Accident repair has never been so easy. The team at Langonet Auto Body are experienced, professional and friendly. Peter and John were great to work with. Kelly got my car back to me in showroom condition really quick! I recommend this location for all of your auto body repairs.

Jay and the lady in the front are really professional. They know how to take care and explain everything u need to know. My friend recommended here because he got his truck done beautifully. My car was fixed and cleaned thoroughly. They even buffed out some small scratches on my car eventhough they don't have to. They really went above and beyond

We were so pleased with the professionalism of this business. Our car went in for body work and issues with air bag and seat belt. The business kept us updated and informed. They answered all our questions timely and thoroughly. The detail on the vehicle is the BEST you can get...anywhere.No need to look or investiage further-this IS the place. Langonet addresses your every need.

Langonet Auto Body did a super great job on my car. Kelly and Erin in the office are very nice and proactive in arranging rental cars for you. Ray & John were very personable and explained what they would have to do regarding repairs to the car. Pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car when it was done to see that it was detailed. That was a nice surprise. Highly recommend Langonet Auto Body- they do great work and great customer service. Thank you.

My mechanic, John Provost, recommended Langonet for body work after a recent accident. This is as professional an outfit as I have ever experienced. Kelly greeted me when I arrived for the initial inspection. She handled all details with the other driver's insurance, arranged for my Enterprise rental car and scheduled the work within 10 minutes of me walking through her door. I received a "reminder" call the week before the repairs were to be completed. Enterprise was at their shop when I dropped off my car. There was absolutely NO HICCUPS with this business. I can't promote them enough. An added bonus was that my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked her up. DIDN'T SEE THAT COMING! Choose Langonet Auto Body! You'll be glad you did!

Back in March, I got t-boned by a pickup truck. Started calling around to body shops and everyone was booked aside from Langonet. Jay and the rest of the team here made the experience so much better than it could have been. From consistent updates, to going to battle with the insurance company to fix my car correctly, to getting it back looking and driving like new, I wish I could give more than 5 stars! If you ever need work, small or large, bring your car to Langonet and you will be able to rest easy knowing your car is in good hands and being fixed correctly.

I needed to have my truck bumper repaired prior to trading the truck in for a new truck. John, Peter and Kelly were so easy to work with and gave me OUTSTANDING customer service. When I picked up the truck it was like new and I almost didn't want to trade it in on my new truck. TYVM to the whole team at Langonet. I cannot rave enough about Langonet! They are very friendly + welcoming, the prices are reasonable, and the service is really terrific! I left my car in the morning to get a new passenger side mirror. Omg when I returned in the afternoon I did not recognize my car because it was so clean!! They detailed my car inside + out ~ and it was sparkling!!! An extra bonus I had not expected.Great work great everything!! Five stars for sure!!Service: Body & Trim

We brought our car to Langonet for paintless dent removal for a small dent on the hood from a fallen acorn. Upon pick-up of the vehicle we were very pleased with the repair. Hood looks new. We went inside to pay and, a man, who later identified himself as the owner, asked us how we liked our new electric vehicle. He proceeded to tell us the things he didn t like while he was driving it around . Told us that he punched it a few times to see what it could do . We were VERY upset. There were NO mechanical repairs on this vehicle and no need for him to drive our car any further than the parking lot. When confronted about his behavior and violating a customer s trust, he made no apology. We will never go back and will not recommend Langonet to anyone. To the owner s reply - it is not correct that the Kia app tracks the car. That is a setting you can turn on if your car was stolen. Why did you lie about driving it and punching the gas and not liking the continued acceleration when you let off the gas pedal. Your office staff was present for your story of driving our vehicle. They were also present when I came back in to tell you how furious I was that you were joyriding. You didn t offer any security tapes then!!Service: Body & Trim

Was recommended by a couple co workers to bring my car here after an accident. I ll say that they are very professional and answered on the first ring when I called and the work looks good. Having said that, they told me they d call Wednesday to update me about my car. I waited until Friday with no call, so I followed up. They told me they expected to have the car done Tuesday. Tuesday came around and no phone call, so I followed up again. They told me they found my rocker cracked and the car should be ready the following Tuesday. I was happy they noticed the damage and replaced the part but again no communication until I called. I picked the car up and noticed they didn t put the new wheel and tire on the back as I requested. They fixed the problem on the spot. Unfortunately a day after I picked it up I noticed how poorly they detailed my interior. I paid $125 for interior/exterior detailing. And the car was by no means excessively dirty . The outside looked good but the inside had dust and lint on the dash like it was never touched. They offered to clean it again but it s not worth finding a ride etc. I wish it had been done with some care the first time. Overall experience good but could be MUCH better.

I took my vehicle to Langonet s after somehow hitting a cinder block in the parking lot at my workplace. My experience at Langonnet s was excellent. I do not have rental insurance on my car insurance policy, but they had arranged it that I had a rental ready to drive when I dropped off my vehicle. They told me that my car would be ready in two weeks and it was ready in exactly two weeks. My car looked brand new!!! They fixed and painted my two cars over a period of time. These guys are amazing! Beside that they are very nice, they are incredible experts. I'm a graphic artist and can see a flaw as small as a thickness of a hair. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I ve always used this Business for autobody repair. We dropped the truck off and got it back well within estimated time and the entire truck was detailed. I ve used Langonet for various repairs on different vehicles and it s the best shop around. Hands down.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Where do I begin?!?! My car was hit from behind in May, and I was referred by a friend to Langonet's who had his wife's Mercedes repaired there and the work was SEAMLESS!!! Brought my car there, and was helped all the way through the process, from my rental, to advice about the insurance appraisal process, and MOST importantly, guidance and help when the insurance company claimed my car a total loss and low balled me, TWICE, on the settlement! The staff at Longonet helped me research vehicles that were comparable to mine, and helped me get the MAX value for my car! This was NOT a service they provide, nor were they obligated to help me, especially since I ended up not having any repair work completed by them. I don't want to have any more accidents, but if I do, my car will be going here, and they well get all my referrals from friends and family! Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle here for ANY auto body repair needs!

Stopped in on my day off to get an estimate on a small scuff and scratch I had on my bumper. They fixed it right on the spot and answered some general questions that I had about body work. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!Service: PaintingService: Painting

The main dude really needs to find some empathy or compassion for others. Some people have a hard time never getting their car back. You have no idea what memories could be attached to vehicles.The lady at the front is the reason for the 3 stars.
