Honestly probably the best customer service I ve ever experienced. I had the pleasure of working with Christy and she was amazing. I was informed the entire process of having my car repaired and she took care of dealing with my rental car. I cannot thank her enough. My car looks brand new. I would recommend anyone to this shop. The manager, Jordan, went above and beyond when I picked my car up to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied. 10/10. THANK YOU CALIBER COLLISION, CHRISTY, & JORDAN!!

Caliber was recommended by insurance agent and was rated as a fully certified repair place, meaning all work is certified on my truck to bring it back to 100%. The wait to get in was a little disheartening waited approx a month, but that wait was well worth it! The staff was friendly and helpful, they communicated often to give updates, and the work was flawless. One of my headlights was replaced, so they even polished the other so the beams were the same tone. I got the truck back on time, cleaned inside and out, and in perfect condition. I would only use Caliber for my accident repair needs (although I hope I ll never need them again! Ha!)

I have never been to a more friendly and helpful business! They are dedicated to making everything right! On the day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, they discovered something they had missed (torn window gasket/rubber) caused by the accident and wanted to fix that as well before the vehicle was picked up... which delayed the pickup another day, but I would rather have it fixed... and they were thorough enough to make sure everything was done and done right. The finished job is fantastic and the vehicle looks new again (2021 Sienna)! Great place and great people! Thanks to all employees involved! (and a special thanks to the owner!)

They got my car in and out, incredibly friendly staff, even cleaned the inside of my car. They fixed my car the day the parts came in and had it ready to go. Best part is the car looks brand new. I honestly thought when they had 4.9 stars that they were a shop that just asked people to leave 5 stars (I mean that s a high review score), but I can honestly say they absolutely deserve that rating. I don t want to come back (because that d mean my car was damaged), but if I have to I ll be back here without question!

Caliber Collision's is definitely the place to go to get your vehicle repaired. The women in the front were amazing and gave me the best customer service I have ever received. I love the convince of the text message that keeps you updated on the progress of your repair. Recommending them to everyone I know!

Went in to Caliber Collision to obtain an estimate to repair damage caused by a deer T-boning our car. The deer did not stay at the scene. While the damage didn't look too bad, the front fender behind the wheel was bent sufficiently to rub on the door every time it was opened, wear the paint, and ultimately result in rusting. The really nice people, at White Plains, MD, offered to fix the rubbing right then and there. While I was a little hesitant, I accepted their offer, not realizing they intended to fix it right then and there! And they did! And it took more than a few minutes and they didn't charge me anything! When I left, they gave me instructions on repairing the paint. I don't recall ever dealing with such a compassionate business. Later, my insurance agent, whom we've known for decades, advised me to get the rest of the damage fixed. We've scheduled the car's return to Caliber Collision in White Plains to repair the rest of the deer's damage.

Horrible experience overall. Brought my car to be repaired at the White Plains location after the Waldorf location didn t fix my car properly as well as damaged my car In the process of them supposed to fix what wasn t fixed correctly. Mark The regional manager assured me that my car would be in great hands and then I wouldn t have any issues. They had my car for a month for repairs that I was told wouldn t take long because they were going to order the parts before I drop my car off to be repaired correct. Only to have my car damaged even more during the process and for my car to be damaged Upon pick up. For me to pick up my car and there s dents that were not there, Scratches that were not there, As well as the scratches that they originally put on my vehicle not to be properly removed And a poor buff job. Not only that, but I was yelled at by one of the managers Jordan For the lack of care that my car has received. I ve been going back-and-forth dealing with caliber, since my car originally was damaged back In October 2023. For me to not have my car for two months, and it looks worse than it did when I first dropped It off is ridiculous. Please do not bring your car here Cause they don t value your Car or your time. Especially if you are a USAA member, Please DO NOT Bring your car here or trust any caliber collision as your car will come back in worse condition, then when you dropped it off.

Caliber Collision did a tremendous job with the repairs of my Honda Pilot. They kept me informed of progress and went the extra mile to find a part when it was unavailable through the regular supplier. The staff was very professional and friendly. Everything was seamless including handling the extension of my rental car. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future repairs.

Dropped off my vehicle this morning for some repairs due to hitting a deer. The office staff was amazing. From the front desk personnel to the young man that will be handling my vehicle as it goes through the shop. I know I m in good hands. Keep up the good work!!!

Loved how they worked with enterprise when picking up and dropping off the rental while my car was under repair. Everything was done perfectly and within the time frame I was given!! 5 stars for sure

Caliber Collision did a great job on my car and the finished ahead of schedule. They also ran Diagnostics on my car and found out that I needed to have Kia look at my 02 sensor. They also checked for recalls. And found out that there was a recall on the alternator. Michelle And the caliber crew we're exceptional. I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The customer service was excellent and the communication with updates were excellent as well. I would definitely recommend this shop as Erik fixed my vehicle and it looks like that darn deer never hit it. ! Great service!

Had my 2022 Ram TRX repaired here, thanks to a deer running out the woods and into the side of me. Jordan and Mark Teets are the best. Picked my truck up today and couldn t be happier. They went above and beyond. Courteous and professional. Mechanic went out to my car w me to inspect the damage and to show what was repaired. It was a cold day and they already had my car started and transferred all my belongings from the rental car. I was able to leave the rental car there for pick up. They texted daily about their progress and were done on time. Work was flawless. Communication w insurance company was seamless.

Awesome experience with this Caliber location. They communicated clearly, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied before leaving. I will never use another collision shop! (Hopefully I don t have to!)

Please visit Caliber Collision White Plains for all your vehicle repairs. I had a minor incident and was referred to them by my insurance company. I got in right away and had my vehicle back in a week. I received excellent service from checking in to checking out . My vehicle looked spectacular, very quality work and excellent customer service! Highly recommend Caliber Collision!!

There is one exceptional repair shop in White Plains with great people, and attitude and work with customers well. Calliber Collision is a wonderful business with awesome staff who provide tremendous customer service. They are truly a class act and they are different and you should consider them on your precious vehicles. I was very impressed by this facility and it was so nice to get the wonderful service I received from Eric. He is very professional in all aspects of customer care especially follow up, which you don t find in many places these days.Eric, the work done on my MB GLE350 was top notch.Again, thank you and I will be proud to recommend Calliber Collision in White Plains to all.Service: Body & Trim
