This place looks like a junk yard. I feel sorry for the people in the neighborhood it brings down the value of their property. If your car is towed to this lot I wld suggest getting it immediately as again it s just a bunch of random junk and wrecked vehicles. Office staff is nasty and give racist vibes. A few white people came in and they were so pleasant but the talked to me and my sister who are non-white quite rudely. Again if your vehicle gets towed here esp if it s a new luxury car get it ASAP or it wld get stored with the junk they have there. The neighbors should file a petition and complain to the county and state it s such an eye soar.

They were very kind and helpful. My car was involved in a rear collision and they were able to get the trunk open enough to get my sons nerf gun out...he was so happy and I could not thank them enough for going above and beyond for him.

All of the staff at this business was extremely helpful and compassionate, especially Ashlyn at the front desk. They went out of their way to help us remove our belongings. The entire experience was painless. Thank all of you very much.

After the way I just witnessed one of their drivers driving, I would absolutely never trust this company to transport my car. The driver blew through a stop sign into oncoming traffic that had the right of way. He then proceeded to tailgate a car to within inches. Both reckless and selfish. Appalling to say the least and endangering everyone on the road around him. Unfortunately he did so in a truck with the company name on it.

I just had a car accident and they tow my vehicle at this place. I will never just this place again as long as I live. The female at the front desk as rude and didn t was to work with me at all. Also they will try and price gauge you as well.

Lied about my car being totalled, said it would cost 6,000 dollars to repair, repaired it myself for under 250 I had a green 2003 Buick century

The females at the front desk were less than friendly and unpleasant to work with. The guy wasn't too bad. Also, my car had items missing from it-- an air freshener and armor all. These items were there immediately before my car was taken in. Although the items are easy to replace, that is not the point. I would not have to replace them if they weren't missing. One would think... who take an air freshener and armor all? Apparently, someone would and did. Too lazy to go purchase their own, I guess.

My vehicle was towed to this place unfortunately and was there for maybe four days possibly 5. Anyway when I go to get the vehicle we ride around looking for it and did not see it so I started wondering where the heck my vehicle was. Went inside paid for it and waited for it to magically appear when it did i checked it out and noticed air fresheners from the center console that i never open because it is too hard to do so was laying in the floor so i open it and notice that all of my air fresheners were stolen and i had alot of quarters that i keep for emergencies and they were gone also. I asked the guy who went in the console because items are missing and he said he towed it there and that was it. I kept repeating that items were missing and that no one should have been going through my stuff and he went inside and never came back out. So to make an example out of this sad and dishonest business I am going to file a complaint with any and every agency possible.

They have done all the work on my cars for years. This shop is quick, honest and fair. They also stand behind their work! It is hard to find places like this anymore!

Theae guys need to invest in a credit card machine and, if they want it to be a cash only business, then they need to say so BEFORE we go in to pay them.
