Made an appointment for late in the day. When making the appointment I told them this was for a fleet vehicle. When I arrived the person behind the desk told me that I should just go to Jiffy lube and he did not know how to bill out a corporate account.I them asked if another location could help me. So he called them and did not tell them I had a corporate account. This was a very frustrating experience. I have been coming to sullivan tire for years. It does not seem that this advisor wants to work. I will.not be going back to this location.I have also talked to many other people with my company and they have not had issues getting work done on a fleet vehicle.At the end of the day a fleet vehicle is still a customer. I would like a phone call

Fast same day service for my car (nail in my tire that needed full replacement). The staff was friendly and worked hard to help me get my car ready in time to pick up my children from school.

I love going to the Abington MA Sullivan Tire, you get greeted as soon as you walk in. It is the cleanest Sullivan Tire I have been to, I have gone to 6 other locations and I find that the Abington MA location is the best. As for the salesperson, Andrue Winn has to be the friendliest salesperson, always smiling, and knows not to call me anything but my birth name Elizabeth. I strongly recommend this Sullivan Tire for all your auto needs.

This was actually my first time having my car serviced at Sullivan Tire. It s unfortunate I waited so long! The Abington location provided great service, professionalism & they were warm and welcoming. I never felt pressured or like I was being upsold because I wasn t. I was in and out and got exactly what I asked for. It also helped that I was able to get an estimated price on the website before calling because that s what I ended up paying. I also called short notice and was able to book an appointment the same day. This will definitely be my go to place! Customer service is very important and they seem to have it very much together there. Thanks so much to everyone I crossed paths with while there and those behind the scenes who assisted with servicing my car. It s greatly appreciated!

I made a mistake and missed the closing time at the Abington location on a Saturday to pick my truck up after getting new tires and their times said they were not open until Monday morning. The manager reached out to me on a sunday, his day off and came out to the store to get my truck out for me. Excellent work on my new tires and even better customer service.

The process was easy and the experience very smooth. My appointment time was for 9:00 AM and I was Done by 1 hour later at a unexpected Reduced price!! Very nice. Looks like I found my forever car service home. I recommend Sullivan Tire to anyone looking for a quality, professional and rightly priced auto service.

Hands down the friendliest crew. Took my truck in on a last minute starter issue and couldn t have been nicer and more informative. This is a great crew here. I ll be doing all my automotive business here!!

Communication/trust is very lacking in this location. Sent my wife to pick up tires. Apparently account was flagged by some third party checking company no one told her what was going on they just shoved a number at her to call without telling her it was a third party company. Which she did assuming she was calling someone at sullivan tire which she was not. The "company" was a woman who answered not giving name or company info with a crying baby in the background who took all our checking info put her on hold ten minutes then said everything all set but refused to tell her why account was flagged. Wife went back into store where the man told her check still wouldn't go through asked for a reference number or name from the call she informed them that she wasn't given one.Wife asked if it was a franchise store as we have given Sullivan tire a lot of checks/business with no issues just not at this location they said no it was small and family owned. They never offered her any explanation or help other young man behind counter was very rude to her by telling her she had no right getting upset with them for this third party company which they hired that was preventing us from buying the product we needed. She left with no tires. I called the Sales line they had no idea what was going on at all. She called corporate who also had no idea what was going on. No one will confirm that she did indeed call this " third party checking company" nor will anyone tell us why account was flagged or let us know how to make sure this never happens again. We do business with a lot of vendors and never have I had an experience like this one that's felt downright shady.

Still kinda on the fence on this place.So I brought my wife's car in for a oil change, tire rotation and to look at a tire that had developed a leak. Brought the car in after booking an online appointment said I needed the shuttle. Showed up for the 9am appointment. There is no shuttle. So I ended up having to walk home. Walked back at the scheduled pickup time of 4pm car isn't ready yet. Then when it was finishing up they tell me the tire in unrepairable due to two punctures too close together, and because the car is all wheel drive you have to have the same tire, and the tires on the car are discontinued they don't have it and I might want to look online for a replacement and they'll be happy to install it. So in a nutshell the car was in the shop from 9am to 4:30pm for an oil change.So I went somewhere else to see if I could find the tire and when they went to get the model number they mentioned the tire being bad as another tire. I said no and they were like oh cause there's a huge gash in the side wall of a second tire, which meant there was two bad tires on this car. So I'm lucky I didn't order a tire online because I would have had a tire for no reason seeing now two are bad.So I went back to sullivan tire mentioned how disappointed I was in them missing a second bad tire and that I was going to go somewhere else. A little while late a higher up manager called me back said they'd make it right. So I figured I'd give them a shot again. Brought it in took roughly a little more than 4 hours to take care of the 2 bad tires. But they did do everything they said they would.I like the fact that they're the closest tire shop to my house, but at the same time I wonder what will happen if I bring it in again. How sure will I be that they won't miss something and why does it take almost 8 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation and check a tire?

Artful worst customer service, I had a leak on my tire and went the one on Bedford st Abington picked up the tire went flat again paid $30 we called and they said they couldn t take us in, so they sent us to the one on east bridge water to fixed they gave us a hard time and attitude, they wanted us to pay $30 again, we said we not but the guy gave me the keys and said whatever, I got the keys so my husband could pick the car at a later time because they were closing and my husband couldn t get there on time, came back at the later the tire was flat again. They don t even worth a start. Both of locations has bad services and customer service the east bridge water and the one on Bedford st Rt 18.

Changed to 3 stars. Tim reach out twice to make things right. Going to give them another tryMade an appointment for 11 o'clock drop off on Saturday morning on 12/19 for a simple oil change. The pickup was for noon. Received an email confirming the appointment drop off and pickup. The email also stated if any delays. I would receive a phone call. Returned at 1 to pick up my car. The work wasn't done and still in the same parking spot I parked it. I never did receive a call. Also no apology or explanation when being told it wasn't done. I understand things aren't always on time. That's why I went an hour after my pickup time. But a phone call would been a big help. Or at least if I was told things were behind schedule when I dropped it off. Why make appointments and not be close to the time told and keep customers in the dark.

I thought there was an issue with the work I had done and it turns out there wasn't. When I spoke with the manager, Mike, he was ready to work for a solution without hesitation. I appreciate the willingness to work towards making an issue right even when there turned out not being one. Definitely earned my business in the future.

I despise companies that don t communicate. I deal with clients for a living. Communication is key!I go in to Sullivan Tire in Abington because I have the start of a little bump on the side of my tire (mind you I just bought all 4 in February!). The gentleman at the counter looks at it and tells me he will have someone else take a look. An hour later the other gentleman at the counter tells me it s ready. I go to the counter expecting them to tell me what the plan would be and what the cost would be. Nope! They put a new tire on and never told me they were doing it. The poor guy that is now trying to process my invoice tells me you didn t know we were putting a tire on it? I thought you knew?! Did you not want a new tire? I tell him no I wanted to know what the issue was and that I expected they would ask before just simply doing work in excess of $100. This may not seem like much to others but to a single mom with 3 kids...this is groceries for the week. No grocery money this week $140 later I left. I couldn t even handle arguing too much cuz I had my baby and My son with me and the baby was overdue for a nap and hungry.While I understand how additional warranties work, some sort of warranty should be on tires...especially when they are only 5 months old. I will head elsewhere for future tire issues and replacements. Work on your customer service!Hoping to hear from someone tomorrow, I put in a call today.

Family chain, local. Reliable. Biggest plus: they are honest, helpful. I've lived in the area for over 15 yrs. I keep coming back to them. Have tried other, larger chains. Not as good in price, service.
