Great service! Ron was faster than the fire department. He towed my car. Had it fixed. Then brought it back-while my children and I were at the movies! AMAZING customer service and very thorough! The kids hardly felt the hiccup! THANK YOU DELMARVA ROADSIDE!!!!

I am vacationing in Ocean City, Maryland currently and when I went outside to start my Isuzu Trooper this morning I was disappointed to find the battery was dead. Since this Resort town is a ghost town this time of year, I decided to use my roadside assistance through my car insurance company. And that connected me to Delmarva roadside services incorporated. I don't even think it was 10 or 15 minutes from the time that I placed the call until their emplyee, Kailen, arrived to help. Not only was he speedy and his response, but when he arrived he was very friendly and Incredibly professional. And he answered all of my car related questions that I had, even though they were pretty rudimentary and probably would have annoyed any other person. He jumped the car within a matter of seconds and was on his way. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I've ever had with any kind of roadside assistance or mechanical help, ever. Quick friendly kind efficient and helpful. Kailen definitely gets an A+ plus from me. Which is such a breath of fresh air during these wonky times when many other employees are apathetic and unprofessional. I was super happy. Thanks again

The guy that came was super nice. He called me 2/3 times to let me know where he was en route. He explained everything he was doing which was great. I learned some things I didn t know about tires. He even fixed the leak so I was good to go. So happy about the cost too since he was able to fix it. He told me to text if the tire was still leaking in the morning but he did such a good job, contacting him wasn t necessary. I hope he gets a bonus bc he deserves one.

These guys rolled in and saved the day! I had a flat tire and I was in my office finishing up a virtual presentation to one of my accounts I help service. These gentlemen waited for a little bit for my presentation to be completed and much to my surprise I saw 2 tow trucks out there tending to me! The guys took the offending flat tire off and checked it for any punctures And installed the spare donut in its place. They put the full size tire in the tray under my Corvette and seated it correctly I then thanked them and took the car to the tire shop to evaluate the flat tire Turns out a bead had failed. Thanks again guys!!! Real lifesavers!

I had flat tire. Delmarva road side service was contacted right away and responded immediately. I scheduled with them and showed up in time. I had a complicated plan (remover, install spare, drive to the shop etc) which was frustrating my mind. Delmarva roadside took the tire out, not only that I was shocked when he said if you want, after I take it out, I can look for problem and fixed . I never expected that! This was my second company to call when car was crash. The other one didnt show up after 2.5 hrs. Delmarva was called and came within 15 min. Was very nice and professional in that time of need. Thank you and would recommend.

I had the misfortune and privilege of using this service twice within seven days. The tow driver, Scott, was pleasant, prompt and professional. 2 very kind humans went above and beyond what they needed to do. Made sure I had a Uber home, I was safe, towed a rental to my house after I went through two other rental cars breaking down from the Philly airport. Made me laugh at the whole situation, which made it much easier. I forgot their names, they were so selfless and kind. I appreciate you two very much.Service: Car towing

First of all thank you. You have employed a nice young man named Ki, who deserves a raise. Hunnty, my car was just as stubborn as me. She didn't want to be opened up just any kind of way. The door latch mechanism just wouldn't do right. Ki took it upon himself and went back to 1974 and took a SHOESTRING and opened up my door. When I tell you I screamed hunnty I screamed. I appreciate everything he did and the fact that he didn't give up and say he couldn't get it because the job was tough. Again I say thank you.

Delmarva Roadside Services responded to my daughter s lockout. Although her car was very difficult to get into, he was able to retrieve her keys and get her back on the road. Very professional and efficient! Would definitely recommend!Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

Your driver came to jump start my car with a kit that did not have enough charge on it . He told me my alternator was bad later towed my car to dealership where they charged it with similar kit he had for $90.00. That could have been prevented had he jumped my vehicle with the right battery charger kit. Not cool at all.

So, having to have your car towed is never fun BUT Scott made it a very pleasant experience for me. He was very down to earth and extremely kind. Made me feel comfortable and less overwhelmed about me having car issues. He actually arrived way earlier than the estimated time which was great and got me home in time to start dinner. 10/10 would Recommend!!! Thanks guys!Service: Car towing

Over the weekend my battery died and needed replaced. My insurance company and my Subaru roadside assistance both wanted to get my car towed to a dealership or car service station to get a new battery - but that was not ideal for me. I called Delmarva Roadside and within 45 min someone came out and replaced my battery on-site, saving me hundreds in towing costs. They quoted me the price of the battery and then their service charge, which was very reasonable. I looked up the battery my car needed on advanced auto-parts website and was glad to see they definitely weren t price gauging me as a woman it is easy to get taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs so I alway try to look up prices before agreeing to services.So all in all very fast, friendly, honest service. I am so thankful to them for getting me a new battery without the need for a tow

Brian was professional, on time and figured out how to jump start my 22 y/o Mercedes CLK320.It sounds like an easy task but it wasn't.The battery is in the trunk and the trunk wouldn't open because of zero power.Brian figured out how to give a charge somewhere under the hood in order to give enough power to open the trunk.At that point he then was able to charge the battery.Thanks to Brian!

I had a dead battery a few months ago and DRS arrived within 5 minutes! And a couple of weeks ago I locked my keys in my car! They were there in 15-20 minutes!!Incredible service and extremely friendly and knowledgeable customer service! Highly recommend them!Service: Battery service

Excellent A1+ service. I live on a corner lot and there wasn't much room for the flatbed to maneuver my SUV in my parking area. The gentleman carefully took my vehicle off the flatbed across the street and drove it to my yard and parked it, then handed me the key/paperwork. Awesomeness I absolutely recommend this company. This service linked exceptionally well with GEICO roadside assistance feature. Shortly after my call, my tank was filled with a courtesy 3 gallons to get me on my way! Delmarva is friendly and attentive to your needs! Excellent communication and delivery.
