If you're looking for a car, Auto Country is a great place to go. We just drove off the lot with a used car, at a fantastic price and the experience was 100% positive. We worked with Bobby who is absolutely focused on great customer satisfaction. He took care of everything and delivered the car on time and spotless. Definitely will go back.

Salesman sold me a lemon with a bunch of issues that he was clearly aware of and didn t disclose. I ve had the car for a month and have already had to put well over $1000 into it and when I called them the very next day after buying it I was told since the car had over 130K miles it comes as is. Even though it had only 137k. Buyer beware. Not to mention how they pressure you into giving them a good review as soon as you buy a car before you even leave the shop. Guessing that s how they get all their good reviews. Salesmen talks a good game but they are just your typical shady car salesmen. Buyers beware! Bring your own mechanic if looking to buy from them because they will hide issues from you. This car has had issue after issue and I haven t even put 1,000 miles on it yet. Avoid this place and do not let there little rewards fool you. Very shady business. Highly recommend staying far away from this used car lot.

Who knew buying a used car could be such a great experience?! We went to Auto Country to look at a car for my daughter and worked with Bobby. He is a straight up, honest person and helped get my daughter into the car she wanted. He was very helpful and made the whole transaction seamless and easy. They even took care of registering the car for us. I definitely recommend Auto Country if you're looking for a car. They have been in business for 30 years which is a testament to how they run their business.

I have bought atleast 8 vehicles from Mike and Bobby and their associates. Seamless transactions each time. I ve bought a couple Mercedes, three jeep brands an Audi, a Cadillac and a Lexus. Auto Country has also been extremely fair by accepting four or five trade ins. Each time I ended up equitable. These guys are really great at finding the right vehicle for me and my family. Love the car I bought here. Discovered later there was a problem that would not have been found during an inspection. Mike and Bobby fixed it, and even had the car cleaned again! Great people, great service!

We just purchased a Kia from auto Country and had a PERFECT experience!! We dealt with Bobbi and he was excellent in helping us find a car that we loved and could afford. No scams no run around a good honest people ! Bobbi was very nice kept me informed about everything . Highly recommend asking for Bobbi !! Owner is super friendly too . My daughter has bought a used car here in the past and she still has the jeep also my friend bought from auto Country same thing good reliable cars also good with getting everything done quickly so you have a car !! I give. 5 star because we are very satisfied

Sold me the car with a leaking gas tank and a broken door handle. Brought back right away for them to fix. Door handle still broken, door flew open on the Rotary. Gas tank gas gauge doesn't work. Owned for less than a year. Just fixed the starter and waiting for a tow truck because the fuel pump need replacing. Avoid this dealer. *Edit* the mechanic said it has a GPS monitor on it that can shut my car off if I don't make my payment . I don't make payments to auto country. And all my payments are up to date.

When I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler, I looked all around the South Shore. I ultimately found the one that "checked all the boxes" at Auto Country. Bobby was awesome and very patient as I am very cautious when it comes to large purchases. My main concern was a check engine light, and it ended up being a relatively hefty repair including a new fuel tank and a fuel pump. Auto Country took care of it. The repairs ended up being more complicated than originally thought as each time we thought the problem was fixed, the problem arose once more. On the third repair we got it right. Auto country ensured I had a loaner vehicle throughout the process so I could commute to work as well as giving me constant updates. They use an out of house shop, but ensured the repairs were a top priority and each time it was relatively fast. The whole staff went above and beyond to ensure the problem was fixed was fixed. Bobby and the team were always very easy to get a hold of and have reached out several times after the last repair to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would highly recommend Auto Country and Bobby if you are looking for great service at a fair price.

Definitely 5 stars all the way! From the professionalism of Mr. Robert Blacker, to the knowledge of Mr. Michael Fagan. everything thing went as well as one could expect. I didn't even have to go to the registry, all done for me! And I hate going to the registry!!! Will be shopping for my next vehicle with them when I need it. Thank you Auto Country, see you soon!

Bobby was absolutely wonderful in helping me buy my first car! They had a wide range of options and price points which was great. Bobby made the process of shopping and buying the car easy and smooth. I love that this place will also register the car for you which isn t usually the case for dealers. I feel so lucky to have found this spot and have been able to work with Bobby!

I can't say enough about our experience with this dealership. From the second we called on a car we were taken care of with respect and friendliness. The moment we walked on the lot we were greeted by Bobby B and an instant bond was made! He is AMAZING! From the beginning to the end of our experience with him, he was in constant contact and took care of us like we were the most important people in the world. If you're looking for a car I 100% recommend going to see Bobby at Auto County. Their selection of cars is always increasing and always top notch for used cars. Their attention to customer service is like no other. We looked at many used cars dealerships and this one was number one for so many reasons. Thank you Bobby B for a great experience. We are forever grateful and love our new to us Lexus.

I had bought a truck from auto country Bobby was very nice and respectful but unfortunately there was a mechanical issue with it not too long after purchase but they were nice to swap the motor on them and give a warranty cars are machines and unpredictable ones at that they can t control the problem from happening but they did everything they could to fix the issue

Awesome vehicle for the low price. Nick took great care of making sure everything when smooth. MIKE Fagan took the time to say hello and to make sure everything was going well. For a really low price yhe vehivle was running great and needed nothing very happy!

Sold me a lemon, frame was spray painted and welded extremely poorly. Waited multiple months for a $4000 check and blamed COVID.By the way, they also pressure you into giving 5 star reviews, most of these are fake.Edit: Thanks for the response Auto Country, you really showed me. If you think I am trying to get points for reviews, you are wrong. I wanted anyone looking for a car to make sure they look under it before it falls out from under them, as mine did when it almost rolled over.P.S.: "A "lemon" is a term for a car with a significant defect or malfunction that makes it unsafe to drive" - Progressive InsuranceIf you are a dealer unsure of what a Lemon is, maybe that 31 years of experience went to the wrong area of the trade ;)

I walked into auto country after my old car failed inspection and was too costly to repair. Bobby B had me back on the road in no time with a beautiful car at a great price! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car!

Every car we bought has been great with wonderful customer service. We highly recommend Auto Country . Great prices. Great customer service experience. The best I ever been too. Also recommended few friends and family because they have been so helpful with the process. They also ensured to take care of the car while processing my financial paperworks. I ve choiced a car I ve always wanted and now going here I definitely see coming back after few years to change vehicles. Bobby has been very helpful and even Andrew I believe is his name. All of the workers and boss has been nothing but amazing to me showing lots of respect and respecting me opinion. Thank you soo much for the whole team who made my experience and expectations better!!!

Bought a 2004 Jeep Wrangler from this company. This was my first Jeep purchase. I should ve done more research on the vehicle before buying. Went in to test drive, ebrake light came on within the first three minutes of the test drive. Went straight back to the dealership and was told they make repairs after the vehicle is sold? I signed paperwork making the deal. Was told vehicle would be ready in three days for pickup. Received a call saying they had to make another repair which required welding. At this point I was ready to walk, but I m a man of my word and did make a deal. The sales guy threw a fit too, which was really not professional in my opinion. So I decided to let them make repairs and still follow through with the purchase. I work on cars as a hobby, so when I got this Jeep home I tore it apart to start working on it. Mechanically then vehicle runs. Structurally though, it is a mess. I found welds underneath(which I was told they did one). Rust underneath the center console inside. I ll end up spending what I paid to get this vehicle where it should be.If you decide to purchase from this company, be very careful and do your research about what you re buying. Clearly no quality in what they re selling,

So many beautiful vehicles. Bobby Blacker was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did he introduce me to the newest love of my life (a beautiful Ford escape) he was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, helpful. Not to mention patient. He walked me through the process from beginning to end. Wonderful experience. I will definitely be visiting them again when when we're ready to buy our second vehicle. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for an actual good experience from a used car dealership

I recently purchased a vehicle for my 18yr old son. The process was effortless from start to finish. Bobby Blacker was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and made us feel comfortable. My personal mechanic checked out the vehicle and found it to be in great condition. Would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a used vehicle.
