A family member had work done by Flick's and recommended this shop to me. I took my car to Shawn for an estimate to have two body panels repainted, and he promised to email the estimate to me later the same day. I never received the estimate, so I left a voicemail and also sent an email message to Flick's main email address (stating in both that I had not received the estimate), and never received a reply to either. Over two weeks passed with no response. My family member was pleased with the work done by Flick's so I was hoping to receive the estimate and schedule the work. It's highly unprofessional to not respond to potential customers, even if one does not want the business. As another review here stated, Shawn doesn't always follow through on what he promises.Service: Painting

They did a high quality repair job on my father's Hyundai when he hit a deer. The car looks like new! The cost was very reasonable and frankly the price could not be beat. Sean was very helpful, honest and professional taking care of everything. Flicks will be our collision repair center from now on!

My WRX got backed into by a 7.3L and the tow ball stopped when the radiator was against the engine. It is a 9 year old silver hatchback so I was doubtful of anyone ever getting the paint to match. Shawn took care of me every step of the way, from dealing with the insurance company to getting me top quality parts back on the car. There was a small issue when the hood was painted and he could have let it go and I may or may not have noticed. Instead he repainted it and made sure everything was perfect. I can honestly say the car looks the best I've ever seen it. Impeccable work, will be recommending him to everyone. Knock on wood if I ever need body work again, I know where to go.

I was recommended this shop by many locals because of their quality work and unbeatable prices. Though a couple of people were not sure if this was still the case because the owner did change I can whole heartedly attest this certainty is still the case.The owner Shawn cares about explaining things thoroughly and does not give you a sense of rushing when answering all of my questions and concerns.The work I had done was completed at a price that I could have only have dreamed of and he did it in just a few days which was amazing.

Only wants to work on easy stuff. I need rocker panels for my 2003 F350 Dually. He looked at the truck and said he would do a search and get back to me. Of course never heard back from him and that was the second attempt

We stumbled Upon This Place by accident, after having an accident and found that the owner is one of the most honest and reasonable priced places we've ever dealt with. We've come back here a second time even though the place is an hour from our home
