Great place for inspections, they were super quick compared to other local inspection garages. Inspections are cash or check only, so make sure you hit the ATM before going!

Never had a problem there. Never had a problem with the owner, the owns father, nor their other mechanic. Most people probably showed up between 11am and 12pm. That's their lunch house. Small shops do shut down for lunch. When it comes to inspections..... Never a problem. Finding these reviews from other odd.

Stopped here to get a Massachusetts state inspection sticker for my granddaughters car. The man who waited on me was very nice, the inspection process was quick and easy. Nice place to do business.

Overall all experience was good. The only issue I had was I had to wait over an hour to get my car inspected, but other than that the guys were friendly.

I tried visiting this location 4 separate times for an inspection during their open hours. No one was there any of those times. I also tried calling multiple times and no one answered the phone. I have heard from multiple other people this place is not worth it. I don t have time to give this place a shot after this. Also, their replies to less than satisfactory reviews are incredibly rude. I work in customer service and would never reply to customers comments like that, as it is a reflection of not only yourself but your business as well.

Im a little late at this, choppy service in my area, but i had to look him up once again. The incredible guy fixed my exhaust and it was perfectly done and fair. He is amazing. Its not often when you make a car appointment living in Vermont and working in MA that you find a young, hot and (married :-( } stud! Oh man after he worked on my Honda, I got in, turned on the heat to revive his scent-cations and sexy self. The heated leather seats from his man sweat and wide array of Stephen King books in office just make you wiggle with pleasure. Thank you so much! I ponder your dark side as i try to sleep restlessly in my bed... Scent-Sensational!!!

Got my Mass State Inspection here last week. The mechanic had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Professional and polite service. Was my 1st visit to Gene's and got a feeling it won't be my last. No missing coffee mugs or anything else [missing].

This guy is awful. I went to get my car inspected and when he told me I ve got an issue with my windows I asked him how to fix it. His response, ask your husband. When I said I m not married he said that s not his problem.The guy who works in the garage told me to talk to my husband when I asked him how to fix my two front tinted windows. No excuse. He s awful.As well, I did come back... three different times when the sign said they d be open and no one was around. Finally came back a fourth time and the two guys in the office(guy from garage and young guy) couldn t find their own feet when I asked if they had seen my mug. Guess they couldn t find that kitchen it was in.Ended up going to Braytonville Garage in North Adams instead. Super fast, very polite and open when they say they are going to be. Car inspected and two front window tints removed in 30 minutes.

Fast reliable service. I have been going to Gene's Sales for more than 18 yrs. I highly reccommend them to all my friends. They are Honest . and fair , and treat you right.
