I had a great experience at Pinnacle! The customer service was excellent, both the owner and mechanic were very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection of my daughter s car to resolve the brake issues we were having. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter s car was repaired completely and safe to drive! I would highly recommend them for all automotive needs!Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes

Excellent service . Very professional and I really appreciated them communicating with me before the work was done . They made me feel comfortable!!!! I want to think the whole team at pinnacle auto repair and detailing ... My 2002 ford escape gave them a run for it... They are very respectful and honest people. They repaired my truck and she feels as she is brand new... They worked late and long hours on my truck to make sure she was right... I recommend pinnacles to anybody.. My family and friends... Thank you all so much... I so appericate all the long and hard working hours you all did for my truck to make sure she was right... If i could give 10 stars i would... Very professional and honest hard working men ... Thanks a milllion...

This company refused to perform a service that I had already paid for through Groupon. I called 3 times without a return phone call and finally had to visit the dump. Extremely unprofessional. My voucher was still valid. Save your money and stay away.

Been here for a good 3 years - the service is cool: he s a compromiser. He s not perfect but fair enough
