Needed my jeep towed to dealership today and went through my insurance company and had to go through 2 other towing company till I was given Priority Towing and they are the best! Wanted to give a massive shout out to Preston who was the driver in being helpful with any questions that I had as well as showing great professionalism. He exhibited great customer service etiquette. The company itself was very communicative and fast in response time. Highly recommended!!!!!

Everything went very well and the communication from Priority Towing was excellent. Got a call immediately from Sara after completing GEICO roadside assistance info on the app, and James reached out when he was a few minutes away. Was very impressed. From the time I called to the time my car was on the truck and on its way to the repair shop was less than an hour.

Had to get my Chevrolet 1500 towed called 4 agencies in the area which stated it would take 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive, I called priority towing spoke to dispatch they arrived in 40 minutes everything was simple as well as specific, Sam came in truck #8 he did a superb job he was excellent a stressful day turned out not so bad after having priority towing on my side will always have them added to my contacts for sure thanks again Sam

Such great service! I want to especially shout out the driver isaac rivera for waiting 15 minutes because I was unknowingly asleep! Once he and i realized my car didn t need a tow, he put on my spare instead. Thank you so much for making what i thought was going to be a stressful start to my day, a great way to start it.

The 2 stars are for the lady who picked up my car, very respectful and polite lady. Otherwise, people in the office are rude and unpunctual. This is how my vehicle got delivered. I told the driver to put it in a parking space or the driveway. My vehicle almost towed by the landlord. I had to drive to the shop on a Saturday night to try and move it. For the price I would expect better service.

I initially called AAA requesting a tow for my vehicle and was told it would take 4-5 hours. I cancelled that tow and requested one through my car insurance who linked me with Priority Towing. Priority Towing took approx. 2 hours or so to get to me and my vehicle so I was happy they were able to get to me sooner. The driver was pleasant and patient. My issue was not with the driver, not entirely; however, for a tow that was covered and I was to pay nothing out of pocket ended up costing me $206.00. I received a call from dispatch while the driver was unloading my car. Despite there being NO problem with him loading up my car, she tells me the driver informed them that he had to use a "tool" to unload my car which is why I was being charged $206.00! Needless to say the very next day I requested another tow from AAA to take my car to a repair shop and it took 35 mins for the driver to arrive AND less than 30 mins TOTAL to load up my car, drive to the repair shop and unload my car!! This is the best part....I wasn't charged a single dime extra for anything! The driver did NOT have to use any tools whatsoever to assist with the loading/unloading! This now makes me feel as if Priority Towing took advantage of an already stressful situation to get more money from me that I did not have nor anticipated paying out. Not happy about this company. Will never use them again.

This company is a rip off centre! I had a minor accident and my insurance company would have taken about an hour to send a tow truck so the state police that was on the scene called this company. My car has very minor damage and it was drivable and it too them less than 2 minutes to pull my car up. I was surprised when they charged me 325 dollars for 2 minutes of work. I called the manager to talk to him and see if he will lower the price but he was very impolite. I really hope the carrol county state police think twice before working with them because they are using this opportunity to reap people off!

I had contacted my insurance company for a tow. The original tow company took over four hours and never showed up. I requested a new tow and priority towing came within 1 hour of them accepting the job. The young man who came was pleasant, polite and very helpful.

Arrived very quickly and well in time with texts.Brennan was a professional, as well as friendly and efficient. Really impressed with his positive attitude. We were concerned about my car s electric parking brake engaging unexpectedly, and he took care to assure us how he checks that it is off. He is a helpful guy.Service: Car towing

I don t think i have ever seen any towing company like Priority towing, honestly from start to finish and the driver was extra amazing believe me he was very nice respectful and kind, I m a mechanic at Gaithersburg Auto Clinic and starting from today any customer that needs towing i will definitely send them straight to Priority Towing!Guys thank you so much Service: Car towing

Horrible company. My car tire fell off after the axle snapped and I was given an option to either pay 200 dollars for a car dolly or sign a waiver to have it towed. I said I ll sign the waiver since 200 for a car dolly isn t worth any damage not using one would cause. almost an hour later in the 90� sun, they call me again saying the manager was ok with the tow but *the owner* isn t comfortable towing it because the wavier won t sign up in court. ??? that s the whole point of a wavier. The owner is a good for nothing money hungry fraud who is upset that he s not getting 200 extra bucks put into his pocket. the fact that he would refuse any service as easy as mine shows his true image. The dispatch lady was lovely though, she deserves to work in a place better than this greedy company <3

My car unexpectedly died on the highway after picking up my children in the wee hours of the morning after a full overnight shift. I called my insurance company expecting an easy breezy tow service and instead had to deal with three different companies who couldn't tow the car a simple few feet. The final one just settled for pushing it onto a curb and driving away. I was absolutely drained, heart broken and close to giving up. The final company that my insurance company sent out was Priority. The driver completely understood my concerns and what I was trying to accomplish and did it in less than ten minutes. After almost eight hours of being dismissed, it was such a relief to finally be heard for such a simple "tow". I wish that they would have been first on the call list, but I am glad that they were the last. Thank you guys!!Service: Special vehicle towing

The team here was great, on time and very communicative working my request. We were trying to get a small tractor delivered and after waiting for weeks for another group that was not able to assist, Priority stepped up to the plate and finished my task in a few hours. We referred them again to my son and had a similar consistent excellent experience.

Service was excellent. Dispatch was helpful and friendly. Worked with me to make a last minute change. If you plan to wait with your vehicle for their service, plan for a long wait. I have used them in the past and their arrival time is always longer than they say. This time I was able to make arrangements so that I didn't have to wait with my car which was good because it took them 4 hours to arrive to tow my car. Knowing ahead of time to make arrangements for myself made it a better experience with them.Service: Car towing

I am very impressed with Priority. They were assigned to me through GEICO when I locked myself out of the car this morning at a Park & Ride on my way into work. I put in a request through GEICO s app and from the time I submitted the request to Preston arriving was only 40 minutes, and I was about 30/40 minutes away from where he was coming from. Preston took some pictures and had me back in my car in maybe 2 minutes. I was so impressed and was able to get everything I needed and caught the next bus. Thank you so much Preston and Priority, you saved the day for me! Would highly suggest to anyone.Service: Car lockouts

Jim was the most helpful person ever. My car wouldn't start, and he came pretty quickly and got me to my destination pretty fast. He was very informative and let me know that my battery was bad. He also got my car to start up once arriving to my home. He followed me to advance auto parts to have my battery checked to make sure my car wouldn't stop starting. Once we arrived at advanced auto parts and I was told my battery needed to be replaced. He stayed to make sure it was being replaced properly and advised me of the best battery to get for my car. If I give him 10 stars I, would because of him I got my car back running. Thank you, Jim a million times,

Expected wait time was about an hour. They showed up in 40 minutes. Gentleman was amazing. He gave me time to grab everything I needed from the car. Confirmed the location of the auto shop, and got my car on its way.Scott on the phone was great as well. He was able to confirm my location and provided me the information I needed to pay online, and confirmed about the overage on miles.These guys get all 5 stars. They gave me the peace of mind I needed for an already stressful morning.Service: Car towing

10/10 experience!!! I have Geico and this was my first time using their roadside assistance.This past week my windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of 95 Southbound around 7:30am during some rough rain and morning commute traffic. I was assigned Priority as my provider and they gave me an ETA of about an hour. I called within that hour to clarify my location and let them know what was wrong. The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and spoke clearly. An hour went by and nobody had showed up, so I assumed the driver got stuck in the traffic/rain and waited another thirty or so minutes. Then I called to see if they had an updated ETA for the tow truck. The lady was able to give me an ETA of about fifteen minutes, so I waited but he didn't show up until an additional fifteen or so minutes had passed. So after a good chunk of waiting, James showed up around 9:40ish and explained he got stuck behind a major accident and with the rain everything was moving slowly, totally understandable. I knew it wasn't going to be a quick process from requesting roadside assistance to making it to my work.We chatted briefly about what was wrong with my wipers when he pulled up. He kept an eye on the road for me so I could safely get into his truck. James managed to get my car loaded onto the truck pretty quickly and we hit the road. He was an absolute DELIGHT. I had been so stressed and so upset about my car's windshield wipers breaking, especially since I just fixed them barely a week prior to this. We chatted the entire drive and he was very kind and funny, it was fun hearing stories of people he's towed. I had put my workplace as the drop-off destination and he had confirmed it with me to make sure he was taking me to the proper spot. He did a great job unloading my car on a small neighborhood road, told me to stay safe and have a good rest of my day, and we said our goodbyes.I swear, Priority will be the first place I contact if I need another tow in the hopefully-not-soon future. Never used for towing and wouldn't trust them with my vehicle. Had one of their drivers put out infront of at Lisbon shopping center had to follow behind them on woodbine rd the truck was all over the road and apparently their tow trucks down have turn signals since the one I was behind turned on Hoodsmill rd without using one and I had to slam my brakes on to keep from running in to the back of it.

Late night breakdown on my kid's car, USAA dispatched Priority Towing. They were prompt and driver Brad was polite and professional. Cannot speak highly enough about Priority. Got stuck hunting well beyond capability of my truck's 4x4. Quick response, very communicative, very transparent. Dave and Steve were polite, professional and efficient. They managed to recover my truck as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.
