Johnny and Ramone are great to work with! They were a big help in getting us the right car and for a price we could afford. Will definitely buy out next vehicle from them. Shane the German Shepard was an excellent bonus to it all!

So I've wanted a Jeep Rubicon since I was in high school. Driving by Chris Auto South one day and I see my dream Jeep! Everything I wanted on it already. I checked it out online that night and stopped by after work the next day. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't look forward to buying a new car. It's frustrating to me. Lol. I show up and start asking questions about the Jeep and I felt immediately at ease. The staff was the most friendly of any dealership I've ever been to. Sincere, honest and talked to me like I wasn't a paycheck to them. No pressure to buy at all. Anyway, I returned multiple times that week with a barrage of questions that they answered happily. They talked with me like I had known them for years and worked with me on a price that I felt comfortable with. I feel great about my decision buying from this dealership! John, Matt, Ramon and Rick...I can't thank you enough for the kindness and answering any questions I had. I now have my dream Jeep and I couldn't be happier! Thank you guys!!!! I really appreciate your help! You have a new customer for life!!!! An AMAZING experience!!!!

Got a great deal on a car. Owner goes through the car and car fax report with you. Very helpful and friendly place.12-23-23 picked up my car and john went through the whole car new belts brakes brake pads rotors and four new tires! Definitely recommend and will be going back for other cars for my family.

Very nice and easy to work with. Didn t hover, which I appreciate, up front with the carfax report as soon as we brought the car back from test driving, would ve let us take it to our own mechanic before buying if we had wanted to.

John, Roman, and others have went above and beyond for me from break jobs to oil changes. I purchased my Camry from them 3 Years ago. It still runs great and they always go above and beyond to help me. You don't get service luke they provide anymore!@ this is q great business

What a great place to buy a used car. Was buying my son's first vehicle and stopped here. Didn't have to go any farther. Roman and John are truly great people. They are men of there word. John had the vehicle gone through. Didn't want to sell my son a lemon for his first car. I highly recommend going her if your looking for a good used car. Thank you for all you have done.

I have just purchased a car here. I feel compelled to say that, so far, it has been NOTHING but great. Dealt with John for my purchase. Very friendly guy, who is a really nice and, i think, sincere guy. My car developed a routine and fairly minor problem on day 2, and he did not hesitate to offer to take car back and have it repaired immediately. Hes either a REALLY good actor, or he is just a good guy looking to do business and build relationships with his customers/community. So far, i absolutely give him and his employees an A+ for my experience with them

Incredible place to buy a car, John and the rest of the staff are amazing. He was honest, genuine and extremely helpful with the whole process. It is clear from the vehicle I purchased along with the rest of the vehicles on the lot that John is very cautious on his selection of vehicles he sells. I have never had a better car buying experience and would highly recommend Chris Auto South!!

Probably the best place to buy a car ever. I worked with John on my purchase. He recommended a couple different trucks, let me drive them all, worked with me, was patient and let me buy the truck on my own schedule. He even pulled out his book to work numbers with me. Great place with great staff. A pleasure to work with

John is a kick! Buying a used car can be a chore but meeting John, Matt, Ramone and working with them was great. Straight-forward, up-front and very low-key. I bought a 'first-car' for my daughter, a 2015 Subaru Outback, and we were encouraged to test-drive at our leisure, take it to a mechanic, we were even connected with the previous owner. Whatever needed to be comfortable. Highly recommend seeing what they have, speak to John/Matt and you won't have to deal with the whole dealership "smoke & mirrors!"

I discovered this place from a search on CarGurus where I was searching for trucks using "Great Deal" as one of the filters. I drove over and found the truck was in very nice shape with 133k on it. Very Clean. Ran well and rode well. Turned out they had made a mistake on the listing but John told me they would honor the original price for me and they had since correcting the price on the website. There was NO pressure to purchase the vehicle. They put it on a lift so I could check out the bottom. Stuff like, break lines, fuel lines, exhaust, a-frames, bushing, tie rods, gaskets and frame. I felt this truck was not going to last long on the lot and decided to leave a deposit. I knew nothing about Ford engines and he told me to check it out the 4.6L on the internet and if I had any concerns he would issue me a full refund. I had let him know I would be over in couple days to pay him in full. He indicated that they would change the oil/filter and replace pads and rotors. I did check out the 4.6L's reputation that night and also saw the price was in fact $1000 more on their website. I called the next morning and told him I thought the brakes seemed fine but to take some of my deposit money to purchase premium pads and rotors because I assumed they would be installing budget parts. John said not to worry, that they only used premium parts and there would be no extra costs. The truck had only 1 key, but after purchasing, John mailed two sets with a FOB which I took to a hardware store for programming. My experience with Chris Auto South was very pleasant. They are out to make living, not a killing. I believe they are honest so If you are in the market for a used vehicle, check them out you might find what you are looking for. I did.

I really wanted to write a good review! Unfortunately one month into owning my 2008 Toyota Tundra I popped the hood to add windshield washer fluid and to my amazement I had no oil fill cap. Oil sprayed all over engine compartment. I was wondering why the truck was running fast and loud past month and that was why. When the dealer changed oil they did not put cap on. Also the skid plate underneath truck was held on by one screw and dragging. Nice truck, good price and Ed the manager was not a bad guy!! I just wonder now what if and engine problems this brain fart has caused??

Just bought a vehicle at Chris Auto. It has been a good experience so far. Seller is truthful and straightforward. Doesn't try to pull the wool over your eyes to try and sell a vehicle to you. Thanks Chris Auto!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. first of all he likes to play it off like he wants to help you but in reality he wants to rip you off !!!! i had a horrible experience ever since i bought my car off of his lot my engine light came on within the first two weeks of my purchase ! and my engine light turned on everytime it leaves his shop for the same issue that he pretends to fix ! its been four months since i bought my car and it broke down ! he is a complete liar and i will never go back or recommend anyone to come here save your money and never go here. youll be left without a car !!!!!!!!

I was working doing Line Construction near Chris's Auto South actually I was right outside the door I noticed how many nice Vehicles they had and they seemed like they were high quality and reasonably priced I wanted to buy a plow truck they had but what in the short time that I was there someone called and bought it I wish I would have had more time to spend there cuz I would have definitely bought a vehicle good luck and thanks for letting us borrow your restroom when we were working there thank you

The owner Ed is a complete moron, you call and call and somehow he's too busy to pick up the phone. This guy shouldn't even own a business, it amazes me how an idiot like this can even run a dealership. Anyhow, don't even bother with this guy, he'll waste your time he's too stupid to even deal with, save yourself the hassle.
