Took car here a few months back. Ordered tires thru eBay and had them shipped to location with installation already paid for.I arrived on time for my appointment time first impression we can t find your tires . Eventually when the guy stopped being dependent upon the computer telling him if the tires were there he walked in the back and found them.Wait time: I was there for over 4hrs to have 2 rear tires mounted and balanced onto a very simple car (2016 maxima). I did add on a service to have an alignment performed.I held off on doing this review because I try not to speak negative on business but the last straw for me was, last week I went to change the rear pads and rotors myself and it took an impact gun to remove the lug nuts. This is a result of this location using an impact gun when they mounted my tires. If you re a trained technician.. you know damn well you re suppose to use a torque wrench and not an impact to tighten lug nuts. They were so tight I was afraid of breaking the studs clean off the wheel bearing.If you come here or go anywhere for that matter to have tires changed always mention to them to NOT torque your lug nuts using impact wrench as this can cause further damage later down the road.

Hannah is a breath of fresh air in what could be considered an otherwise quality customer service drought. Not only is she personable and knowledgeable over the phone but she equally friendly, caring and patient in person. Firestone made an excellent choice adding her to their team. And even though my mystery brake issue was not completely resolved I still left with a positive attitude and a few alternatives thanks to Hannah.

Great service. My technician was knowledgeable ,along with Service Manager Hannah Crane and Service Manager, Andre Coleman. I recommend this location. You will find that's they are awesome. I have been with Firestone for over 15 years. I am a loyal customer. Thanks for the service.

We arrived at 8:50am fo a 9am scheduled appointment today for new tires that we paid for in advance. Firestone just ask us at 12 noon to return at 2pm. They don't respect customers' time. Also we were not told that their waiting room was closed when we paid and scheduled replacement of the tires, so we will be waiting in a burger spot next door untill they complete the replacement of the tires. This 9am appointment has turned into many hours of waiting. Don't you make the same mistake with this company.

My favorite location because Fred my mechanic knows what he is doing. If he leave, I leave too. My wait time was short, they fixed my problem and check my car out and went over what they found. The staff that was there at the time was so pleasant. They are remodeling so, I was given a chair, checked on and kept up on the progress of my car. I tell all my family and friends to go see Fred at Liberty RD.

Today's my birthday. Was driving to PA. Got a flat on the interstate and towed to the shop. Chris and the crew got my vehicle back right, without an appointment, and back on the road in about 90 minutes. Thanks again fellas!!!

My experience was TERRIBLE!!! This company costed me hundreds, time, and complaints to store managers ! $3000 plus spent on wrong diagnostics, labor , and parts to be done on a older Honda in order to pass the Maryland Emissions. However, WESTMINSTER was very unprofessional and rude. This impression has a long lasting negative effect and impact on the integrity that Firestone set to have for their AFRICAN AMERICAN customers! On this particular visit, The first person of contact was Mr.John, After he made the initial appointment, it is now appointment day ! I was greeted by Ms.Hannah , She took my key and asked was I waiting for the car during my cars emissions diagnostic and/or to ensure I pass the emissions testing to prevent EXTENSIONS ! However, do to this unprofessional, the state of Maryland had to grant me TWO extensions because Firestone employees John , Hannah or Kelli , Brad no longer wanted to provide services and insisted that I get an extension of TWO YEARS instead of conducting all the WORK DONE at the TIME OF SERVICES PROFESSIONALLY and NOT have a customer have to explain the NEGLECT caused by FIRESTONE to the Emissions examiners!

We arrived for tires and were told that CarAdise needed to approve our services. We contacted CarAdvise and they said that services were approved days ago. We waisted time and money with Firestone. Never Again Firestone...

The service at this location was fantastic! I was coming from out of town to stay for the weekend of May 5-7.... and during my journey the splash shield, from under the engine, became disjointed on my way to Maryland. I actually had to pull over to a rest stop and tie it up with whatever I had available in my trunk so that it was no longer dragging against the ground. After driving around with visible string tied around my front bumper Friday and Saturday....on Sunday I finally had a chance to look up the nearest service station and this Firestone was open. I decided to go over there and get the splash guard placed back on properly. The customer service was great, courteous and professional. The only thing that's preventing me from giving this five stars is the wait time but the juice was worth the squeeze because they were able to salvage my splash guard and I was able to make the 5 hr drive without feeling embarrassed by having all of that string visible. So I was very, very satisfied with the service that they provided.Service: Body & Trim

Wish I read reviews before hand. I was the first customer Monday morning at 8am for an oil change and alignment. They got me in the garage by 8:30, so I thought all was well. I was asked around 9:30-10:00 if I wanted an inspection and I happily agreed because I had some issues with squeaking and wanted the brakes checked and what not. An hour later they asked if I was on a time crunch and I said that I ve already been there two and half hours, so I d prefer not to wait too much longer. I went for lunch and coffee and came back around 11:30 and asked the mechanic if he noticed anything upon checking it and he said he wasn t told to check anything (so I m wondering why it s been 3 1/2 hours and he was just now finishing the oil?). I asked the guy at the front desk and he said when I told them I didn t want to wait too much longer he took that as I didn t want the inspection done anymore (which I already approved and paid for through CarAdvise). Then to top it all off, after the mechanic finished the manager running the front desk out put my stuff to the side and made me wait just so he could enter it into the system even though I was there for four hours at that point. I had to ask for my keys so I could leave. To make matters even worse, Mathew refused to refund me for the inspection that was never performed. He lied to CarAdvise and said I asked to leave midway through the inspection. He lied and said that he made recommendations and identified issues based on an inspection that wasn t even performed. Shady shady shady.

I ve been going to this Firestone for almost 10 years and on Dec. 27th I received the worse service ever. I probably will never go back again. I made an appointment and dropped my car off to get an oil change, new tires and an alignment. I told the manager I knew I needed two new tires for sure. I just wanted an update and estimate. I received nothing before the work was completed just for the oil change. They had my car all day until almost 6p and only did an oil change. The manager then recommended that I get all the following services done and more. Two things were mentioned that I needed that I knew wasn t true because less than two month ago there were done, wipers and air filter. My car is a 2018 Nissan Altima and the amount of work they suggested was close to $5000, a down payment for a new car. I m confused how one month my car was fine and the next it need so much work. On top of it all the manager was very nasty of the phone and in person. I wasted an entire day just to get a $108 oil change. I was high irritated and disappointment especially when the manager went back and froth with me about his recommendations about needing tires verse me wanting tires when I made the appointment. In addition he kept using auto language I didn t understand like telling my tires very a 1 and 2.Service: Oil change

Was not greeted when I walked in the door. Was spoken to with annoyance when I walked to the front desk. When I asked questions I was answered as if I should already know the answers to them. Took 3 hours just to change a flat tire. They also made me pay for a new tire when i know they could have patched it because thr nail was in the top. Whoever that is the gront desk clearly doesn't like working here. NEVER again will I come to this location.Service: Tires

I find very unprofessional when you feel the need to lie to customers just to save face. I scheduled an oil change yesterday(06/05/2021) and the date requested for my appointment was on Sunday(06/06/2021). I never received an email if my request would be approved so I had to call the day of to see if the request could be accepted. The male receptionist told me in these exact words you re request hasn t been accepted yet because you scheduled it for NEXT Sunday . This absolutely made no sense because on my request form it literally says the request is for SUNDAY(06/06/2021). So then I try to call back and there was no answer. I waited some hours to then call back and when I did still no answer. So finally I call a third time and finally get through to what I believe is the same man from earlier. I ask him when are you re available appointment times for tomorrow(06/07/2021) so I can request a good time that wouldn t get rejected. He told me that it s not possible for him to do that and that he won t be able to do an oil change until Thursday .. first of all if it s not possible for you to see availability then how in the world were you able to tell me you were free till Thursday. I understand not wanting to upset customers but come on now lying just makes it worse.

Brought my car their at 9:45 needed brakes , my car wasn t ready until 7:30 pm, they need help . The brakes wasn t in they don t keep merchandise in the building, they don t do checks on their equipment to make sure that everything is working properly before the next day. The young lady at the desk knew more about the work then the manager. I prayed that God would help them do all that needs to be done to help this business.

I took a Firestone brand tire (had a road hazard warranty, off the suv) to the Liberty Road store for a repair at 8:30am. No one touched it all day! My vehicle is still on a jack 24 hrs later. I understand under staffing, but all day to check why your tire failed. I m done with their tires, what good is a warranty?

First off i would say minus 5 stars My daughter brought my Lexus 2001 to Firestone yesterday at 12 30 to have for tires installedThe staff was very rude and disrespectful to me and my daughter.The car was put up on the left at 1:30 pm and it sat until it was finally done at 430 pm. The staff was punishing me for complaining about our poor treatment and telling us we should be happy because we got a discount in our original pricingToday less than 24 hours later I was driving my car with the four newly installed tires and my rear tire blew and I almost crashedthat fear that shot through me and her is indescribable. When I called back to the liberty road Firestone the manager Chris was super rude again. They told me to have the car towed from the other side of town to their shop after I told them I did not feel safe putting on a spare and driving across town. When I looked at the tires I could see they were not properly on the rims Once we got the car to Firestone the manager refused to pay for the tow and I had to pay 300 dollars. Now the manager is saying he needs to investigate but he is also saying that the other three tires have low air how is it possible to have one exploded tire and low air in three other tires in less than 24 hrs until it was done wrong. I have two witnesses Ayo all that I am saying who spent over 4 hrs yesterday and more than 3 hours and counting todayThey punish you by making you wait hours so you are inconvenienced. I want my car fixed and my money back for the back work and the towI am calling a lawyer asapI have pictures of all I have shared. This is the worst experience ever getting tires and this whole tire shop needs to be stopped. I almost died because of their terrible work. I am waiting on a response from corporate as of right now because we still don t no if my daughter care is safe to drive so it will be parked for now

Took my car in yesterday for an oil change. Had a 4pm appointment and they was able to get me in and out in one hour. After I have left there I went to the grocery and someone noticed my hood wasn't close. Got out spent 5 minutes trying to get it closed but it wouldn't. It was already too late for me to return since they closed at 6pm. I couldn't for the life of me get the hood to close so I just figured I will call the next day. I called and was told to come by so they could look at it. I stopped by the guy trying to tell me my latch was loose. Nope that's not the problem that latch is supposed to be loose like that. Then he told me my locking mechanism was stuck ok how did it get stuck. I brought my car in perfectly fine only to have this problem. Now he's telling me I have to take my car to a body shop to get a new lock and while walking away he's trying to apologize. So now Firestone has cost me more money than what I bargain for. The fact the person who worked on my car allow me to drive away with a hood that could potential fly open at anytime is unacceptable. I definitely would not be returning and plan on closing out my credit card with them.Update: Please stop asking people to email you if you are not going to follow up on the complaint.

I was there over a month ago and they are complete trash. The tech broke my shifter but he made it drivable so I have no bad review on him it's the management. They were supposed to be ordering me a new one well month and a half later still no shifter and they charged me full price for the alignment. DON'T GO THERE. that whole company needs to be shut down. You break someone shifter doing a alignment and then won't even fix the part you broke.

THE WORST! Matthew really needs to lose his job! I've seen reviews on here already saying how unprofessional he is and let me add, not very knowledgeable. How do you work for a company that services vehicles and not know what an engine flush is? He told me that was not a "common term" I advised Matthew that these terms were just understood by a dealership and a mechanic. Please hire people in your establishment that at the very least knows terminology. Jiffy lube on liberty road understood the term and performed the service for me.

Do not go here. They will scam you and try to make you pay for services that you think they are doing but they never actually do. I went to drop my car off to get a oil change and alignment. After work I picked it up, Paid for both and got a receipt saying it was done. Then when I get in my car and pull off to the first light I notice nothing different about my steering wheel and alignment. So I go back to let them know. The guy at the front deak ( I won t say his name) said he had to talk to me about that. He made we wait for over one hour to tell me the alignment was never done and that he is going to have to explain to me why but I had to wait for him to finish with the other customers. Long story short, he said the mechanic or whoever was supposed to call me but never did and he basically played the blame game and put it on someone else. I m not even sure if they even really changed my oil. I'm still shocked that they actually had me swipe my card and pay for something I never got done and drive off the lot. If I would have never turned right around and came back they would just let me continue my day thinking I paid for services but never received it. Unbelievable!!!

I came in this morning at 8am, my technician was not yet here. I was told by Allen that he manager once the tech get in I would be the first car worked on. I noticed my car went in at 8:15am. After waiting 1hour and 30 minuets I came back to check on the progress of my car. I was told my car needed other work done before the requested work could be done. I asked why was I not told this before, the technicians answer was they are bouncing between cars right now so I m not sure . This makes me wonder if I hadn t asked for a ETA I m afraid this information would not have been communicated to me in a timely manner. I will not bring my car back to this Firestone.

These guys sold me a lifetime unlimited alignment package!!!! I couldn't believe it was real, but absolutely it is. It pays for itself easily in 2 alignments.I also had some random other work unmounting a set of 4 tires and keeping the wheels, which was unrelated to the alignment but s separate ask. They didn't charge me a dime for that. Not when the tire recycling fee. It was a HUGE help to have that done so I could sell the wheels that same day. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond to do this extra thing for me and not even charge me for it.

Very BAD experience !!!! I went here before ONLY to add air and to check the tire pressure!!! Technician said that my tire was perfect with no problems!! The only problem they founded was missing air!!!! I left the place, I drove one mile, I parked my truck 3 hours after they closed the store!!!! I went back to my truck to start driving to work, I trusted they work!!! So I drove again less then 300 ft and I feel that something was wrong!!!! the never checked my tire!!! I a did pay for my services!!! Was very late so I ending buying a 600 dollars tire!!! Totally un acceptable!! Next day I call to complaint and they o le said: sorry for that!!!! Instead dealing for some solution and left this 0 star place!!!! BAD SERVICE!!!!!!
