I purchased a NSX sight unseen. I wanted the whole care gone through and needed someone I could genuinely trust. I had heard about Daisy, so I gave them a call. After about 30 minutes on the phone with Ben, my mind was made up. This was the guy that needed to take care of my car. His knowledge, unreal. His passion, inspiring. I will never let anyone else touch my car. Ben and Cliff pulled the motor & trans out of my 92 NSX and went over everything (not an engine rebuild) replacing all hoses, gaskets, clutch, A/C recharge, timing belt, water pump, radiator, axle boots, valve adjustment, cam & o2 sensors, and ABS upgrade kit. Along with other minor things. Ben went above and beyond what I asked him to do simply because he treats his customer vehicles as if they were his own. His communication was top notch. Ben has been working on NSX for a long time and he knows these cars inside and out. He is also a walking service manual; you know you have the right guy when he can tell you part numbers.

Ben is your guy! We take all of our out-of-warranty auto needs to Ben at Daisy Import Auto Care. He s honest, fairly priced and has a quick turn around. The auto industry needs more Ben s to tell it to you straight and get your car back up and running! He and his small staff are busy but never too busy to take good care of his customers! He s tended to several of our vehicles and not only have we had a great experience each time, the vehicles come back to us with a quick turn around and running better than before! We highly recommend Ben!

Brought my '98 Acura Integra in for a water pump and timing belt service, as it has recently reached 220K miles. When it was brought into Daisy, they took a look around my car and found that my axles were dangerously close to breaking. Ben recommended and subsequently installed replacements for me, showing that they go above and beyond to make sure the car as a whole is ready to go, not necessarily just what you come for. Plus, everything is extremely reasonably priced, especially considering the caliber of service you re going to get here. Ben and Cliff took fantastic care of me, and the car has never driven better. These guys know their stuff, and no detail is too small. There really isn't a reason to go elsewhere!

Found my new go-to mechanic. Experience so enjoyable, in fact, that I will gladly drive the hour in order to get here. Brought my Miata back to life after my old engine died, and was very accommodating and understanding of my personal situation. Gave solid advice, recommendations, and you really feel as though they are looking after you. Pricing is extremely good as well.Special shout out to Ben, Cliff, and everyone else I got to meet. You all are really cool people.

Maybe it is a different story with German cars, but I had a few experiences that will never have me come back. First, I brought in my wife s Audi A3 3.2l S-Line because of a Check Engine Light. Ben called and said the header was bad and a replacement would be over $3,000. I didn t think the car was worth it because of its age, but Ben assured us he could fix it. When we got the car back, the light came back on within a few days. We took the car back to Ben a few times, but the Check Engine Light kept coming back. Finally, Ben recommends that we take the car to an Audi dealership because he felt that it likely needed a software update. After taking the car to Audi, I was assured that cars over 10 years don t need software updates and the cause of the Check Engine Light was a bad hose. As far as the Audi dealership could tell, the header was never the problem, the hose was fixed, and the light never returned. I m inclined to take the opinion of the person who could fix the problem. We ended up selling the car.I wrote that off as an isolated event, but I had an even worse experience with my BMW after hitting a deer. The car had front end damage from the deer collision and Ben said he could repair it but would need payment first. After advancing Ben just shy of $10,000 I had to wait 4 months to get the car back. Whenever I would ask about the car Ben would give me some dismissive response and just tell me I had to wait . When I finally get the car back, it has a Check Engine Light, and the gap between the facia and hood was terrible. I took it back to Daisy to get the code read, and they told me that the issue is just an O2 sensor. Not feeling confident in the diagnosis, I pulled the codes myself using tuning software. It turns out that in addition to the O2 sensor, the air to water intercooler system was not properly filled back up after the repair. I ended up taking this car to another shop to get the gap right, fix the O2 sensor, and have the air to water intercooler system properly filled.Finally, just an oil change for a Porsche Macan resulted in a light alerting us to the oil being overfilled.Maybe Honda s are different, but that has been my experience.

Ben is always helpful, repairs are explained in a way I understand and most importantly done right the first time with fair pricing. I trust Daisy Import Auto to keep my CRV running for another 150K miles! Highly recommend.

If you want an honest mechanic that works on Honda and Nissan's then Ben is your guy. One of the most genuine real mechanics I've met in my life also just an overall good person who does dealership quality work for the price of a local shop! He's incredibly busy so If you're lucky enough to be accepted as a customer never go anywhere else!

Amazing service for my S2000. Had my soft top replaced with Ben and his team. He found a few additional items that needed replacement (which I had done with another shop a few years back, but it appears it was on the way to failing again). Car drives like new again. Truly an "S2000 whisperer". Well worth the drive.

Wow. If I had to sum up my entire experience at Daisy Import, that'd be the word. I brought in my Acura ILX to have some Eibach springs installed - and they noticed that I was still riding on snow tires. By total dumb luck, Cliff (one of the techs) happened to have some leftover goodies from a previous car, which included some summer wheels and tires that would fit my ILX. So of course I took a look at them, and of course I fell in love - who can say no to a pristine set of gunmetal wheels with high performance rubber already on them?!Anyhoo, I dropped the car off on stock suspension with stock wheels on snow tires and left with a lowered car riding on Enkei wheels and BFGoodrich tires. It was like Christmas. I got a great price on the whole shebang, and Ben and Cliff were fantastic to deal with and went out of their way to make sure I left happy. I will most definitely be back many times in the future.

I can't say enough about the quality and knowledge of the care provided by Ben and the Daisy Import team.Ben was with me from the start of the journey that would eventually lead to my purchasing of an NSX; he performed the Pre Purchase Inspection and made me aware of the needs of the car in a thorough and precise manner. He even went out of his way to give his own advice on the sale and negotiating with the seller. In the end, I took his advice that this NSX was worth saving, completed the purchase, and trusted Ben & Daisy to bring it back up to 100%.When I dropped off the NSX, Ben was full of comments like "these two screws are missing" and "we've got to get a tow hook cover", immediately revealing his intimate expertise with these fine machines. His nickname of "the NSX whisperer" is well-deserved; this man is like a fountain of NSX knowledge and excellent to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process of servicing it and I knew he was doing everything he could to bring my NSX back to the way it should be. I feel he went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben & Daisy Import for any NSX owner in need.Here is a picture of my NSX outside Daisy after "the Whisperer" completed his work.

I was quoted over $4k from the dealership to replace the air compressor in my 2015 Subaru, and a friend of mine suggested I instead take my car to Ben at Daisy - he said that he and a bunch of people from his office all go there. I called Ben, explained to him our timeline, and he told me he'd order the part right then and there and get it done for $2-2.5k. That's a substantial difference, and certainly worth the long-ish drive up from DC.Ben one-upped his own words: he got the part replaced in just one day and it only came out to about $1.2k. That is a LOT of money to save!!! He also noted where a previous repair with a collision center fell short and documented all of that for me so that I could go back and have those repairs made right.Bottom line is that Ben is great, we really appreciated his quick turnaround, the prices can't be beat, and I think we've found "our guy." I 100% recommend Ben and Daisy.

True professionals!!! Ben and Cliff are the only people I trust to work on my cars. These guys want nothing more than to deliver great service at very reasonable prices. Ben was friendly, helpful, timely and genuinely cared about giving us a fair price and getting our car back to us as soon as possible. Ben gave us a quote same day that was significantly less than three other business we spoke to. I needed a timing belt on my 2010 TL and called and spoke with the owner, Ben. I was not only impressed by his professionalism but was especially impressed with his love for cars and enthusiasm about his work. He offered to pick up the car at my house and drop it back off. I got a call from him mid day and he mentioned a few other items that needed to be done that I had not had done in a while which included spark plugs/ points. My husband and I want to give a HUGE shout out to Daisy Import Auto Care! I ran over a razor blade in a parking lot and had to put my spare tire on to get home. I needed to drive quite a distance to work the next afternoon and could not use the spare due to distance and highway speed. I called several places and was unable to find tires for my car. My nephew recommended Ben at Daisy Import Auto Care. From the first phone call and throughout the entire process Ben was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He was able to order the tires I needed and get my car out the door in time for me to leave for work. He was professional, fair, honest, helpful, knowledgeable and very personable! I am incredibly pleased with Ben and his team's work on my 1995 Toyota T-100. We were ready to scrap this vehicle, but we heard great things about Ben's shop and wanted to see if he could give life to my T-100 again. Total Transparency, Total Trust!As a female I can't say enough about this repair shop. Ben, the owner is now my go to guy for all my vehicle repairs. His staff of mechanics are also excellent! I took my 2001 BMW 325xi in for some much needed maintenance work. Ben took extra time to show me the repairs that were needed and why they were needed. He truly understands the position of a female in this male dominated industry. The price of the work was more than reasonable. I was on a budget and he did his best to work with me. He truly cares about his customers. May God bless him and his business!

Ben (Daisy Import Auto Care) was a referral by friends who have used his services for years. I was getting some much needed maintenance/repairs for my 2013 Nissan Altima. Ben returned my call immediately to discuss the service repairs that would be needed for my car. More importantly, Ben didn't rush the call like most repair shops do and I felt at ease during our conversation. He explained everything in detail and I was comfortable in understanding the repairs/costs necessary.Scheduled service was excellent. I had my car back as promised. The owner, Ben, is a straight shooter who values quality and integrity above sales and gimmicks. First time customer, Ben's first question was, how long do you want to be in this car? Then he proceeded to advise me of some alterations that had been made by previous mechanics, which I wasn't aware of. From there, Ben ran the quote, gave me options, and fixed her right up. I own a 2008 Dodge with 165k miles and it feels as good as ever Thanks to Ben. Highly recommend his shop, he will take care of you... and he will do it with integrity.

Great experience with Ben and staff. Brought my 2000 S2000 in for some much needed TLC and upgrades. Ben was incredibly knowledgeable about my car and took a good amount of time inspecting and explaining what he found to me. Then he made thoughful recommendations and we agreed on a list of services and upgrades, including both mechanical (suspension, exhaust, clutch, etc.) and cosmetic (leather, wheels, etc.). Ben and Cliff are highly skilled and experienced and work on some very expensive, complicated, and gorgeous high-performance cars. My car is more of an everyday vehicle, but it gets the same skill and care, and I rely on them to make sure it's safe, reliable, and will last many more years. I did a lot of work on my own BMWs years ago, enough to know when a service manager or mechanic is feeding me nonsense (used to be because I'm a woman, now it's more equal opportunity). When you walk in here you'll get an honest assessment, a fair quote, and no up-selling. I did a money shift on my s2000. I m not from the local area. I found ben s contact info on the s2k forum. I had my car towed to his shop. Ben ended up doing a complete mechanical refurbishment on my car. I went with every recommendation as he explained thoroughly why he was recommending said services. I would not trust anyone else in Maryland with my s2000 and I m very picky about who works on my toys. Ben went over everything he completed on my car. I even got it detailed. Ben s prices were very fair in my opinion. You won t get this type of attention to detail even at dealerships. Very rare to come by people in this day and age who are genuine and trustworthy. Brought my 2005 Civic for a first visit to Ben and was worried when I saw all the beautiful NSX cars in the bays thinking I came to the wrong shop. On the contrary, Ben treated my car like his own and is even helping me to consider if its time to let it out to pasture. Really appreciate the care he and his mechanics provided on the thermostat diagnosis & repair and the price was great. I think I finally found my family's go-to mechanic.

I had an over the top customer experience with Ben. My daughter had a flat tire and really needed help. Ben was closing and waited for her to arrive so he could take care of her. He called me and discussed the situation and reassured me that the spare was a full sized tire in good shape. He didn t just change the tire. He checked all the fluids in the car and made sure all the tires were ok. He then test drove the car and called me back to assure me she was fine for her trip which was all the way to Ohio. Can t say enough about his service! It s great to see and experience this type of white glove service. I highly recommend! Thanks Ben!!

What can I say, Ben defines what customer service should be.Ben's prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is second to none. I took my high mileage Q3 into Ben and am more satisfied with his services than any of my trips into the Audi garage. Car is running like new and costs were reasonable. I'll be taking all my cars to Ben from now on.

Ben and the team did a great job servicing my Tundra and Suburban. I had differential/transfer case fluid changed and front brakes/rotors installed, in addition to oil change and standard maintenance. Everything was done very well and they turned both of my trucks around in one day each. Highly recommend the team for any make or model. Thanks guys!
