I cannot say enough good things about this body shop. We were involved in a collision and the insured had less than fantastic insurance. Despite that, they got our vehicle in and started work right away. The insurance proved incredibly difficult to work with, but through it all everyone at Certified Auto Body was kind, communicative, and went above and beyond to help us and get our family back into our vehicle. Oh, and the work was excellent too! So glad to be able to support a local business and I can say without a doubt that they have secured a customer for life with our family. Thank you to everyone at Certified Auto Body. We won't forget your kindness!

No problem with waiting a month to get my car serviced. Where the problem lies is the communication with this establishment. Originally I was told the car would take a week for service. I also understand parts go on back order. It turned into almost 4 weeks. I only got updates on the progress when I reached out.I was told multiple times the car would be done on this day and it was not. I even called out of work on these days for nothing because the car was not ready. From the first inspection I told the shop my car was shaking when braking. Now that I have my car back the shaking while braking is still an issue. The first response they gave me was take it to whoever did your brakes. They could ve told me that they don t service brakes and rotors and I wouldn t have even chose them as the shop to do the work because they simply don t have the expertise I need. All together I have $3k worth of repairs and the main issue still isn t fixed.

Shout out to Don and the folks over at Certified Auto Body for providing excellent service on fixing some damage to our Toyota Prius today. A business that s been in the community for 29 years and their commitment to service reflects the reason for their longevity. Thanks again!

Certified Auto Body did a great job on repairing my car. They even washed it. So when I came to pick it up, it looked brand new. Friendly, helpful staff. Even took me down to the car rental.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Top notch service from beginning to end. Very helpful. They explained the process, patiently and thoroughly. My car was ready in about half the time they first estimated. The day we picked up the car, we found some minor surface damage that was not part of the estimate, and they corrected that as well, on the spot. I hope my vehicles aren't in any accidents in the future, but if they do, I'm coming back to this place without question!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bad service all the way around nothing certified about this shop. Customer service should always be priority and not lying to your customers every other week when your vehicle is scheduled to be ready. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this shop to anyone.

Pretty disappointed. Seemed like a fair enough price (bit high but its painful work), but they were short staffed and backed up; couldnt fix my car for a month, and the repairs would be a week. They could make time for a mechanic to cut their grass though. Went north 15 minutes to some hard working dudes who are turning my car around on the spot in 3 days.Not at all digging them for being short staffed. That's understandable. Lots of work, and not a lot of shoulders to share the load could lead to a snowball effect in both ways. Hope they can tie together a cohesive team to tackle it.I'm digging them on the lawn care. Sure, it has to get done, but does a mechanic have to do it? During business hours? Shortstaffed, but that seems like ineffective time management.Oh, and the receptionist was at a desk behind a desk, and I was kind of treated like a threat. Probably a covid precaution, but a prominent sign would serve the purpose.

Our daughter s car was badly damaged and we thought it wasn t repairable. We brought it here and the service was outstanding. In just over a week they had completely repaired her car. They spent time explaining all of the damage and their estimate was right on the money. I felt they were completely honest and upfront. The car looks beautiful and is driving better than ever. We will definitely refer friends.

Over the years I have used Certified several times and the work has always been first rate. I have always experienced a polite, respectful and considerate staff. I had my car in for repairs just last week and when the rental car agency was running late with customer pickups one of the Certified staff members was kind enough to transport myself and another waiting customer to the local rental car office. When I returned 3 days later as scheduled my car was perfect. Great work Certified and thanks for taking the care that you do.

This was the best experience. I would highly recommend them . They were fast, and my car was completed so quickly. The guys were friendly and professional. NEVER GO!!!!!! I cant even believe this is a "good" body shop! The managers are completely rude! the customer service is so bad! my car was supposed to take 15 days it took 50!!! no exaggeration!! Then I had to call to see if it was ready! Once the insurance company paid them they could care less about how it looked! One Manager yelling in my face because I told him they didn't do what the insurance company already paid them to do! Not to mention they broke things in my car and ruined my interior! And never told me!! I had to take my car back in there 3 times because the job was not done right.

My first experience is dealing with Dawn who was helpful, pleasant and wonderful with keeping me updated. My next experience was working with Don who was also helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. And the icing on the cake is that my car looks brand new. Thanks Certified. You are awesome.

Devil is in the details. I can see that my car is not put back together as it should be. I had issue with the driver door being loose. I took it back and that is fix but it's not 100% as I hear sounds when I roll down the window that should be, the locks do not work, and the seal is not attached properly. I do not have time to take it back a 3rd time as I need to work and there is no weekend hours. I wouldn't recommend them if you pay attention to the details.

Wow " They Did a Great Job ! I'm so impressed! The body work they did on my Silverado looks Brand new They even Cleaned It , I feel like I'm driving a brand new Truck ! And it didnt take that long to get it back ...I'm so glad I went with this company to have my truck all fixed up ! ! Along with a very nice professional staff.... Extremely unprofessional, very confrontational when you bring up a flaw in their work.Dropped a truck off, when we came back to pick it aUp and told him there was something they left out and he got into my father's face, then got in my face when I said something to him about getting very confrontational for his mistakeThere are no amends that could be made, I will never use or recommend in any capacity again

Did insurance repairs. Very friendly and helpful employees. Had to take back for adjustment to the driver's door, Certified fixed everything to our satisfaction.
