I've taken many vehicles to Patriot Auto for decades, and have always been totally satisfied with the services provided. Steve is a cordial guy and is very accommodating to the customer when scheduling appointments. He will do his best to make things convenient. Steve and staff can take care of any problem; and do great work. I decided a long time ago that I would not go to any other shop for my automotive needs.

Ive used patriot for years! Their customer service is great and they do what they say that theyre going to do!Very honest and fair! I highly recommend them! Good mechanics are hard to find!

Very communicative and responsive. I called the day of at noon asking if they had availability for that afternoon but I was told the next day would work. I then received a proactive call back asking if I could still go in the day of. Really appreciate the customer service here.

Nothing like 30 plus years of experience to quickly and properly diagnosis a problem!I brought in my 1990 Chevy Caprice because of a tricky electrical problem causing my headlights and taillights not to work in addition to my horn. Steve found the problem and fixed it without making it a huge project.I will definitely bring my other cars to Patriot Automotive for service in the future. I highly recommend Patriot Automotive to anyone who wants honest, skilled work on their cars.Service: Electrical repair

If you want your car fixed for a fair price then Patriot is the shop for you. If you expect the shop personnel to give you a warm and fuzzy feeling while doing so then I would go elsewhere. Patriot gives you a an honest estimate and gets the job done, period.My wife moved to the area 6 months ago and I'm so glad we were able ro find a shop where we we know we'll get the job done timely and at a fair price.

Missed the obviously leaking gas tank and installed a new exhaust costing $2k, PLEASE make sure they've properly checked your care BEFORE you let them service it.Wasn't repaired under my name, nice try.We got scammed, took it to another shop and they were BEWILDERED that they even did the job. BEWARE.

Great service from Steve and the Patriot team. Always done on time and at the estimated cost. They don t do stuff you don t need done and always explain why they are recommending what is needed. Very happy with the work Steve did on my 2015 Lexus RX350. It was a last minute emergency brake job, and he got me in way faster than I thought possible. Great work at a reasonable price. I had a long relationship with a neighboring shop that has always handled my Acuras, and I ask the owner for a recommendation for the Lexus, and without hesitation he recommended Patriot Automotive. Glad I followed his advice. I was not disappointed in any way. Thanks again, Steve!

I have been bringing both of my vehicles to Patriot Automotive for about 2 years now. I bring the cars for both routine maintenance and service needs and always feel that I'm treated very fairly and that the work is top notch. Scheduling is always easy and any work needed is well explained and performed at reasonable cost. Great guys here, I highly recommend.

Got tired of Toyota service and thought I would try them. Had an oil change and battery replaced. Quick service at a reasonable price. Update: had new rear brakes installed and also got new tires. Again, excellent service excellent job. Don't expect a fancy waiting room if you are waiting but that cuts down their costs which should be reflected in what you pay!Services: Tires, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

We take my car here for all services. By comparison when we went to the dealer they wanted to charge over $2300 for some larger maintenance items. I knew it was going to be expensive but damn. I took the print out of work needed and Patriot Automotive didn't understand why some of the work was even quoted. Patriot automotive competed all required maintenance for under $900 and had no mechanical issues with my car since then. Go here for quality services at fair price with a usually quick turn around.

Fast honest service. I went in when my car was making a noise after my wife tapped a wall with the bumper. The noise was unrelated, it was the alternator, which they replaced the same day. They also re-applied the mud flap that popped off when my wife hit the wall at no charge. I googled the price of the alternator, and from what I can tell, the price they charged me for the part and the labor was very reasonable. This was my first time here, but they were very honest, quick and professional. I can see why these guys have been in business for 25 years and getting good reviews.

Been using the shop since 2009 for anything from oil change to radiator and exhaust replacement. Very fast and professional service. Even without appointment Steve was always able to squeeze me in and get my truck back on the road fast.

They are friendly and reliable, as well as easy to communicate with. They clearly and simply explain what they propose to do and why, and then they do it, with no surprises and no attempts to "upsell" (unless you really need something else, like an oil change). When they encounter an unusual or difficult problem, they are able to come up with creative solutions as needed. As a single woman, I really appreciate the honesty and reliability of Steve and Doug. I know I get great service, they fix what is wrong and not what isn't and they are always friendly and don't mind answering questions. I recommend Patriot to a lot of my friends and everyone has always had positive experiences!

Awful. Went there for an oil change, and I was informed they had to break the plastic covering for the filter to change the filter. AND I would have to pay for the replacement cover. Then they didn't turn off my maintenance light after the oil change, and didn't put how many miles till my next oil change sticker in the car. In the end, I told them to do the oil change and forget about the filter, because I just wanted out. Then they gave me this big lecture on how bad my tires were. Absolute swindlers. When I went to a REAL mechanic, they were able to change the filter without breaking anything, and they told me I could switch my back tires to the front, and I'd be fine for the season.

Steve is great. Did a ton of small things (and rear brakes) pre-inspection and my daughter's car miraculously passed. He even took it to be inspected which was a relief and an awesome surprise. Thank you!

It is harder to find a good honest mechanic than it is a doctor. I thought I had found an honest mechanic... Then when I had them mount my winter tires for me, they charged me $140!!! I paid $80 last year to have I done. I will not be returning.

Patriot seemed to do a great job with my breaks, bearings and a belt. my car feels back to normal. Wish they were open on Saturdays or had loaner cars. I copmleted the whole transaction over the phone and email, never actually saw anyone.
