These guys are great. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, so it was relatively easy. However, I will say that no one was overly pushy or difficult to deal with in anyway. I bought the car on faith without having my mechanic look at it. After purchasing and having my own mechanic look at it, the car was everything Elmwood auto claimed it to be and there were no hidden mechanical issues. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone.

100% Absolutely went above and beyond the service of a car dealership would do. I was recommended to Moe from a friend, and drove 63 miles out of state and I am so happy I did. The only place I will go back to and recommend to anyone. Before I meet with him I was very sceptical, because of being burned by a very big dealership in my state. But he changed my mind. Thank you Moe!

This is hands down THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR! We traded in an F-150 and got 2 cars for price of trade in. 2 high end ..quality cars. Go see Moe. He won't let you down. He is an HONEST businessman. I love my escalade....hubby loves his GT. Elmwood Auto is TOP SHELF in the used car business! Trust me!!

One of THE best auto buying experiences of my life!! Moe and his staff took care of me every step of the way! Found Elmwood Auto Sales in an online search, traveled all the way from New York (call me crazy! Lol) but it was totally worth every mile! So caring, holding my hand through every question, test drive was great, I just can t say enough about these folks! Elmwood will be my first stop next car!!! Thank you Moe, thank you!

Great service from the sales staff to the mechanic. I bought my car here a year ago and the buying experience was splendid and not as demanding intimidating as a bigger dealership. I felt like I was being helped instead of being sold. The mechanic also does a great job for all of my oil changes and yearly work I have done on the car.

Just got my car from Moe today and I wish there were 6 stars to give them! They were incredible to work with, so helpful throughout my whole buying process. If your in the market for an upgrade, I high recommend these guys!

AVOID buying a car from these guys!!! they don t have a mechanic looking through their cars before putting them on the lot... They sold me a car with no brakes or rotors leaking battery and a long list of issues totaling $3,500 to fix. They put my whole family in danger after paying $8,600 cash!!! Now I don t have a safe car or my money I have to go through court to get my money they won t fix or give me my money back and only had the car in my possession 9 days!!! According to them I test drove it and liked it so I should of known there was something wrong then!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!Response: Two licensed mechanics found substantial safety problems a few (8) days after purchase within the 30 day warranty you supposedly offer... yet you refused to fix the car I had to seek legal action to get my money back when the law in Massachusetts the buyer is entitled to a refund but you don t give refunds even when the car had substantial oil leak and no bakes ect! Stuff that is not going to be tested in a state inspection yes it passed but I could of died without brakes or killed someone else. You don t fix the cars even when their under warranty!! So make sure you put that in your contract 1.) YOU DONT GIVE REFUNDS even if the law says that you have to!2.) YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY but refused to fix the car when provided proof that the car is unsafe to drive. Your sold me a car for $8,600.00 But it has $3,500 in repairs that were so serious that endangered my family and myself.There is no excuse for selling unsafe vehicles that can kill someone!!! Just to make a profit!!!

My experience at Elmwood Auto was excellent. I brought my car in to sell on consignment, and a day later I had a check in hand! I was extremely satisfied with my experience and I was never pressured into any decisions!

First let me say that this is the first review I ve ever written. When someone goes far and beyond to help you, gotta give him props.Can t speak highly enough Mo. Need a clean, affordable used car, GO TO ELMWOOD AUTO ON RIVER ROAD, AGAWAM. Smoothest and fastest car buying experience in my life. This is coming from someone who has bought about 12 cars in his life. First he gave be the best deal for my trade and was kind enough to save me money on the Lexus RX350 that I bought for my wife. He made sure to hurry to the DMV to get the car registered - I live in CT so process is a little different. Like the New England Patriots, Mo just knows how to get the job period. I plan to bring him for the good work done.

Bought a handicapped van off E-bay from this guy. Started to leak fuel as soon as I topped off the fuel. Side of the tank was eat out with rust and the whole undercarriage was not much better. A/C quit 50 miles down the road. Handicapped equipment not working..etc. Took over $1000 just to get state inspection which is probably why he sold it without inspection. I am handicapped and can't really get down and inspect it as I should but he misrepresented the condition of the undercarriage. To be honest, he did offer me $200 " for my trouble" but told me to take it or leave it only if I would leave positive feedback... You would not expect this in a vehicle of only 64000 mi. Beware of this dealer!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER ! . I recently purchased a vehicle from them which was supposedly looked over by a mechanic and all ready to go but that was not the case. I currently have payed up to 3,000$ in multiple repairs which have taken a long time . Major repairs too . This is unfortunately not an honest dealer ship . Please search for cars else where .

Recently purchased a car. I spoke to Mo the manager and told him the car I wanted and he got it done. Mo the manager went above and beyond. They are honest and have a lot of knowledge when it comes to cars.
