Took my car in for a rear right wheel bearing replacement. A month or so after that I noticed I had an ABS light appear on my dash. Took it to another shop where they determined that the ABS sensor bolt was broken during the bearing change by Williamsport auto care. Instead of informing me that they broke this bolt, they attempted to glue in my ABS sensor which did not hold, and left the threads of the broken bolt in the hole. If they would have told me of this temporary fix, I could have scheduled another time to fix it. Or they could have asked me to pay to fix the broken bolt and I would have gladly done so. Instead they did not tell me and sent me on my way after damaging my vehicle. I will not go to them again.

I recently purchased a used car for my daughter that was in need of an inspection. There is always a fear when dealing with mechanics and I had no idea where to go. I was encouraged by my employer to take the car to his mechanic. So I did. Enter in Williamsport Auto Care. Destiny initially contacted me and kept me up-to-date on procedures and progress. There were some things that needed to be replaced: two rear tires, a serpentine belt, and a control arm. Everything was clear and concise AND the cost was comparable and easy to digest. Rick and his team made sure my daughter s ride was safe and was able to pass inspection. Destiny kept me in the loop the entire process and the work was done in a timely manner and with great expertise and care! I got the feeling like I was dealing with old friends who were great mechanics. No fast talk and no sneaky hard sells just superior customer service and good, solid car repair that didn t break my bank. Trust when I say that Williamsport Auto Care are honest and will treat you right every time. 5 stars!!

I have had multiple cars serviced multiple times at Williamsport Auto Care. From the simple oil change and tire rotation to a severed gas line amongst other things. The mechanics and staff have always been courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Their prices are reasonable and their service is quick. Williamsport Auto Care was recommended to me by a family member. I will not be taking my cars to any other service station. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced by a knowledgeable staff who is friendly and professional!

Rick has been doing my vehicles for sometime now all I have to do is call and he s there to work on them and I start taking my mom and my dad s vehicles there too. They are very knowledgeable wonderful people very friendly, very courteous and I ve never ever had a problem out of any service they did for mineor my parents staff is wonderful. They re very friendly, they re knowledgeable and obviously know what they re doing. Rick is or my parents staff is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Williamsport Auto Care's crew! Timely, honest, and reliable. Rick is a very "hands-on" owner and like a good neighbor - someone you can depend on and trust. Rick and crew has maintained our family cars for over a dozen years - 8 cars and counting - and has keeps them running reliably for as long as possible. They have made sure that our fleet of used vehicles stay road and travel ready with everything from standard oil changes and engine maintenance, to brake jobs, and repairs of timing belts, A/C & heat systems, electrical systems, emmission repairs, bearings and boots, new tires...youname it and Williamsport Auto Care has done it for us. They stand by their work AND by their customers. They have always happily given the cars a once over if we pop in before heading out on a road trip, or gimped in with a flat tire in need of a plug at the last minute. Rick even helped take this Mama's brand new dream car to the next level by installing a custom exhaust to make sure it had that throaty growl I've always wanted! I highly recommend Williamsport Auto Care for all your vehicle maintenance and customizing needs!

I have been to them multiple times for all kinds of things for all 4 of my vehicles. Every time I come here I m always 100% satisfied with the quality of work, pricing and general interaction with the people. I recommend and will always recommend all my friends and family in the area to stop by here. Couldn t ask for a better atmosphere of people and repairs from a small repair shop!

Went there for an alignment because Nissan dealer kept recommending to do it not 1x but 2x also my car need some minor repair which this auto shop took care the same day . It turns out that my car didn t need an alignment If there is something that appreciate is honesty and this place has it . They are very welcoming and very honest . Prices are very reasonable. you are amazing !

I had a great experience at this mechanic. From the front desk service to the work on my car I was talked through each part in great detail and great pricing. Everyone in Hagerstown recommended this business and they were not wrong!! I will most definitely be a regular returning customer.

I ve used this business many times. Most recently I needed a vehicle that I purchased for my business MD inspected. I called, set an appointment up and they got me in right away. Very quick, easy and simple to deal with all the way from the lady at the front desk to the state inspector. Highly recommend!!

My family was passing through from out of state when the car started smoking and broke down. We were able to limp into the gas station across the street from Williamsport Auto Care. The car was packed for vacation and we had my 10 year old son and 125lb dog with us so, out of state roadside break down was going to be a logistical nightmare. We called Williamsport and they actually sent someone to run across the highway to assess the car. The transmission coolant line had popped off and all the fluid spilled out. The wonderful people at Williamsport Auto care had us fixed up, topped off, and on the road again in under an hour at a shockingly low price. They were all friendly and communicative and they saved us. I can not sing their praises loud enough.

Williamsport auto care helped me with my car issues with everything from state inspection to repairing broken parts on my suv. The people there were very great to work with and they made sure that all my questions and issues that I had got taken care off with no runaround. They will be my goto for anything dealing with my car as long as i am here in the state of Maryland. They do great work.

I started going to them over a year ago for the interlock program and been going through them since I had them do my state inspection for my newer vehicle and they were very friendly and kind and very generous. I always go to Williamsport Auto Care. They re reliable and do quality work. Over a year ago I got new tires, brakes, and some other whatnot that is involved with wheel area stuff. Ever since, my van s ride is butter smooth. Just last week I got a flat and they took care of it immediately. These guys are my go-to.

I Just had My daughter s car in their CD shop for ties , oil change. The final problem was after 3 days not using the vehicle it would not start. The battery would die. The battery that was in it was only 2 years old. They did some text. Found the was not holding a full charge. Changed battery. Problem solved

We had pulled off highway 81 northbound because we heard a grinding noise in the front end of our truck thinking it was a wheel bearing problem on the drivers side. We are from out of town and googled a repair shop nearby. This led us to Williamsport Auto Care. They took right care of us. They diagnosed the problem immediately. In fact the noise we were hearing was actually coming from the passenger side of the vehicle. They were very friendly, put us in right away and fixed the problem so we could get back on the road as we were heading back to Canada. Couldn t get better service! We would highly recommend them. Thanks again to the owner and staff.

They did an amazing quick job on replacing my right mirror gave me a fair price and was quick about it, they also did an amazing job on my electric bike inner tube and took about 10 mins to do it, everyone was friendly there and reliable.

There are not enough stars, thanks, appreciation, or words that can say enough about this establishment! Fast afforadable service for these Mainers in a horrible bind. No one else could or would have gotten us back on the road as quick as you did . We went from stranded to on the road again in 4 yes 4 hours! Oh did I mention it was a 93 Plymouth! Thank you for getting us in, diagnosing the problem, getting the parts needed, and repairing the old girl in a fast friendly and with a beyond fair price. If youre ever away from home and find yourself in need of auto care you can sure trust in Williamsport Auto Care as if they were your regular neighborhood mechanic and auto shop! The area people here are lucky to have this team available for services! I did not have faith we would get to our destination on time and without them it would not of been possible!
