Online ordering and communication of part availability is worst in comparison to the other vendors we use. Likely last time I use this store. Will just make the trip to fall river next time if needed.

Im always going here it s almost like seeing friends when I walk in rather than someone who is just there for a paycheck. Awesome environment and knowledgeable staff. Usually have anything I need on hand.

Just be aware that if you buy a battery from them and pay the "refundable" core fee, the refund is contingent on having your receipt, even if the battery is more than 7 years old! Without the receipt, they'll give you $5, pocket the rest and send you on your way. So glad I got the replacement battery at a store with a more reasonable policy.

Terrible business ruining the NAPA brand. Do not shop at the acushnet store they sold me 4 faulty struts and the nuts didn't even bolt in due to mismatched threads... only the oem toyota ones fit. Didn't honor their return policy as I had 2 sealed items and the other 2 were damaged due to a manufacturing error. Oh well reported this to corporate offices as this is an independent napa and will be reporting this to the AG office as long as the Better Business Bureau

NAPA is an awesome place! If you need a part, or just some advice on what you need, NAPA is the "go to" place. I have always been able to buy the part I've needed without worrying that I may have to return it because I was sold a part by someone somewhere who thought it "might fit."

One of the best part stores around. They have a greatparts availability and go over and above to help youfind what you need. I love all the staff, they are great towork with.

I have come in several times and each time felt dismissed and that employees have better things to do than assist. Even laughed at when asking a question.

Their prices are higher than other local auto parts stores and the employees I worked with were not very helpful. One answered questions like he had a quota on how many words he could use, the other seemed to think he was funny (I politely humored him but it was awkward).

I went out searching for safety goggles for work so I wouldn t have to wear the shield. Multiple places had nothing. I went to Napa in Acushnet MA They didn t have any but are ordering them so they can help us in the medical field.She also came out if her office and presented a t-shirt to me.Thank you to Napa if Acushnet MA for caring

I had searched all over for a certain part for an obsolete vehicle. Napa was able to provide me with this part at a lesser price than I would have paid elsewhere. Thanks Napa.

This place surprises me that they are still open! They always fail to have anything you need! You should never expect them to have even the simplest thing. you will most likely be wasting your time.
