I had my accident back in December and didn t receive my car back nearly 6 months later! I was super patient and nice; calling sparingly as to not annoy them. Never getting an in depth conversation about what was damaged, no pictures, just a list of parts that they needed and warranty info.I hit a curb and the first quote was 6 grand. Then the next thing you know it s 18k popped up at the last minute months later (not suspicious at all). After COUNTLESS lies of the car is almost ready. I had to call the manager to see if he could get some actual answers. The guy working on my car had the nerve to snap at me and say thanks for throwing me under the bus . Not to mention I got my car back like this (photos added), the car groans when reversing up the slightest incline, and it rocks back and forth sometimes (I m guessing that is the suspension).The point being GO ELSEWHERE..PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!! PS Koons: tell your service department to invest in seat covering so you don t damage/scuff up the seats like you did mine!! Why do I have to mention this?Service: Auto body & trim repair

I dropped my car off as scheduled in March and was told repairs would be completed in a couple of days. Over 2 months later and my car is still not completed. I have been lied to, given false information from management.Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

Business do not communicate, vehicle repairs are taking longer than expected everyday vehicle should be ready tomorrow have to call two times a day for update.. would not recommend.Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

They didn't honor my truck warranty as written in the Ford motor company bumper to bumper contracts.
