I would give Phil six stars if I could. He's a true professional passionate about his trade who takes great pride in his work. He can explain everything in as much technical detail as you'd like and will walk you through the work that needs to be done. Always a pleasure, his customer service is top notch, and you can rest assured your car is in excellent hands.

Phil saved my day!! My battery died while getting gas and Phil came to my rescue replacing my battery in less than 15 minutes. And did it even tho his shop had just closed for the day. Professional, friendly, excellent service. Thanks again Phil!!

Stumbled upon Phil's shop and was amazed by his service and care for his customers. Went in for an oil change, but he took the time and effort to diagnose issues I didn't even know I had with my car. Overall a very trustworthy owner/mechanic.

Had my rear brakes fail on rt 70. Stop here for convenience. Was very pleased with the service. Very friendly, explained everything and got us back on the road safely in a very reasonable amount of time.

I received excellent service at Elite Car Care in Woodstock. The timing was kept as promised, the service was just what was needed and at a very fair price, and I received sound advice on car maintenance and keeping the car in good running order. I will continue to use Elite Car are for all of my car maintenance.

Elite has become our go to shop in the Waverly Woods area. Shop shows pride in individual ownership ....very clean, organized and efficient. Phil has a friendly attitude and provides a great alternative to the dealers and chain stores. We have had Hyundai and Chrysler products serviced more than satisfactorily here.Quality parts are used and Phil only recommends needed repairs.5 StarsServices: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I've been going to Phil for several years now with my Mini Cooper and he has always consistently went above and beyond for any service. As a young woman I am used to mechanics trying to charge me for extra things, but Phil has always been the one mechanic I can rely on for honest, quality, and professional work. Having lived in multiple states and getting my car serviced at numerous shops, I knew after my first service with Phil that I would be a returning customer. He is hands down the most knowledgable, friendly, and professional mechanic I have been to. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Phil to anyone who is looking for service done to their car.

Phil does a great job handling a variety of repairs in which I've brought him. He maintains a very clean shop and provides sound unbiased advice, very pleased to have him in the local area. We drive unique vehicles typically requiring dealership involvement and he has been able to help us avoid those costly visits. Highly recommend!

As a frugal consumer, I depend on reviews. I only post when I receive unusually poor or exceptional products or services. I am going on an extended road trip in a 2014 vehicle that has 145k miles. I wanted the 150k Service done before my trip. I compared dealer pricing ($4500), to a previous shop I used to use ($3800), to my current mechanic at Elite Car Services ($2266). I used Elite Car Services in the past on a recommendation from a co-worker. They were awesome. Phil, the Owner, is honest and does not try to oversell you. I give Elite Car Services my highest Recommendation. Phil, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I was traveling through on my way home (3 hours away) when I suddenly heard a grinding noise. Someone local recommended I stop at Elite and I was not disappointed. Phil was so kind and took my car in to check it out immediately. My car went in... And 10 minutes later Phil comes out holding a dang ROCK!! A rock was lodged in my brakes!! When I asked what I owed him, he said whatever I thought was fair. Considering if I had called AAA or taken it anywhere else, I would have been charged out the butt. Phil, you deserved that tip. Thank you so much for helping me out. I am now home safe and sound, anxiety free lol!

Phil is amazing! Professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I had my car at a dealer and then another chain store for an alignment, neither could get it proper. Took it to Phil, totally perfect! I'll definitely be going there for my future needs, best part is, he gave me some recommendations and didn't try to strong arm me. Just all around amazing!!!Service: Wheel alignment

I decided to give Elite a try after another neighbor suggested it based on his positive experience. My neighbor was not wrong. Phil was great to talk through the service recommendations for today as well as the expected future services and intervals without the runaround and nonsense attempts to sell me things that the car clearly doesn't need.But it didn't stop there, he was happy to spend a solid twenty minutes during checkout explaining his opinion of my vehicle's condition, and based on that plus my driving habits, etc... what to expect for future service intervals and recommendations with reasons instead of a generic checklist.And anyone who takes the time to keep a shop space as clean and organized as he does clearly doesn't cut corners and does pay attention to detail. That matters to me since my family's safety is at stake.Definitely a "you get what you pay for" in a good way kind of operation.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Overall a great experience. Phil got me right in and soon after realized what the problem was. Fixed same day.Shop looks like a NASCAR or Formula One Garage. Super clean!!!Very professional and trustworthy which is a rare find in the Auto Service Profession. A hidden gem.

I was traveling from Ky to Philly when my car broke down in Maryland. When the tow truck dropped me off at this shop they were about to close, yet the owner, Phil, stayed open to make the necessary repairs to allow me to complete my trip in order to catch my flight back to Ky the next day. He was very professional and courteous. He also called the next day to check on me and the car. I highly recommend Phil and his shop.Services: Electrical repair, Battery

Phil is very honest and provide the very professional service at the pretty reasonable service.I took the wheel alignment service today and he gave me 5% discount which I didn't expect. The price is about $90, pretty reasonable, lower than others.Totally different from the previous owner and I'm very happy to have the best auto care service locally.

The family and I were on our way down I-95 with our travel trailer on easter weekend. When we got to our camp ground I noticed we had a broken leaf spring on the rear axle. After many failed calls to all the area mobile rv repair techs and rv dealer service departments we found Mr. PHIL WATSON at ELITE CAR CARE. I was a little skeptical at first not being from the area but after a few minutes on the phone I knew I had found a real mechanic with a good heart.He told me where I could find the parts and set aside his busy schedule to fit us in and get our trailer home. From the minute I arrived at his shop I was impressed with the meticulous attention to detail and how clean the shop was. It has plenty of room out front for the bigger cars and trailers. Great service and very fair price. But most important to me, an honest man with a good heart. While I was there every other customer told me they come to him for his honesty and integrity.

I brought my Jeep in for needed service. I was kept informed on a daily basis of the progress of the job and I was given choices and options on how to move forward. Phil, who I dealt with was friendly and polite and provided great customer service.
