can't do anything with them"I ordered a new set of injectors, installed them, and my issues were solved. But to get there, I paid metro twice only to have to order a new set of injectors anyways, plus my time and effort trying to track down a problem I correctly diagnosed in the first place.The staff here was friendly and helpful, but the service I received was poor.

Buddy and the team at Metro are phenomenal, they picked up and rebuilt a CAV DPA pump plus 3 injectors for a 1985 ford backhoe, they were great to work with and the turn around time was less than a week.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Metro fuel injection is a great company. I have been bringing pumps and injectors there for the last 15 years and i have to say buddy in the agawam MA store is the best of the best.I highly recommend metro

Refurbished my injection pump in a week. It looked and worked great for a very reasonable cost. Would go to Metro again

Good price good work 2 years ago ! I went in yesterday to get some injectors cleaned they were not happy to service them for some reason bad costumer service not sure if they have new management but definitely won t be returning
